[8.0] "The opener got things started with a lot of energy, and the final stretch of the card delivered big time. El G vs. Orso was a lot of fun. The real highlights came near the end. Janela vs. Merak had a fantastic atmosphere with the crowd fully behind Merak, making every near fall feel important. The main event was absolute chaos in the best way possible, a wild brawl with tons of intensity and memorable moments. Not everything on the card hit the same level and there were a couple of weaker spots, but the strong opening and excellent closing matches made this a very enjoyable show overall."
[7.0] "Some historic moment, after TJPW debuting in Italy, with having also GCW and bringing some DeathMatch vibes to a scene that has not seen a lot of that style, with a well thought Italy vs. GCW card. The opener was a fast and furious blast of a spotfest, Sharpe and Babushka really blended in well, with some comedy moments also (***), El G vs. Orso was indeed a sensational high-flying contest with some cool face/heel dynamics (**3/4). Loco/Lupo, despite their charisma and putting on some sick spots, was way longer than it had to be and dragged in some parts, with a confusing finale; Gringo has seen better nights (and shape), but still was captivating (*3/4 - **). Shotzi/Vipress was brief but nice (**1/4), while Atticus/Mori kept the hype high with its high impact and Cogar out of frustration deciding to go for the skewers on Mirko (**3/4). The event ended on a high note, Janela/Merak had nuclear heat due to Joey no-showing in the past and the (large for an indie event) crowd being all the time beside Merak, they put on a bombfest until the sudden and cathartic end (**3/4), while the main event... what a total chaotic war: despite not using the most extreme of props, they literally took what was in the arena to punish each other and there also was some heavy bleeding, and impactful spots all over the place, non-stop, the italian guys really kept it up against the total unit of Manders, Drew being a madman and Jimmy (**3/4 - ***). Some fun it was, I personally hope (and also told Brett) this will be repeated in the future."
[6.0] "A highly uneven event featuring both one of the weakest and one of the strongest matches on the card. The disastrous third match hurts the overall consistency significantly, but the strong opener and excellent final stretch help the show recover and finish on a very positive note."
[10.0] "Even with the Lupo vs Grinco match this show if you are there live is unreal, the Final stretch with Janela and the 3v3 hardcore is a masterpiece. You can feel the dangerounes of the hardcore match because all the wrestler could fly in your way."
[8.0] "an historic night for italian wrestling. the level was on an average level, only the SAJ championship and the women match was disappointed but the opening and the main event was two great showcase. the main event is the FMWest thing ever happened in this country"
"Very nice debut for GCW in Italy thanks to SAJ. Being a fan of SAJ since day #1, it was a cool moment to see the best italian promotion having such a show with the top indie promotion in the world right now. Although I'm not a fan of those last years of GCW (it was better up until 2021 in my opinion), I enjoyed the show a lot from the first row. The best part of it, for me, is that we had the same number of italian/SAJ talents mixing it up with some regular members of the GCW roster and having a blast. The best matches were Atticus vs Mirko, Merak vs Joey Janela (which we hated from the start to the very last moment of his performance) and the main event. This last one match was a dream come true for all of us italian death match fans, since we never had a proper death match scene and, although there were some limitations (no glass was used for example) we finally had this style of wrestling displayed in front of our eyes by two of the top talents in this genre such as Drew Parker and Jimmy Lloyd."
