The dead silence from the crowd from what was a fun match up until the ending shows that WWE's booking for the match was not favorable among much. Seth is good but it barely had any real change to the feud he had with punk as he was injured months later leaving us with an arguably worse title reign with CM Punk."
[10.0] "Very exciting match. One of my favourite MITB matches. So many cool spots. Did feel a little dragged out with the interfaces of Bron, Bronson, Jacob and JC. However, liked the fact Jacob turned on Solo. Very fun match with lots of cool spots."
[7.0] "It's on track to being the best match of the night no doubt about it. This rocked, Penta and Andrade were great here and Gable was good for someone who faced Vikingo only hours prior too. The ending is annoying as it feels like a movie cutscene, when it shouldn't be like that for a ladder match lol. I love Seth, but he doesn't need this at all. Every other wrestler in this match would've benefited more from that briefcase than him. Frustrating to say the least. But I can't ignore the stuff that happened before the shenanigans."
[6.0] "Fun match, it definitely went on for way to long, the money in the bank matches should be at max 25 minutes. They did some cool spots and everybody got an chance to shine and Seth winning was the right choice. (3.25*)"
[6.0] "A decent MITB match that was just painfully average and had a safe, boring winner to drag out the safe, boring The Vision storyline. Jacob Fatu turning on Solo Sikoa and costing him the match was a great moment, too bad it led to the Bloodline becoming even worse as a result however."
[7.0] "Definitely more enjoyable than the women's ladder match, which hadn't been the case in the last couple years. Pretty good spots and everyone showed out. Rollins winning was obvious and boring but it made sense because of what happened at SummerSlam. Jacob finally turning on Solo was also a great moment. (7.25/10)"
[5.0] "This match had more action than the women's one (even if there was a lack of star power) with every wrestler performing as well as is expected from them and not really slacking off at all with Americano standing out for his performance simply because this was his second match of the night. There was one insignificant botch by Andrade but most people won't dwell on it. My problem with this match lies with how it ended. The lack of CM Punk didn't make much sense even if the reason for it was the progression of Solo's story with Jacob and ensuring that the most boring option possible won this match. The exciting action caused by the very predictable interference of Seth's dogs and Solo's lovers was heavily undermined by the fact that every wrestler not involved took a prolonged nap which made the ending feel very dull. That and LA Knight (who was the most over guy) did not get to do as much as one would have hoped."
[4.0] "The same as the women's Money in the Bank, having so much talent like Andrade, LA Knight, Penta and even Chad Gable, but who do they give it to, the worst they could give it to after Solo Sikoa, Seth Rollins, the most established of all those in the fight, multiple times world champion, already winner of the Money in the Bank and the one who was obviously going to give the *reign* of the most boring and predictable Money in the Bank of all those in the fight. The fight itself was very good but the result takes away all the good things from the fight."
[8.0] "Seth Rollins winning the MITB contract was the most obvious winner you could get but the right one. Made the Vision look very strong and a really good MITB ladder match. Some good spots here and there. We had some amazing spots like the LA Knight Suplex and Jacob turning on Solo. Good stuff. [****]"
[8.0] "The best match of the show, but I also thought it went on a bit long, considering what happened throughout. I liked Jacob Fatu turning on Sikoa, but it also felt like it was dragged out for far too long. That moment, specifically, could have been a third of the length it ended up being, in my opinion."
[8.0] "Probably one of the better MITB matches from recent years. All men looked incredible. Penta, LA, Americano, even solo was funny. I think the right choice was between la and Seth, so I have zero complaints about the winner. I thought the spot where LA climbed the ladder and suplex Americano from the top rope was incredible. Bron and Bronson's involvement and Fatu's turn on solo were incredible as well."
[6.0] "This exceeded my expectations, even if it's not one of the all-time best MitB matches. I thought it mostly unfolded pretty naturally. I also liked Solo's performance here more than I ever have before. He seems to have turned a corner recently and has more of a personality than Generically Stoic Bad Guy. It makes him much more fun to watch. For me, the run-ins really ruined the match for me, and the nonsensical timing of the Fatu turn didn't help. I also think the Rollins/Heyman storyline would be better without the MitB angle. The first 3/4 of the match were an 8/10 for me but it by the end it fell to a 6/10 for me."
[7.0] "A very enjoyable MITB to watch, with strong in-ring performances. Solo Sikoa, who I've criticized a lot these past months, was finally entertaining here, though I still doubt his ability to deliver a great singles match. El Grande Americano once again put on a great performance after his excellent earlier match. My main issue with this match is the overbooking -- the run-ins take forever to play out, and while Jacob's betrayal of Solo is welcome, the execution is far too drawn out, killing the pace of what ended up being a nearly 35-minute match. The finish fell a bit flat."
[7.0] "Not the ideal winner but a very good match nevertheless. I really felt like this was L.A Knight's moment and he should have seized it in his hometown. It really would have been such a feel good moment. The match had genuine ladder match competitors apart from Solo who I thought felt out of space but he would nullify that thought later on in the match all credits to his heel work taking every opportunity to mock his opponents. There were some very good spots especially the mind-blowing innovation from El Grande Americano. That was absolutely crazy as hell. They were also able to adjust other characters into the match that advanced one story-angle in particular which was Fatu turning on Solo and costing him the briefcase. Seth and his henchmen would then easily clear the ring enabling Seth to retrieve the briefcase and become Mr MITB for a second time. ***3/4"
[7.0] "I think spots were not that great and I felt a little disappointed about it. Still there was some fun moments, gable spot was good, interferences added some drama and it worked well. Ending was predictable but at least it didn't happen most predictable way. It was a good match but I was just expecting a little bit more."
[7.0] "This is a good Money in the Bank Ladder match, very good even. It's one with complications though, going well over half an hour and down the stretch, layering extensive cut-scenes. Those initially add to the excitement, but ultimately bring the match to a halt, landing on a baffling route of attack for Fatu's much anticipated babyface turn. Afterwards, the match itself can't help but feel secondary, detracting from a wild effort beforehand. Even still, this certainly produces a highlight reel befitting the stipulation, with Andrade and Gable leading the way in that regard. ***1/2"
[10.0] "This was, in my opinion, the best Money in the Bank ladder match ever. It was had some great spots, some "sports entertainment" interference spots, and as much I would have liked to have seen LA Knight win, it makes sense that Seth won. All in all, a great match."
[7.0] "I liked this match, although many people don't like the concept of interference in this type of match, I liked how they knew how to use Seth's stable and how they followed up on Jacob Fatu's face turn in Solo. In addition, there were many cool spots by Penta and Andrade and the ending, although it seemed predictable, was very consistent with the moment."
[7.0] "More fluid and coherent than the women's MITB this year, a couple of great spots and all the wrestlers were really good in their roles. I just felt like the overbooking took too much space and time, and almost replaced the match."
[2.0] "WWE played themselves with this match to the point where filled it with 5 midcarders and Seth Rollins. What was sense of that? Obviously Seth was going to win, which made me absolutely not interested in watching it. Solo segment was so cringe, his mimics are awful, his character is disgusting, also Heyman group interracting alongside Bloodline made a lot of mess. Also Seth shouldnt have MITB. He is good enough to win championship in his own way."
[6.0] "This was good for the most part until the closing stretch. It unfortunately became utterly ridiculous as we got Bloodline B team vs Rollins' crew for a solid 5 minutes as the actual match came to a screeching halt, then we get the unimaginative winner in Rollins as Fatu betrays Sikoa. All in all a good match but I can't bump it any higher than this for the tedious amateur dramatics. ***1/4"
[8.0] "A good Money in the Bank match. At the beginning, everyone attacked Rollins. We had Solo, who was a good troll, making fun of the other wrestlers several times. Americano, who climbed all the ladders, was fun to see. I really liked the Bloodline war against Rollins' clan. Mateo, I wonder which side he'll be on. We might get the answer on SmackDown. We'll see if Rollins will handle the briefcase as well as he did in 2014."
[8.0] "Incredible MITB match, lots of fun spots and crazy bumps. The bloodline stuff took me out a little bit but it wasn't horrible. Gable and Andrade were the MVPs of this one. The end was a little anticlimactic."
[5.0] "Long, boring, overbooked. I could not give a care in the world for the Solo Sikoa bloodline story - and I don't think I've ever watched a match the dude didn't bring down. Teasing LA Knight winning, which again I do not care about - only for the most obvious person to win. The briefcase as a gimmick has been one of the worst things about WWE television for a couple years now and the bright side was supposed to be awesome 6-man ladder matches."
[7.0] "Gable is insane for pulling double duty with the Vikingo match and a ladder match. His big spot toward the end of the match was one of the coolest things I've seen in a ladder match in quite a while and another halisuos bump. Shout out to Knight and Rollins for their roles in pulling it off. Reed and Breakker interfering and being cut off by Fatu and Mateo hurts the match, but logically furthers their story. I'll never be a fan of the "everyone play dead for five minutes, while we do 'cinema'", But it looks like we're getting Fatu on his own, which he will absolutely succeed at. A pretty good ladder match, but the heavy interference along with Rollins being the only logical option to win kept it from being a top-tier ladder match. 3.5 stars."
[7.0] "The casting of this match wasn't very memorable or impactful for me, except for Penta and Seth Rollins. The in-ring action was good with some really good spots like the Mexican destroyer on the ladder. The overbooking ending was excellent. Seth winning make sense. Good match."
[8.0] "This was a really fun and entertaining ladder match. Yes, it was overbooked but that didn't ruin my enjoyment in the slightest. I also thought that Seth Rollins was the correct winner."
[6.0] "Overbooked to ridiculous proportions, weirdly placed, absolutely anticlimactic in its resolution but ultimately elevated by the participants competence. Wrong winner imo but opens up lot of possibilities for future so can't be too dissatisfied about that"
[6.0] "A lot of mixed feelings towards this match, in my opinion this had many ups and downs, moments where I thought I was watching something really special, but then the direction just wasn't the right one, and the momentum collapsed. The configuration of the match was kinda weird, but I've really liked the names, Seth Rollins was basically the only main eventer here, and the other five are mid carders looking for a main event push, so obviously a Rollins win would be incredibly predictable, and it happened. During the match, we had many nice spots like always, some better than others, but you know, the usual, and then the ending stretch arrived with a rollercoaster of emotions... Rollins called Bron and Bronson, and they've clashed with Solo's mates, Jacob Fatu and JC Mateo. Instead of focusing on Seth's rivalries, they chose to run a turn angle, involving Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa, which is unclear what alignment they will follow, but we had Jacob turning on Solo, and that was the main story. In the end, Rollins won, and I thought it was pretty weird that CM Punk didn't showed up, everyone was expecting him, even the crowd, and this made the Rollins win incredibly anticlimactic - {***}"
[10.0] "Very well wrestled match before the overbooking and the overbooking was very fun. Made it seem like Seth was going to win, then Solo, then Seth, then Knight then back to Seth. Made the obvious in doubt. Fireball ladder is unfortunate, but I appreciate it was actually a larger ladder so it makes logical sense why it was more sought after by Gable."
[8.0] "This match had crazy stunts especially the sunset flip part. I loved the crazy things Andrade and penta were doing to spice up the match. Even El Grande Americano has some memorable parts. Sucks that LA Knight didn't win tho."
[8.0] "I enjoyed this, but it wasn't without its faults. The interferences were bordering on silly, not so much with the amount of them but rather the length of them. There was also sometimes a paint by numbers feel to it - it's hard to continually come up with new spots when you have two of these matches every year. This was still fun though - it's also hard to have a truly bad 6 way ladder match. Penta was the most over guy in the match and the Mexican destroyer on the ladder bridge was gnarly. Andrade really showed out in this match and it's a shame we don't see more of him - bell to bell he's really, really good. Seth gets the win which I didn't feel was guaranteed, but was ultimately my prediction. Jacob's turn was well done and overdue. Solo Sikoa may be the funniest wrestler in WWE right now (if Truth is back to being serious)."
[9.0] "This was a good match with plenty of good moments. The face turn of Jacob Fatu was a good moment and Seth while not the best winner, at least makes some amount of sense."
[6.0] "[3.0*] Good match but I wasn't the biggest fan of it. I really prefer the MITB stipulation with the usual 18-22 min banger full of crazy spots, broken ladders and nasty bumps. I understand that TKO's WWE has this habit of doing every single big match like it's some sort of movie, full of cutscenes inside the wrestling match. I find it cool, I loved it in Roman vs Cody and really liked it in Roman vs Seth vs Punk. But this was such a big change from what we used to expect from the MITB and despite the Fatu turn being cool and etc, I didn't leave the match thinking it was awesome at all. The spots were good but not innovative, Andrade was the MVP and the absence of any RAW babyface while Seth's stooges were ambushing the match was fucking weird storytelling. Wdym they're just letting the heels do all they want to do? I need some answers."

[9.0] "Just like the women's MITB ladder before it, it did went too long and was dragged out, it was a little overbooked and Rollins winning it and becoming a record tying two time MITB ladder match winner is controversial, but it was still a fantastic match between everyone involved with really amazing action and spots throughout and had a brilliant angle with Jacob Fatu finally betraying Solo."
[8.0] "This was good, indeed. But...I think this had alone more mistakes than the womens ladder match, but the action was just so much better that I allowed myself to give one point more. Penta was showed before the match started as the specialist of ladder matches and he did it in the right way, he was the MVP of this, by far. Solo Sikoa produced tons of fun until the bloodline vortex happenned, LA Knight entertained me as well, the spot where Gable use the ladders outside to climb into the ladder inside into the ladder in the middle was so geniously and so well executed, I love this. But them, Reed and Breakker came, Mateo and Fatu in sequence, and everything that I was loving, became bullshit. Ten minutes completelly wasted in the dark for one of the most underwhelming face turns I ever saw in my life. I enjoyed the result, even not being a Seth Rollins fan, it was the best possibilitie on this match, by far. Imagine if Paul Heyman had gave up for Reigns and Punk to be at the side of a wrestler who not even can win a ladder match facing 5 other shitty wrestlers? Come on."
[7.0] "This was the exact opposite of the Women's ladder match if I'm being honest. This had a much better pacing, much better spots including an incredible sequence from Gable and Penta and Knight . And the guy who I like the most won but he was arguably the worst pick. Rollins didn't need the briefcase as he could've just asked for a title mat h and gotten it. There were parts of the mat h that the selling was inconsistent and the usual problems I have with ladder matches. Solo and Jacob were the most interesting thing about this match for me. A much better Ladder match than the Women's one and the last few men's ones, but the results took me out."
[8.0] "The Men's Money In The Bank was more of a high risk, high energy ladder match that I expected. Americano, Penta and Andrade went crazy and brought the big time spot that you expect from this stipulation. Seth was the glue here and picked his spots well. The big moment w/Jacob Fatu turning on Solo Sikoa added some brilliant storytelling to this one and will be remembered as Fatu breaking out on his own as a top singles babyface that fans will remember. I think LA Knight should have won this one, but Rollins made sense at the end of the day. This was great (****1/4)."
[8.0] "Finally, FINALLY, a good match on this show. This match not only was really fun, but all the spots hit, the story was amazing, Jacob Fatu's betrayal over Solo Sikoa worked out perfectly. LA Knight almost winning, but barely losing by getting stomped by Seth Rollins was amazing. Seth Rollins winning was a pretty good choice. Him winning could help solidify his group. This group is now basically unstoppable. Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed vs. Bloodline spot was also a fun spot. Overall, this match was amazing. 8/10"

Who wrote that scenario? Ever watched wrestling before? Excellent spots in this overbooked spectacle, keep your eyes out for Andrade and Penta, who did their best."
[8.0] "Thought this was one of the funner Mens MITB matches in recent years, better than last year and probably a similar level to 2023. It was long on paper but I didnt feel the length. Im tired of Seth but they're switching the belt to him on Monday so I guess it makes sense. Bring back a winner who hasnt won the belt before."
[6.0] "This just went way way to long. I was prepared for a lot of interference but this was somehow less interference then I expected but took way longer"
[6.0] "Started with the Gulf of Mexico nonsense, and that killed my enthusiasm immediately. Get out of your own way, there is plenty to hate about this gimmick already. That being said I was enjoying this match until they started building to the finish. There were some good spots and the pacing was certainly better than the women's match and THEN the finish... was a mess. First Rollins gang turned up (that's right, in a MITB multi man match) because what the match needed was more people. They did some shenanigans and there then joined by the budget bloodline (Fatu and Cobb) because 9 people at ring side was too few and we needed 11. Fatu predictably turned on Solo while the rest of the 9 participants (including Heyman) just chilled. No urgency required right? ! Once that was done Rollins climbs the ladder (brief LA Knight interlude) and claims the case. The winner was the right one, but does everything need to be this overbooked? ! Did this need any other participants? No. The answer as shown clearly in this match was no. Unrelated note, Penta should have won! lol."
[9.0] "Really enjoyed it. It would be a 10 but it was definitely a bit overbooked. There were a number of spots that I really liked, such as EGA doing parkour on the ladders and then LA Knight back suplexing him off of it."
[8.0] "I thought all six competitors got chances to shine in this matchup. Had a few spots I thought could have been executed better specifically the elaborate double ladder spot given to El Grande Americano. I think the two interference spots, Seth's team and Solo's bloodline both worked well. Winner was who I expected although was rooting for LA Knight."
[7.0] "really fun match actually. It started out similar to the women's match with it just being spot after spot after spot and not caring about anything else. Coming into the night it was either going to be rollins who was my pick la knight or in a weird world i could see solo winning the match and i think out of those 3 they did a great job throughout making you believe at one point or another that they each had a chance to win the briefcase. Solos was the most believable because JC and fatu come out destroy everyone and it is just solo and fatu and solo is climbing the ladder no one is going to be able to stop him and for a second i thought this was legitimately the finish to the match but we finally got the words we have all been waiting to hear for nearly one full year. "I HATE YOU SOLO" it finally happened and it was pretty cool how they did it for sure didn't expect it to happen in the middle of the money in the bank ladder match but this is the start of a huge babyface run from fatu and i'm interested in how this looks. Will be bring in his own group to battle with the bloodline ? Rollins getting the win in my opinion is the best possible option for the 2025 winner can have rollins paranoid that punk my screw him like he did drew last year but this has to lead to us having rollins as the world champion. Crappy start fire finish. 4 stars"
