Bea Priestly was the better performer here in my opinion, but Britt winning was obviously gonna be the outcome for this one, and I understand wanting to push Britt. After the match, Bea is still in the ring when Brandi Rhodes and Awesome Kong come out. Kong lays Bea out and then they chop a bit of her hair off with a knife. We're are at the starting phase of one of AEW's more infamous angles."

[1.0] "The match was built on an unfortunate incident where in a previous match Priestly had concussed Britt Baker in a botched spot. I? m not categorically opposed to running a feud off a real life injury but I think it has to be done well, and this was as lazy as they come with Priestly simply being bad at her job and Britt having no babyface fire to come back after her. This just felt clumsy and heatless, a total lack of chemistry between these two and no reason given to care about either woman beyond ? dentist? and ? injures people? . I think Britt was really trying but just not ready for the spot yet so I? ll give it slight credit, but only very little."

[6.0] "Priestley had a World of STARDOM title match against Mayu Iwatani less than a week prior to this match, and the opening minute of this match clearly showed that she had to work down to her opponent's level. If think match showed something positive, is that Britt Baker willing to try her hardest and then some."
