[7.0] "Almost a surprisingly solid match here. I'm not huge on the finish, but what we got otherwise was good, in my opinion. Neither of them are the best wrestlers in the company, but they can have good outings. Anyways, yeah, this was fun. Hopefully we can get more like this on SmackDown going forward, particularly with it being three hours long."
[5.0] "A quarter of an hour of at least acceptable action, which then fizzles out ineffectively because a Fatal 4-Way is to be booked for Backlash. Where Priest and Knight still treat each other respectably, the Samoans do it more like wrecking balls. And once again it becomes clear how much Fatu pushes Sikoa into the background."
[7.0] "For once, two of the consistent babyfaces went toe-to-toe in a competitive match that was great to no surprise. Both men went through an uphill battle, delivering their best from the arsenal and seizing every chance to claim the victory. To a certain point, I wasn't sure who was going to win; it was nail-biting until the No Contest finish. The picture looks like Fatu defending in a multi-man affair, which sounds exciting. 3.5 out of 5 stars!"
[7.0] "It was a very solid match before the no contest. I genuinely enjoyed this matchup because it was something fresh instead of the repetitive stuff they tend to do on SmackDown recycling the same matches instead of making new ones. Hope they can run this match back in the future because I would like a nice long match between these two with a winner at the end of it. Overall solid stuff by both men."
[6.0] "Two 7/10 workers were well on course for a 7/10 match, helped by an enthusiastic (and overly generous with the "this is awesome" chants) crowd. Solo's interferences causes the no contest and costs this match a point. Helpful in setting up the multi-man US title match and getting us nearer to a Solo/Fatu split though, so I get it."
[7.0] "It was a good match before the interference. Crowd was quite loud. LA Knight should have moved on from the US title to world title but the main event scene is too stacked and midcard needs some serious investment."
[8.0] "After a decent exchange between Knight and Priest, we had a match that was beyond my expectations. The two had good chemistry with some powerful spots. The DQ was consistent with Sikoa wanting to try and eliminate Priest and Knight but he couldn't and it was Fatu who cleaned house in a very cool segment. The officiating and reinforcement that this match is going to happen is Sikoa's fault is great and teases us Fatu/Sikoa perfectly."
[6.0] "Kind of LA Knight's usual match as of late. The action starts of good, they get to the point where it should starting picking up and someone interferes and a DQ finish. Just feels so repetitive at this point."
[4.0] "The match was introduced after a brief but decent promo from both superstars. The two got a little heated, so they decided to 'move up' the match. The match was pretty slow. It seemed like both superstars were out of breath several times. Damian is a far better in-ring performer, but LA Knight has better character work. To nobody's surprise, there was outside interference, so the match ended in a no-contest. Later on the show, again to nobody's surprise, Nick Alddis announced a fatal 4-way match for the US title next week on Backlash. Hopefully, the match will be far better than the build."
[5.0] "They just can't help themselves. A potentially solid match ruined by a weak opening promo, ad breaks and a naff finish. The match was unfortunately stop started with the ads and solo's intervention was entirely unwelcome. Jacob's table spot was also entirely missed just to add to the midness. 5/10 match, 4/10 finish. Shame we didn't get more of Priest and LA knight. Lucky to be getting 5, this was boring. If this is the best they can manage to set up the four way, I'm not blown away and I want to be."
[6.0] "Another match that ended in a No Contest, for the life of me, I can not understand it. Both wrestlers had greaaaaat offense, do not get me wrong and the bell to bell action is not the reason why Damian Priest versus LA Knight gets a 6 only, but it is because of another no contest match, every single episode of WWE TV has a match like it and you can almost predict it, it is getting very annoying. The match, otherwise, was very, very good, LA Knight had a better in ring match than the one he had with Jacob Fatu at Wrestlemania."
