[2.0] "He's just the most boring, most generic, most given chance of a wrestler in the recent history because he just has nothing to give at all he is so boring and full of generic moves to boring oldclass style wrestling that has none of the psychology or grit he needs to succeed, so unfortunately just a massive dud."
[7.0] "I think he is CRIMINALLY underrated. Clearly a student of the game, maybe he's considered boring because of his old school style, but WWE needs guys like this on the roster. He fits the role great, he's extremely physical and is a viable threat. He can have a match with literally anyone on the roster, and he's much bigger physically than he gets credit for. I don't know what NXT plans for him, but with some microphone time and a couple of signature wins, he could really grow into something much bigger. Has all the tools."
[4.0] "An incredibly boring wrestler. Not too bad, simply just boring. He wasn't good in the ring and wasn't the best promo either. He added nothing to the culling and there's a reason why he's in evolve now. He lacks a ton of personality."
[7.0] "For his age, he's already had a lot of matches, yet something is still missing. Maybe he just doesn't have a natural talent for this sport? Or maybe it's a booking issue. Even with his look, you can see him struggling; he doesn't know which direction to take. Despite that, I still like him. He's still young and has about 2-3 years to get his act together."
[2.0] "Where do I begin... His charisma is so bad, and I have no idea how he's still employed. But he did manage to have some solid matches at least but other than that, his in-ring skills right now are horrible. I mean, I guess there's a reason why they downgraded this guy to "evolve". He really needs a better gimmick too"
[4.0] "I feel sorry for my rating on Brooks Jensen, as I feel like his booking has been what has made his character feel like complete trash. I don't even know what is happening with this poor guy anymore. The dude has been thrown on Evolve and still takes losses after losses, and he is meant to be the man from NXT. Genuinely feel for the bloke as he just keeps getting demoted."
"He is my favorite wrestler and I love how entertaining he has been lately as a heel. I think he does a great job making the people he wrestle look good and I hope they book him more on TV soon."
[5.0] "Not really a fan of Jensen and Briggs tag team. I especially don't like Jensen's character as a lovestruck naive buffoon. In the ring he's decent nothing spectacular. Good spinning heel kick. The character is supposed to be funny but I can't take him seriously. He is young so there is time for him to evolve."
[0.0] "One of the most untalented and uncharismatic wrestlers to ever be signed to the NXT roster and that's saying a lot. He's completely horrible in everything he does. I would rather kill myself than watch anymore of his matches."
[2.0] "He's had ok matches, but I find it hard to take him seriously after the masturbation joke gimmicks they kept doing with him and I don't know if he's really getting better from the Shawn Spears pairup."
[6.0] "I'm very conflicted because i think he has a lot of potential but they don't know how to use him. He's still young and could probably use a stint in NOAH for a few months because i like his look and he's solid in the ring and that could really be beneficial for him."
"6.0 Solid worker, good facials and really comes off as legitimate. His current character as Shawn Spear's sidekick is falling a little flat for me, but his in-ring work has been improving."
[7.0] "jensen's run since he turned heel has been nothing short of excellent character work from a young up-and-comer who has yet to truly prove himself. his match on this week's nxt (no DQ with josh briggs) was a fun brawl and saw him siding with the chairman of nxt, shawn spears, which could prove fruitful for him. despite his somewhat lackluster pedigree (never was a fan of his father), he shows good promise for a wrestler his age and continues to build up seasoning despite the doubts of many. far from the second coming of horace hogan people claim him to be. now can we please get separate ways as his entrance theme?"
"I've never seen this guy wrestle but that separate ways entrance he had in a dark match was magical. he has it, i'm not sure if he can recapture it without that theme song but it's there. pay the license fees, WWE. it is worth it."
[1.0] "I don't understand why people think he's worth anything more than a 4. Maybe his in ring skills are a little better than I think, but he is probably the worst character actor I have ever seen in wrestling, and that's not an overstatement. If you watch anything from his backstage segments, he is so clearly reading off a script and trying to put some emotion into it, it just looks so bad."
[6.0] "He is stil very young, born in 2001. He has all the prerequisites to do something...he has the height, look and physique. So far I must say that he is satisfactory with a lot of potential. He is only 21 at the end of the day, his wrestling skills may very well reach new heights in the following years."
[4.0] "The fact that he's Bull Buchanan's son goes a ways to explaining how he ended up on TV. I honestly expected to see a match count as low as Bron Breakker's, but at almost a hundred matches under his belt, I'm concerned he has a pretty low ceiling. That said, he's only 20, and he's got a good look, and some raw athleticism. The pairing with Josh Briggs is probably his best path, as the considerably better Briggs can cover for the weaknesses in Jensen's act."
