Ueno effortlessly and perfectly landing that moonsault and MAO somehow one-upping it with that front-flip dive? Crazy shit! A lot of good comedy stuff in here too that didn't disrupt the match flow or anything. Just wish there was a little more with Brookes though. This felt like a ZSJ vs MAO/Ueno match more than a tag match for a majority, which isn't bad, just a weak point of an otherwise strong Korakuen main. ****"
[10.0] "This was a damn near perfect exhibition of so many different styles of wrestling; it was a celebration of wrestling the likes of which could only happen in DDT! From a taste of WOS catch-style wrestling with ZSJ + MAO, to a more DDT-style fun-filled crowd brawl with awesome dives off the Korakuen steps (and a dash of Pokotan getting his head kicked off by Zack), through some fun interference spots with Schadenfreude International and ridiculous plastic box spots (and Referee Matsui showing he has a conscience! ), to more traditional and beautifully slick tag team work (like... Ueno leapfrogging MAO's scooter? ! - not exactly traditional but still! ), and even some glorious Fighting Spirit strikes and submissions between ZSJ + Ueno in particular! MAO shined with his showmanship, Ueno was picture-perfect and showed serious fire, Chris brought his athleticism and imposing figure, and Zack felt right at home in the DDT ring! Add in a drama-filled finishing stretch with some epic near falls... this is a damn near perfect match! This was as high-octane and intense as it was silly and light-hearted. Truly a unique match, filled with absolutely beautiful moments and dripping with emotion, heart, and love for our great sport of Pro Wrestling! Oh, and we got some kissing the homies at the end, who doesn't love a happy ending? MUST! WATCH!"

[9.0] "This was a spectacular showcase match, but as others have said, it wasn't really much more than an exhibition of sorts. ZSJ is probably tied with Bryan Danielson as my pick for best wrestler in the world right now and Chris Brookes has been a favourite of mine for a while. I know less about MAO and Yuki Ueno, but both were great here as well, but in kind of different ways. Yuki Ueno felt like the better wrestler to me, but MAO felt like the better performer. Either way, both teams went all out and it was a treat to watch. The only reason I'm not rating it a 10 is because I think a 10/10 match should contain a stronger story than what was seen here."

Other than that, you got everything from striking from technical wrestling to some really well executed big spots and I just wonder how a match between Sabre and Ueno would be. [7.0] "I can understand why people like this so much, but for my taste it was more like a... demonstration performance, I guess. I'm glad to see ZSJ in DDT though I wanted his match against Chris when Brookes was a champion, but anyway. There were some fresh interactions thanks to Zack, and for me the most enjoyable thing here was comedy stuff (poor Pokotan). Technically pure wrestling was great, and it was obvious, but not emotionally even though some interactions between Sabre and Ueno were good. I hope Zack comes back for a better perfomance, not just demonstration."
[9.0] "Another fun mix of comedy and wrestling from DDT, this time with Zack Sabre Jr getting in on the fun. On the mat he's a joy as usual and he meshed well with the amusement, even battling that weird mascot and taking its head. MAO and Ueno did really well also. Brookes was my weakest link but he did alright, very fun match."
[9.0] "Extremely fun match between an archetypical and excellent athletic babyface, an archetypical and excellent vicious technical heel, and each of their extremely creative and flexible partners. Mao and Brookes have insane chemistry with each other and with absolutely everybody else. Ueno and ZSJ offered a great clash of styles. Everyone looked really good here, everyone got their shit in, had a good mix of great wrestling and fun DDT nonsense. This was a great finale to a show that really exceeded my expectations"

[8.0] "Welcome to DDT, Zack Sabre Jr. The match started off great as ZSJ locked up with Ueno and MAO for the first time. They had really surprising chemistry together. The match really picked up for me once they left the ring and started to wrestle around Korakuen Hall. There's no better way to showcase the DDT experience: almost throwing each other off the balcony, somersaulting off the stairs, and even getting powerbombed through plastic boxes. Despite the match ending in a draw, Ueno and ZSJ worked really hard in the final minutes. You could tell Zack Sabre Jr. understood what made the spirit of DDT so fun and captivating, just like Hiromu when he first debuted last year against Kazuki Hirata."
[9.0] "This is great. The right blend of good wrestling and comedy spots with all four wrestlers having their moments in the spotlight. Helped that they made ZSJ look like a big star so Ueno holding his own against him helps boost him. Recommended highly."
[8.0] "MAO had his best individual performance in god knows how long, thankfully he didn't drag the match down with his determination to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. ZSJ came across as someone important, so it was nice to see that Ueno held his own against him and came across as a strong champion, to the point that I'd be interested seeing a big singles match between them. Brookes continues to be one of the most versatile pro-wrestlers today in the best way possible, he always finds a way to positively contribute and either take a spotlight when needs be, or be a firm cog in the wheel (like he was here)."
[9.0] "This was everything I hoped for from ZSJ in DDT. He was able to show his usual incredible technical style while also playing into the DDT comical aspects of wrestling and seemed like he had been in DDT for years. He and Chris make for a great tag team and his chemistry with Ueno was great, to the point I'm really hoping they can have a singles match at some point. This was just an amazingly fun match that had something for just about everyone. Honestly, might be my favorite match of this weekend."

[9.0] "What a main event! ZSJ's adaptability is amazing. He effortlessly shifted between comedy, hardcore, and the seriousness of his usual style. Tackled everything DDT threw at him like a natural. The outside segment was executed beautifully, and the exchange between ZSJ and Ueno at the end was heated. This could have easily been a friendly showcase, but ZSJ brought a sense of fight to DDT's usual festive atmosphere. This man absolutely can win the IWGP Heavyweight Championship."
[9.0] "God, what a blast. A match that could've easily been a showcase for Zach, but instead became a showcase of how much ZSJ loves puro. Everything from the stuff with Chitan, to the work in the upper deck area of Kouraken, to the plastic bins, was wonderfully enjoyable. And then there were the four men involved. MAO and Brookes brought their usual level of talent and their usual levels of seriousness. Ueno and Zach were game for the fun, but when they actually decided to get into the work on the mat and the striking, it was a genuine treat. For a match hidden behind the WrestleMania weekend festivities on another continent, no match made me smile anywhere as near as much as this one. 4.5 Stars."
