[1.0] "When FCW aired Adam Mercer cutting what seemed like a heel promo in kind of a vignette style 2 and a half months ago where he basically introduced himself and said that the WWE is all about entertainment and he's getting ready to change that, I was kind of anxious to see where he would go, but then when he made his FCW in-ring debut this week and came out as a fired up babyface and got squashed by Erick Rowan, I immediately said to myself, "Yeah this guy is not going to go anywhere and change anything any time soon. " As bad and funny as that may sound, that's how I honestly felt. However, I will be generous and give him a 1 rating because he is only 19 years old after all so I can only assume that he hasn't been wrestling for that long cause he's very green so he may have the potential to improve at least, so if I see him more and more, I hope he does improve and eventually proves me wrong. He also needs to change up his in-ring gear too if he wants to get more noticed by fans because he looks like the ultimate jobber, he looks as plain as can be, and in a way, I guess that's fitting because even though he had a little bit of offense included with very weak worked punches, he still got squashed by Erick Rowan this week."
