[2.0] "Marginal wrestling skill and no charisma. He was one of the most generic looking people I've ever seen in wrestling. He had no discernable personality. The general manager role is for legends to come out once a week to get a pop or people with no in ring talent."

He wasn't terrible in the ring, just never really found his identity as a wrestler. His FCW work showed some promise, but once he hit the main roster, he became more of a storyline device than an in-ring talent. Still, he played his role decently and had a few entertaining segments. Not great, but not awful either."

"The guy had potential, he have a good run in FCW but the referee and GM gimmick made him a part time wrestler, unfortunely now i think he is retired. 6.0"

His abilities in his wrestling career was bad to the point he became a main event ref for 2 months, plain Jane look and no gimmick or class. Brad seriously made a massive error in his life by wasting his FCW career, wasting his TV experience on being a second rate Eric Bischoff knock off. No other character in WWE barely had an impact after his run was up. Brad is a sad pathetic little man who cannot grasp the fact order management exists."

[3.0] "What an odd WWE career Maddox had. I never could tell whether or not WWE saw something in him as a character, or if they just cast him in a not-entirely-insignificant speaking role because they felt short-staffed in that area. And then he got to sit on the shelf forever, hoping to come back as an in-ring talent, before finally being released. Really weird career trajectory, and I'm sure it must've been pretty frustrating for the guy. I thought he was an okay promo guy, but he was never really allowed to do much, and his only WWE matches were short squashes that didn't really tell you anything about his level of competence. What I saw of him in FCW was mediocre, though, and overall he has to be one of the most forgettable wrestlers cast in a role way too big for him."
