Fuminori Abe vs. Yuya Aoki

[7.0] "[3.5*] Great match. Very stiff action from both guys and Yuya impressed me. He has a very good move-set, including a Missile Dropkick to the back of the head, a beautiful Sit-Out Pop-Up Powerbomb and his Tiger Suplex as his finisher. Abe brought in the strength as always and hit great kicks and elbows. Short but awesome."

[8.0] "[4.25*] Purosesu is incredible, this match is proof of that, from the first minute this match was brutal and his pacing was incredible. Fuminori Abe's talent always impresses me, he is a tag specialist who stands out even more in his singles matches. The pace, which was already fast, became even more so at the end, which was electrifying. Yuya and Abe managed to maintain an incredible pace and engaging action every second of the match, brilliant."

[7.0] "This was a good match for the junior title. It was my first time seeing Aoki and he impressed me. Abe looked like the one leading the match though. His work is so unique and compelling to watch. I agree with what others have said about him. Every strike of his has a certain flare to it. He's incredibly enjoyable to watch. They started slow but worked their way into a full sprint with both men trading bombs with great impact. ***1/2"

[8.0] "Awesome match between two very talented wrestlers. Good hard hitting and action packed wrestling done with nice energy. Abe did some nice work on the leg of Aoki in the first portion of the match and he sold it nicely."

[7.0] "Aoki and Abe are fantastic juniors with a true puroresu spirit in their hearts. Of course, the fight was amazing, but I still feel a little sadness beacause of the lack of attention given to such great talents. And I`m not talking only about internet fans, who surely are not so familliar with BJW, I`m talking about even bookers themselves, who doesn`t work properly with talented lads like Abe, Aoki, Nomura, etc. I really want to believe in great future of those young boys, but current mood of jr. division in BJW is not on the level of their talent. ***3/4"

[6.0] "Yuya Aoki (c) -vs- Fuminori Abe - (BJW Junior Title) [** 3/4] Cool BJW Junior Title match. Definitely gave the right rub for Aoki doing his best to brush off Abe's snappy offense. Wish they'd up'ed the pace even more to suite the strengths in their styles, but what we got was still good."

[9.0] "Fantastic title match between to of the best juniors in the world. Abe is such a unique and interesting wrestler in that every action he takes down the smallest strike has some unique flair to it. He does great work targeting the leg early in the match and making the champ work from under. For the most part its standard good stuff, but the last few minutes is where things really take off. By the time Aoki hits an out of nowhere pop-up powerbomb I was losing it. Another great title match and a notch in Aoki's belt; he's been among my favorite wrestlers in 2020 and possibly the most improved of the year."
