[8.0] "The best big man in pro wrestling right now if you ask me, If you put him in a spot he will always deliver a good match with great agility mainly because he spends his free time doing stage dives as a lead singer of a death metal band and amazing stamina for a super heavyweight. easily one of my favourite wrestlers in the world for the last year has dynamic with the rest of HOH is also great him and buddy need to be the next tag champs or Brody needs to be in the mid card title picture and by the pop he got along with all the barking last night at DON you can tell the fans all love him he also has an amazing look for his gimmick and i am glad they are free of the Malaki black lore nonsense and can focus on pure violence. Edit: Post Brodido run, oh my god was everything i have always thought about Brody true he is such a good wrestler and i am glad he finally got the chance to show it hopefully he is in the C2 again and gets more chances to shine"

[8.0] "It's a strange case because he has everything, yet he always ends up stuck in the low-mid card. I think the first issue is with his attire. Let me explain his entrance is awesome, but then in the ring he's wearing that big costume and keeps adjusting it constantly. I don't understand why he hasn't switched to something different. It makes no sense. Another problem is probably his in-ring work he executes every move, but there's no interaction with the crowd, neither as a face nor as a heel. And that really hurts him, because his moveset is actually quite solid. But at 38, I don't know if there's still time to turn things around. It's a shame, because he had the potential to be a main eventer."

Mark4Lyfe wrote on 12.06.2025:
[9.0] "Brody King is one of the most believable big men in modern wrestling. His striking looks, brutal offense, and aura make him stand out in both tag and singles settings. Whether he's brawling in a trios match or throwing down in a one-on-one fight, he brings intensity every time. His work in AEW and ROH with House of Black has elevated his presence even more. A true powerhouse with underrated agility."

arminamin wrote on 27.05.2025:
[6.0] "He has the presence , the charisma and the athletic ability to work out well in any promotion. If he can work on the promos and match psychology amd selling, he could be great. But Brody King right jow is someone who should stick in the Lower Mid card as that's the best way to use him. He's good, but could genuinely be great."

[8.0] "Brody King is someone who really won me over. I didn't like him when he first came to AEW & I thought he was someone who brought Black down. But as time rolled on, he eventually became the best member of House of Black - even becoming a better part of AEW's roster than Black, who is a guy I liked a lot when he was part of WWE."
Willowsway51 wrote on 03.05.2025:
"I think Brody could be a top guy in aew. One thing we has never had is a big man world champion. Samoa Joe might be big big, but he wrestles with more of a striking/technical style with some power moves thrown in. Brody is a big guy brawler, who nonstop bashes the crap out of his opponents. When they made him Malakai blacks kind of enforcer I was really angry. He should have be the center point of that group. Aew should turn him heel make him go on a rampage for about a year. He could eventually take the title off Osprey who I'm pretty sure Is beating Morley for it. Let him be this large destroyer that someone like Darby will have to overcome to get the top title. I feel like this writes itself."
tlaustin wrote on 28.04.2025:
[9.0] "Brody is a big guy that can work big, magnetic matches with anyone of any size, and he's recently proven he can diversify his look and gimmick while still remaining true to his semi-spooky monster aesthetic. The time to pull the trigger on him is probably very close to now."
packjutney wrote on 14.01.2025:

[9.0] "Brody King is a punk-beast! Seeing him live yesterday on Dynamite from his entrance, the way he dominates a ring and the way he resonate with the crowd just hooked me into him in a instant! I've seen a couple of his matches prior to this one and he's a walking juggernaut who's able to wow you with some agility as well that catches you off-guard and hopefully his time in AEW will allow him to go beyond a ceiling of being known apart of a group or tag team! BE HARDER!"

[8.0] "Brody King is my favourite big man in wrestling rn. Always a very fun watch. Best part of The House of Black by far. Not sure of his promo ability but not everyone needs to be a promo, so I can excuse that. Great look, great athleticism for his size, great moveset, can't ask for much more from someone like him. Wouldn't be upset at him winning a major title one day."
Kellbob wrote on 05.12.2023:

[6.0] "Great in his role as the powerhouse of the stable. Looks like a believable enforcer and is a very good worker for his size. His athleticism wouldn't go amiss on a guy 50lbs lighter than him and has learnt how and when to use it more in recent years. I've not seen a promo from him but not everyone needs to do that, especially if he's always going to be around a stable member or manager."

[7.0] "King has an amazing look and the skills to succeed. In the ring King is very good and when paired with the right opponent he can deliver an amazing match. He is always a reliable big guy. He does good character work. Weakest part of him is his promo work which being in a group helps."
CorpritMan wrote on 19.06.2023:

KingsCrossing wrote on 05.07.2022:

I'm not quite sold just yet so am a bit apprehensive in my 7/10 rating, but he does seem to have really improved over the last couple of years and I look forward to seeing what's next for him."

In AEW so far he has done very well as a team, although that level that he demonstrated in PWG has not been seen much until now."

"7. 0. I like Brody King in the ring a lot. He looks scary and does some insane bumps for a guy his size, and he does them well. BUT? so far? I cannot get past the fact that he seems to be a very gentle and articulate, well read kind of guy.. If he could find a way to make that work FOR him, watch out."
