[9.0] "Man, that match is such a bless. Easily an match that end up forgotten due to the circunstances of PAC never being super active in the AEW and for Andrade leaving at first, and that was a huge mistake for Rampage. This is the kind of match AEW should show to each one of their less 30 years wrestlers and say "you need to do this if you want to be good". Wrestling is so fucking simple, PAC started the match pretty hot doing some crazy shit with a crowd fully at them, Andrade showing why the hell everyone wants a bit of him around the world, crazy moves you don't see it coming executed at the msot flawless way possible, even the chops looked like they worked with 100% precision. The post match angle SUCKED but that don't count for the rating, so thank god that masterclass won't be denied her greatness."
[9.0] "This match was incredible. Andrade and Pac have an underrated dynamic in the ring with each other and it is bloody good. They went the veteran route with the crowd that is tired, and that was slowly we will win them back and the surely did. Some of the spots in thr matches were crazy and I was like holy fuck that is scary but scary in a good way. Fucking incredible match, that feels like a hidden gem of sorts, a match that is totally forgotten in AEW's history. ****1/4"
[9.0] "This was a great match, both Andrade and Pac had a banger. I had low expectations for this match, and I'm glad I did because this was better than I expected it to be."
[9.0] "This was great. They really teed off on each other. Bonus: We get Arn's imginary Glock and Cody coming out to brawl with Malakai Black after the match is over. Great TV match."
[10.0] "A fantastic bout between two people than know a lot how to do what they do. There were a lot of cool moves from a Gatson Cutter to a Slingshot DDT from the outside, it's a pity that such a good wrestling product have had such an underwhelming ending. ****3/4"
[9.0] "Tremendous encounter between two of the best wrestlers in the world. Every move they landed looked just so good. Their chemistry was incredible and because of that the action was amazing with lots of great exchanges, everything highlithed by a red-hot crowd. Post-match was awesome as well. 9/10 - 4.75*/5*"
[10.0] "Legitimately one of my favorite AEW TV matches ever. These two tried to kill each other. The chemistry these two have is clearly just unmatched, I hope these two get time to shine on Collision soon because whenever they get the spotlight they absolutely slay. The pacing of this was just about perfect, total workhorse match. *5*"
[9.0] "I'm always amazed when I see new spots or counters, and this match has them in spades. I was skeptical about how much people liked it from the live reports, but I was blown away. This is the definition of a quality loss for El Idolo. 9/10"
[9.0] "I wish they had fought a match like this in WWE. I think this is the best match of Andrade since joining AEW, and Pac was really good too. Maybe the ending is a little overbooked but it was a very good match overall"
[8.0] "All killer, no filler. Andrade and PAC has an insane amount of chemistry together. Andrade continues to deliver after his somewhat-disappointing match with Omega in Mexico. PAC is great here (as usual) and his avalanche brainbuster in this match was particularly bastardly."
[8.0] "While the first match started hot and picked up over time, this one was a banger as early as the first few seconds of the match. There were incredible wrestling sequences, moments of levity, and a massive amount of tension between these two bitter rivals. The counters were clever, if not innovative, including Andrade actually landing the Yakuza Kick as PAC attempted to slingshot himself to the outside of the ring. The offense was not only explosive, but calculated as they made even an escape of a basic move seem like a battle within this war. And the little moments like Andrade telling PAC that he needs to hit him harder than that, only for PAC to oblige and knock him silly, made this story all the more enticing. PAC also delivered one of the most beautiful Moonsaults I have ever seen. With the added bonus of an incredibly hot crowd, this one was a show-stealer in every way. 4.25 stars, 8.5 out of 10. Heck of a match."
[8.0] "This had a bunch of insane spots which I'll always enjoy. Clear these guys have good chemistry together although for me it never came close to being a great match or one that lives long in the memory ***3/4"
[8.0] "This was an awesome match. AEW's match quality seems to have increased quite a lot recently. I wasn't a big fan of the last match these two had but this was a hit. Very little filler in this one with both men working a fast pace with good strikes, selling and high spots. All of their sequences were smooth and exciting. Loved spots such as the Avalanche Brainbuster and the apron DDT. Very good final sequence with the poisonrana and the flash pins. These two might have a MOTYC in them someday. ****"
[7.0] "Didn't scratch all the same itches as their last match together, but that's not to say that it's bad or anything. These two are really great wrestlers, I wish we were seeing more of this Andrade because every time I see him not against PAC, it doesn't do it for me."
[9.0] "Awesome revenge with many risky spots from both guys like the DDT onto the apron from Andrade or the Brain Buster off the top and the Poison Rana from PAC ! Wasn't a fan of the roll-up though but I think this will likely lead to a final clash between 'em. Like Excalibur said, they exceeded expectations destroying each other in this fantastic bout!"
[9.0] "Andrade can put on this kind of performance when he's clearly motivated. They tored this house down as they showed their chemistry and took some nasty bumps. Action was smooth as hell. Crowd was on fire for this. Both PAC and Andrade are these kind of dude who can take some mad bumps for the people as PAC showed he's an underated worker in AEW."
[8.0] "A very good match. Andrade seems to be motivated when he is given a chance. He and Pac work really hard with a lot of crazy spots. There wasn't much storytelling in this bout and it looks more of a collection of big moves. Nevertheless, it was well-executed with a hot crowd. Fun stuff."
[9.0] "This was awesome! They went all out in this match, trying really hard and it showed. The roll-up finish was kinda lame, but overall the match was really fun and great. ****1/2"
[8.0] "8.5/10: Finally, the match Ive been waiting on them to put on. What a lightning-quick barn burner. Man, how good they are. They can still do better; cant wait, Im enjoying the hell out of this."
[8.0] "This was a much higher quality than their last match with great intensity. The finish soured me a bit so I can't really go higher than 4 stars."
[8.0] "If you came into this match expecting anything less than a show-stealing performance, you haven't been paying attention to either man's career. These two have incredible chemistry, and they may have even outdone their first performance with this one. There was a wider variety of moves used and a more competitive feel to their exchanges. This is the kind of wrestling that every fan can enjoy. It was exciting, hard-hitting, creative and tons of fun. You can't ask for much more from a main event."
[7.0] "Another very good match between these two. There's a sense of meanness and aggression to PAC & Andrade that helps separate this from any old spotfest. It's also nice whenever these kinds of matches feel like a competition for control as opposed to two people trading moves listlessly. ***1/2"
[10.0] "These two wrestled once before in AEW and had a very good match, but things were not settled between them. Since Andrade showed up, he has been trying to break up PAC's group Death Triangle, which also includes Pentagon and Fenix. Andrade tried to lure the two luchadors to join him instead, and failing that has made attacks against the group. Thus we move to this match, a heated contest where everyone is banned from ringside. And the match truly delivered! Even better than their last match, this was a fantastic affair all things considered. Both guys really gave themselves physically to the match, some extremely brutal looking attacks and bumps in this one. I saw some saying Andrade looked like he had a mission to destroy his own lower back, as he was doing a lot of moves which caused him pain as well as PAC and looked damn impressive. I really have to praise both guys, this one really delivered."
[8.0] "AEW have been delivering on their big singles matches recently with this, Omega vs Danielson, and Danielson vs Suzuki, and I've noticed something these three matches have in common: The presence of the booker can barely be seen in the match itself. Like Omega vs Danielson, this match came with an agreement that it would be man against man and it was all the better for it. This match was pretty entertaining with a great pace. I think my favourite spot of the match was actually an accident (Andrade catching Pac with a kick as Pac slipped through the ropes), but that kind of thing is something I'd love to see more of in pro wrestling. Their first match fell a bit flat for me, especially with the ending it had, but I'd place this somewhere among the best matches in the company's history even without a "definitive" ending. Certainly a top 10 AEW match from my perspective."
[9.0] "These two have next level chemistry, as shown again with another fantastic match - akin to Kota Ibushi & Tetsuya Naito in style. How WWE didn? t find anything for PAC or Andrade El Idolo and shelved them for months is beyond everyone, and this match showed them as stars. AEW putting matches like this on Rampage shows it? s not a B-Show Match Rating: 4.5/5 (**** 1/2)"
[9.0] "Their first match was great but this was amazing! I am surprised it has not got more 10/10 votes to be honest, but I'll give a 9/10 as it was not quite perfect, I guess. There were many incredible spots in this match, including things I have never seen before!"
[9.0] "Their first match had a lot of hype behind it, and while good, I didn't feel it lived up to it. This had the same hype but did manage to live up to the hype. Arguably both of their best performances in AEW yet."
[9.0] "Awesome match, simply just fun to watch. Certainly built on their first encounter and surpassed it, while PAC and Andrade both crisply executed every high-difficulty spot they tried. The match never felt too much like a spotfest, even while being a spectacular example of one. The final stretch and finish was exhilarating and attention-keeping, while the pinfall kept both men protected while still feeling definitive. The crowd ate this up every step of the way."
[9.0] "Their first meeting on Rampage was good, albeit disappointing so I'm glad they were able to make it up with this one. Both men took some absolutely sick bumps in and out the ring that might not be so good for their careers, but great for us. They built to an amazing final stretch in the end that saw PAC pick up the win to continue the feud. Not sure what to think of the post-match though, felt like it was there just for the sake of being there. [****1/4]"
[8.0] "This was even better than their previous match. The work here was more vicious and felt competitive. These two are great wrestlers and they built their spots well because of their experience and chemistry. Both tried to destroy eachother by brutalising their necks. This had great energy and amazing pacing too. Finish was meh for this brutal match but it was clearly to setup another match at the PPV. 8/10"
[8.0] "I didn't really like the ending, but the match was very good, great maneuvers and fantastic chemistry between Andrade El Idolo and PAC. Will there be a third? Possible"
[8.0] "Really good, at times great and exciting. Those two really work well together and they managed to pull the crowd out of winter sleep after a long taping to get loud and excited again. I want to see a full Ironman match between these two, going the whole 60 minutes. The post-match angle was interesting."
[7.0] "About as good as their first match, which is to say this was a really impressive performance. Pac was great with everything he did, including his high spots, his smooth movements, his bumping and selling, and his "bastard" character work. Andrade was equally impressive with his aerial stunts and bumping, and he was capable of selling Pac's offence convincingly without accidentally becoming sympathetic in the process, thus maintaining his engaging arrogant heel character. There were quite a few cool spots sprinkled all throughout the match, and thankfully all of the work between those big spots was always quite exciting and interesting on its own. There was a very good frantic sprint for the final few minutes, and although I really enjoyed the flash-pin trades that led to the finish, I would have liked Pac (or even Andrade) to just get the win with a more convincing and less 'lucky and well-timed' finish. ***1/2"
[7.0] "Good match between PAC and Andrade but slightly overrated for my taste to be quite honest, I'm a huge PAC fan and I'm one of those who think Andrade is a great performer when he's motivated so I automatically expected good content, add to that the fact that everyone is praising this match on social medias and I'd really enjoyed their first encounter, I'd set myself quite a high standard for them and it didn't deliver as I expected. It was obviously qualitative and I had a great time during those sixteen minutes but it wasn't anything particularly amazing, they have a good chemistry that's obvious but I'm sure they can do a lot better and it was definitely not the MOTYC I was expecting. Let's hope they finish the trilogy at Full Gear, with a better match."
[9.0] "This was amazing, genuinely think it's among the best AEW matches ever and absolutely up there with their best TV matches. Not always that high on PAC and Andrade definitely underwhelmed early on in his AEW career but this was top tier stuff so huge credit to them."
[8.0] "Absolutely amazing, as expected from these two - even better than the first time they clashed. If they do this again at Full Gear, it could easily be **** 1/2. ****"
[9.0] "This was the awesome, athletic match that Andrade was capable of, but had not yet shown in full during his time in AEW. Both he and PAC tore the house down with their insanely crisp exchanges. That one double counter at the end between them was so quick and precise that I might have missed it if Excalibur hadn't called it. The only real gripe I had with the match was that a couple minutes in the middle were a bit slow. Terrific work by these two. ****1/2"
[8.0] "A match that was promised to have nobody interfering that delivered on that promise, that's nice. PAC & Andrade really gave 110% here, they had an exciting match but the core of it was that they really just wanted to fucking hurt each other. The bumps both guys take in this match are ridiculous, and yet not one looked outright unsafe (relatively speaking), which is impressive. The apron DDT, Andrade's bumps to the floor, the Avalanche Brainbuster, they're both just trying to destroy each other, and it's great. I liked the striking as well, especially the slight trajectory change on Andrade's running high boot to catch PAC's dodge and the fake-out thrust kick he did into a back elbow. The elaborate small package finish was a good way to give PAC the win without hurting Andrade, and I'm interested as to the reason Malakai came out post-match to take out PAC. Super exciting match that had enough physicality to let you know this is a feud that's gone on for weeks. ****"
