[4.0] "Lmao I gotta talk about Fandango. I remember being 7 years old and my jersey ass was at my first ever wrestling event, WrestleMania 29. I know, Im a young Jit. get over it. Anyways being at mania was awesome but thats a story for a different time. The match I remember the most (other than CM Punk/taker's 5 star classic) is the match between Fandango and Chris Jericho. It was actually pretty decent, and Fandango is an alright worker but like come on bro I get it like lets put over the young talent and allat but couldnt it have been someone else? How about Jericho vs Ziggler or Ryder or someone else thats actually interesting! How about Wade Barrett? Idk man Im just not crazy about this one. And Fandango kinda did barely anything to follow up this huge win. Fucking breezedango bro. come on."

[3.0] "I write this in a week in which a bunch of folks have been sacked from the WWE. For people excited about the potential of the future careers of those cut then I present to you the former Fandango. A man who has the demeanour of someone who has just been told his beloved cat has been run over every time he walks out."

[6.0] "He is one of most difficult person to rate because his in ring style is ok and comedy is good but sometimes he doesn't make laugh.He is guy who beat jericho in wrestle mania as his debut match which is crazy .His tag team with breeze is his most memorable work and their nxt matches are way good than expected but I don't what happened to wrestlers who were good nxt and when come to main roster they quickly became bad"

[4.0] "Wish I could say he is a good wrestler but he is just not.. he had 1 decent match with Chris Jericho in WM29 and nothing else after it. His gimmick is horrible and even if he was given a push it would literally get nowhere with a gimmick this bad. He hasn? t really spoken on the mic much but from what I? ve seen from him yikes he is not very good on the microphone. To give him some credit he has a somewhat decent moveset although wtf is that finisher lmao, and I liked his fashion police work before it was killed. A banger theme song and a decent moveset can? t save you from being a lame and forgettable professional wrestler. Closer to a 3.5/10 than a 4"

[7.0] "An underrated wrestler. He is able to give a good match. He had good charisma too. His big problem has been his gimmicks. Its took away all his credibility."

[7.0] "His booking aside, he's a pretty solid wrestler with a good in-ring IQ. He also has one of the better flying legdrops that I've seen."

[4.0] "Even the rub from Jericho can't get this guy anywhere. I don't think many people would say WWE "wastes" him when he's honestly not a very good wrestler, his promos aren't very much to be impressed by either. He's best used as a comedy guy who can work a ok match, which is exactly what he's being used as at the moment with the much more talented Tyler Breeze, who has actual potential that hasn't been tapped into yet as a mid card contender. The Fandango gimmick was hot for a few weeks: not because of him, mind you, because of the theme being catchy. After that got milked to death, he had nothing else despite being given consistent gimmick changes, and I think WWE eventually realised he just wasn't worth the trouble. I don't see anything about him that screams even Intercontinental title material."

[5.0] "So much potential, no execution. Can't fully fault him, it goes on management too. Glad he finally won a title though in Breezango."

[2.0] "I don't think Fandango is adequate for WWE, at least not with this gimmick. Maybe if he changes gimmick, with something more serious, maybe heel, I don't know, but as I only know him inside WWE, he is inadequate."

[4.0] "He has been wrestling for 21 years and the best thing he ever did (out of kayfabe) was being Tyler Breeze's Jannetty in The Fashion Police."

[7.0] "Very fast at his moves but his gimmick Fandango sucks! At first he was great winning NXT Season 4. Then the gimmick railed his career."

[5.0] "Solid wrestler who mostly managed to get over by lucking into a popular gimmick. Never personally "got" it though."

[4.0] "This gimmick simply does not work for me. Pretty much the only thing I have ever liked about Fandango was his original dance partner. Since then, the gimmick quickly turned from one taken serious into a comedy act. The team with him & Breeze I did not find funny. I know both guys are quick witted & I appreciated the easter eggs in their Fashion Police skits, but all in all, the entire team was just groan inducing. He's good in the ring, but that can only take someone so far. I don't know if there's anything for him when he returns, as Breeze is back working as an enhancement talent on NXT."

[6.0] "Not a bad in ring performer and not bad considering he was stuck with a dancing gimmick. I also am semi-amused by his work with Tyler Breeze as the Fashion Police."

[2.0] "This guy, like slater, hawkins or kanellis, is a waste of time. Back in 13, i didn't understand why Y2J could put over this guy at wm 29. He was quite funny with fannnndaannnnngoo thing. But he got stale and boring quickly with no clear direction. Now he is almost a comedy jobber with breeze as fashion files tag team. His in ring work or mic work never make me impressed. So nothing much to talk about here."

[7.0] "Stuck at a very unfortunate spot in the company right now, though he and Breeze are starting to get more airtime as the sort of go-to comedy tag team. I don't see Slater/Rhyno lasting a lot longer necessarily and that could be really good for Breezango. Fandango is really talented in ring, and has a certain amount of charisma or at least confidence in his character that's admirable. He's actually the first person I ever remember seeing wrestle, too, so I'm sure a lot of my opinion of him is swayed by that."

[6.0] "Fandango is saddled with a gimmick less stale than rotten. But he's actually quite a decent worker -- flashy, fast, and honestly exciting to watch. He's no superstar, that's for sure, but based on talent alone he should have been far more than a jobber. The man also has charisma. Going way back to examine his NXT work, Curtis Hussey showed that he had a real sense of humor and personality. The only reason it never showed was because his gimmick is a pre-Attitude Era throwback which could never have gotten over were it not for a catchy theme tune. There's a bit of wasted potential in Fandango to be sure, though I do feel he gets a bit formulaic with his matches and was never able to convey a serious character despite his personality."

[4.0] "FanDango once had momentum, he beat Y2J at wrestlemania, I expected him to have some impact on the company. But that's not the case with a stale gimmick, Fandango is in lower mid card purgatory."

[5.0] "Fandango is a pretty average in ring worker that has a lot of charisma the problem is the WWE never really has let him show case a lot of it, I think they should have given his Johnny Curtis character more of a chance."

[3.0] "this guy gimmick is stale and is not used correctly by the wwe. he barely shows up on tv and i cannot remember one of his matches because i feel they are boring and tv filler time"

[5.0] "A guy that started out with a pretty uber career. The most over guy the WWE had in 2013 with the fans chanting and singing along to his theme song. Since then, not much has happened or to more of an extent, changed. So far the guy has become very plain and dull and it looks like it'll continue to be that way."

[4.0] "This guy is a damn goofball. It's not just his gimmick that sucks but he lacks any shred of real charisma or wrestling talent. That's why it doesn't matter how many times they repackage him no one can get behind such a boring loser."

[7.0] "Deserves a bit more credit. I think people hold a grudge against him for beating Chris Jericho at Wrestlemania. He's a solid wrestler with good in-ring and mic skills and a different gimmick. Not a main event material but could be a solid midcarder if given some real rivalries. Could see him in an refreshing Intercontinental Championship run."

[7.0] "Very entertaining and does wonders with his schtick. Not the best wrestler, but given his gimmick, that's not exactly what most people demand."

[6.0] "They gave him a ridiculous gimmick and he made it work, so kudos to him. Decent between the ropes, but it is somewhat worrisome that his entrance music and valet are more over with the fans than him"

[7.0] "Fandango was so close in making a breakthrough, but a concussion halted all of that. It's sad to see that he isn't really doing better right now, but it is too soon to count him out."

[10.0] "This guy is great. I absolutely love his gimmick. It reminds me of Attitude Era with its "variety of gimmicks" style. We've seen only one PPV match with Fandango and I was pretty impressed with it. The whole Jericho vs. Fandango feud belongs to Attitude Era. Once again Fandango is amazing, may be it is not clear to this moment how good or bad he is in the ring, but his strong character is already in development. Furthermore, his female companions are very beautiful, I watch every Fandango entrance with great pleasure."

[10.0] "Underrated, under-appreciated, and under-used. These are three words which define Johnny Curtis. He is agile wrestler, and has a great look. He is also a good wrestler in terms of technical ability. On the most recent NXT, he proved he can carry a gimmick, and has a tremendous amount of charisma. On the main roster, he has taken one of the most ridiculous, un-workable gimmicks, and created a fantastic heel. I often find myself literally laughing out loud when he is onscreen."
