[3.0] "[1.5*] Very bad match that felt way too strange. Looked like the ones that we had on the dark days of ROH prior to Sinclair selling the company. Having to increase the comment here in order for it to get 250 characters. It is still the same rating as before."

[4.0] "What a weird match. The vibe on this was just...awkward. The Hardys have looked ok since reuniting, given their limitations, and are serving their role of putting over upcoming acts, but the crowd was just not interested in the Righteous at all, who are mainly ROH workers."

[5.0] "This match was mostly just hurt by the Hardys lack of speed/mobility (though I thought they did a decent job in selling offense from Dutch). I've only seen the Righteous on ROH PPVs (where they're given more time), but I thought this match showcased them well enough. It was a perfectly average match and it was good to see the Righteous get a little heat with the crowd in the post-match."

[7.0] "Hardies are obsolete and their range of motion is limited. Jeff is very slow and makes the match very bad and weak. Unlike the opposing team, who are young and fast. Jeff and Matt are the cause of slowing down the matches. I hope the speed will increase in this type of competition"

[7.0] "Actually thought this was a really decent little match. AEW fans have a really bad habit of seeing any match that isn't a five star epic and calling it bad, or 'mid' as the kids say. The Hardys actually looked great here and I think they can cook something decent with the Righteous. Good on the Hardys for putting them over clean as well, could lead to something interesting! *3.5*"

[6.0] "Good match. Good effort by both teams. At this point in their careers, the Hardys are doing pretty well as "Jobbers to the Stars". A pretty competitive match. Some good combinations and exchanges by both teams. If the purpose of this match was to elevate The Righteous then congratulations because that is what happened here."

[4.0] "I think a lot of people must have wondered before seeing this game "Who are the righteous? And why Malakai Black has dreads now? " And well after seeing this match they will always ask themselves the question but in addition they will have a good reason not to like them. Do you want to give Vincent credibility? Let him do promos like at ROH (there real huh! ). Otherwise the Hardys are in the place they must occupy in 2023, prestigious jobber. But this "feud" will have had to But this "rivalry" will have lasted longer before sending The Righteous already to the ROH championships it seems."

[4.0] "Why on earth do I have to watch the Hardys on my tv in 2023? The kindest thing I am say about them is their name holds just about enough value that them losing to the Righteous at least means something. Now let them walk off into the sunset and never darken my tv again."

[4.0] "I am completely unfamiliar with these new guys. It wasn't a great match, but unfortunately I've struggled with the Hardys' matches recently, but they are tag team icons, so (I think this is the Righteous' first match in AEW) beating them in their first match seems to be building them up to take on Cole and MJF. Hopefully they get some better matches to build them up before then."

[5.0] "Rumours are that the Righteous were being positioned for a push before ALL IN but perhaps fell victim to the chaotic build to that show. They have something about them but are the sort of act that would have benefitted from more vignettes before being featured in a match to build intrigue. This was just there. The Hardys have been doing a lot of jobs over the last month or so. I think that is the best way to see out their contracts as they are no longer capable of a PPV or main event style match."

[5.0] "It shows how few care about modern Ring of Honor that we got the "how did the Hardys lose to THESE GUYS? " reaction. The Righteous could have benefited from several weeks of vignettes and a couple of squash wins before they even got near a team like the Hardys, let alone beat them. They'll need more seasoning before they get near Better Than You BayBay."
