El Desperado & Shuji Ishikawa vs. Satoshi Kojima & Taichi

[7.0] "There was a lot of enjoyable back and forth here which keep the pacing quite high. Should have been definetely longer. ***1/2"

[8.0] "The good little veteran match, I was expecting it quite a bit and it delivered, it will probably be my favorite match of this tournament, thanks to all these big names."

[5.0] "Hmm, a bit of an irritating mix of kings road / stiff strong style and worked strikes and moves that either didn't connect at all or looked weak as anything. That being said the match was quite enjoyable for a mostly Dads match and the crowd were well into it. More importantly, however, what was that horrid looking white stuff on Kojima's chest? !"

[6.0] "It was a pretty good match, I liked the chemestry between these four wrestlers. The finish was meh. Taichi and El Desperado are both former Suzuki-Gun members so it's nice to see them in the same ring."

[8.0] "A hard-hitting, chemistry-rich tag clash that blended generations of Japanese wrestling history, delivering drama, nostalgia, and raw physicality--even with a slightly flawed finish."

[7.0] "Defenitely the match of the night. A great pace and a fun mix between intense and fast moves and Despe especially showing his fighting spirit"

[8.0] "Can we get Ishikawa in NJPW more? He is a welcome addition to the promotion's ranks, same style as ever and it works! Here against Kojima and Taichi especially plus I liked Desperado actually getting a pinfall for at least one victory here."

[7.0] "Was a pretty fun match, always please to see El Desperado on the ring and it was a good match in this tag league."

[8.0] "This was surprisingly very entertaining. Ishikawa and Kojima had history back in AJPW for the Champion Carnival semi-finals one year, while Desperado and Taichi had history in Suzuki-Gun. Taichi and Ishikawa were meeting for the first time (I believe). All four guys had chemistry throughout the match, and despite a slightly messed up finish, it still popped me."
