Macho Man tries to win by dirty tricks, considering how over was Bruno in the wrestling world. Is a match only to watch two legends, random is the word. **/75"

Bruno delivers simple offense but when you are that over and beloved by the crowd you don't need to do much. Savage gets to take advantage and get some offense in when using an unhanded tactic. The match was a fun time and worth checking out just based on its length. ***1/4"

The viewers also pick up on this and loudly accompany this otherwise rather mediocre story. Six minutes is clearly too short, much more could be made of it."

Classic savage using Liz as a shield to gain advantage while Bruno is a great, ageing hero, but does have his moments of a dumb babyface (why would you randomly turn your back to the heel on the outside? ). I actually didn't mind the DQ finish as Savage was struggling to beat Bruno and the post match stuff was really heated."

Bruno was very limited his whole career, but especially at this age. But Savage makes him look like a million bucks, bumping all over the place and using Elizabeth to his advantage. Fun, but criminally short match."

Bruno stormed the ring looking to kick Savage's backside, only to be met with the human shield known as Elizabeth instead. Once Bruno finally got his hands on him, Savage bumped like a pinball and staggered all over the place to make sure the fans got their money's worth. Savage was an absolute dickhead here, only gaining control via cheating, bending the rules, or using his valet to protect himself. The non-finish is expected, but Savage hitting Bruno with a chair only to be awarded with a count-out win is mind-blogging to say the least! Bruno went nuts after the bout, putting Savage in the BEARHUG OF DOOM that required several refs and wrestlers to break it up. [***]"
