[5.0] "I didn't like this as much as many. I thought Okada vs Bandido was good but not as good as people turned it out to be. The Jon Moxley stuff is really entertaining LMAO. But it felt like wrestledream didn't matter, many of the feuds that should've ended kept going."

[8.0] "A very notable upgrade from the previous episodes, both in match-quality and stories being played out. Finally getting the bracket and a very entertaining segment for the Women's Title were some of the high moments of the show. Mercedes and Athena got me hooked in their team already and that's coming from someone who was pretty pissed Billie wasn't in it, but guess I'm giving them a chance now. Death Riders have been fantastic and what I look forward every week, so getting two matches from them was great. Awesome main event to finish very high."

[8.0] "No idea why The Demand and The Hurt Syndicate should keep fighting, but outside of that, this show was a banger. One of the strongest Dynamites in weeks! Lots of interesting set-ups for future matches/rivlaries. The opening trios match, besides the ending, was really fun. Heel Opps are gonna be a menace. Kris Stat and Mercedes should main event Full Gear. The match sells itself and tonight's good segments made me even more hyped. The four-way tag match was really solid. Jamie/Aminata's finisher looks deadly. Moxley vs. KOR was great. Awesome storytelling with Mox knocking out the ref to avoid quitting again. Moxley is making a really solid case for WOTY which is crazy considering the first few months of 2025. Death Riders vs. Conglomeration (the entrance is amazing btw) was a really fun trios match. Darby still going after the Death Riders makes sense. The possibility of another Briscoe vs. Fletcher excites me, sure, but I don't really understand why would they run it again unless Briscoe is winning. Okada vs. Bandido was the best match of the night and one of the best TV matches of the year. Bandido is another solid case for WOTY and Okada has been locked lately. Tremendous follow-up to WrestleDream. AEW always struggles this time of the year, but this show was truly great. All the matches delivered, the brackets for the women's tournament look amazing and the stories they're going for are all very interesting, besides a few. 8/10."

"1) What an unusually big venue for Dynamite! Well, the attendance numbers don't reflect that, but it really looked like an arena from the inside. 2) I didn't know Tony Khan was THAT small. Young Bucks aren't big dudes, but even they dwarfed him in that backstage segment. 3) Okay, I like where I think they are going with the Jon Moxley character. I just want to see his "followers" acknowledge the "cracks" in their leader. It doesn't make sense for them not to doubt him or question his position, especially when even he doubts himself."

The women's division been killing it probably the best I've seen from them also and the main event was fantastic. That match could have main event anywhere In the world from Japan to Mexico, but it happened in AEW where the best wrestle."

[5.0] "Frustrating episode of Dynamite, as the booking continues to favor underwhelming wrestlers. We kick off the episode with the Opps successfully defending their Trios titles against the Hurt Syndicate, which is fine, but I really enjoyed Samoa Joe and Hobbs as anti-hero faces far more than heels. Then we start the sh! t show. Jamie Hayter and Queen Aminata who have never been partners, go over on both the Sisters of Sin and Top Gods. So dumb. Then it came time for the collection of jobbers known as The Conglomeration to defeat the Death Riders, your top heel faction in the company. First, Mox gets buried again (after losing to Darby at WrestleDream) by essentially admitting he was getting tapped, and purposely gets DQ'd. This was followed up by the remaining Death Riders losing a trios match to the Conglomeration. The Conglomeration couldn't beat a junior high wrestling team, and they go over on the Death Riders? Far and away the best match of the night was Okada and Bandido, which saved the show."

Only the last one felt like it have some type of move forward. Mox and the Death Riders specially need some evolution. Crazy good main event, Bandido is the wrestler of the year."

[7.0] "A good post PPV Dynamite and definitely a lot better than some of the shows leading up to Wrestledream. Pretty much every match here was good to some extent with both trios matches and the main event being the standouts for me. In terms of things being set up for Full Gear, a lot of stuff from the previous PPV are seemingly being carried over. Darby is still feuding with the Death Riders which is pretty bizarre but i cant complain too much since he has phenomenal chemistry with them and the matches will likely continue to be as sick as they have been previously. The Demand and The Hurt Syndicate are seemingly continuing their feud as are the Bucks and Jurassic Express and Fletcher and Briscoe. It is a bit lazy but as is the case with Mox and Darby, the matches will probably be sick so its not too bad. There's only one match announced for the PPV so far, that being Kris vs. Mercedes, and while i didnt enjoy their segment on this show, it looks like there's actually gonna be some solid build to this match which is the first time that's happened for a Mercedes match since All In. There's some fun TV stuff set up too with the women's tag title tournament brackets being announced which should lead to some decent TV heading into the PPV. Overall this was a pretty strong show with some great matches and a few angles that set up the next few weeks of TV nicely. MOTN - Bandido vs. Kazuchika Okada"

[10.0] "Loved every bit of this episode. The women had a killer 4 way tag, with the standouts being Bayne/Ford which makes me very excited to see what those two have in store for the tournament. Mox/KoR was an incredible piece of storytelling business, which showcased the very low depths that Moxley is willing to go to just to not appear weak again and tap out (which we all know is one of Moxley's biggest cruxes). What I also loved about that bit was how well it was highlighted by the commentary. Mone/Stat's program is already off to a good start, as it showed more of Mone's gravitas, and the seeds of Mone descending to insanity was planted during that segment. To top it off, we had an INCREDIBLE TV main event between Bandido and Okada. The post-match stuff was also pretty intriguing, but nothing we haven't seen before already. Overall, an excellent Dynamite."

But this was a great post PPV epiosde as it has already set up lots of stuff for the closing two months od the year and also had some really good in ring action with an excellent main event which after continued the tease to one of my dream matches. we also got some great promos and backstage segments throughout the show really excited to see Athena make Mercedes go through Minion training before the tag tournament. MOTN: Okada vs Bandido"

[7.0] "Plenty of good matches and some decent little story beats hit even if a lot of things just felt very 'as you were' and rather safe coming off such a good PPV. However, I think it'll be part of a solid 1-2 hit of TV this week looking ahead to the Collision card."
MaveDeltzer wrote on 24.10.2025:
[5.0] "This episode was partially saved by a fairly good main event but it still felt pretty skippable. Anything with The Conglomeration, whether in tags or singles matches, always feels like filler TV. The Hurt Syndicate are still fighting The Demand after two blow-off matches already, Joe and Hangman are destined to rematch after having the worst match on the last PPV, Fletcher and Briscoe are going again right after their fifth match, and Darby is still chasing Moxley. It all feels very skippable. People talk of post-PPV shows like they're the first episode of a new series. In other TV, the first episode of a new series has to be great because it all drops off from there. All we get with AEW is a momentum reset with nothing interesting going on. I can't shake the feeling that this women's Blood and Guts match is either going to be really safe and therefore boring, or it's going to set a record number of injuries, but I guess that depends who's in it. The biggest angle at Wrestle Dream was Joe's turn on Hangman, but Hangman has been relegated to Collision this week. He doesn't feel important as a champ. This is a pretty poor episode without the main event."
SkyIcons wrote on 24.10.2025:
[6.0] "The wrestling was good as usual, and the main event was amazing. But the general direction of AEW TV just doesn't interest me. Based on the segments on this show majority of full gear will just be repeated matches from wrestledream, most of which have already long overstayed their welcome. The Mercedes segment was bad, her and Stat can and should be doing more important things for their feud. The women's tag stuff is really the only thing to look forward to on a weekly basis going forward."

Most of the Collision episodes, especially in recent months, have been such a chore to watch. Unpredictably is what makes live wrestling TV shows great. If they can keep up this quality I'll start watching live again."
sarahlicity wrote on 23.10.2025:
[9.0] "A rather impressive display of how you can take what would be otherwise boring and derivative, and turn it around into something interesting. Take, for example, the KOR/Mox match: normally when you see the words "by DQ" in a results list, it fills you with dread because DQs are, most of the time, a horrible crutch. But nope, we got a match where the DQ made sense and, in actual fact, pushed the story even better than Kyle winning clean would've. Same goes up and down tonight's card, in that whilst prolonging some feuds past WrestleDream could seem a bit boring (such as the massive face vs. heel feud in the women's midcard which is surely going to come to an head at Blood & Guts), they strangely made it feel like it worked tonight. In a time where the issue of "connective tissue" has been on my mind when it comes to AEW storytelling as of late, they've done very well in putting said tissue together."
ParkwayDriver wrote on 23.10.2025:
[6.0] "A solid follow up to WrestleDream with largely solid matches. The main event felt like the best TV Match from AEW in some time despite the highly obvious result. The heel dominance on the show feels overloaded especially with acts such as The Death Riders (Moxley only showing mental wear versus any kind of physical issues despite two violent matches and getting lit on fire on the last three PPVs, ) The Don Callis Family, and Mercedes Mone with all of her titles. AEW feels like they have been overdoing champion vs. champion matches with another one on the horizon in Kris/Mercedes as Mercedes doesn't have enough titles already while chasing two others with her and Athena's partnership also announced for the tag title tournament. The cycle continues to feel rematch heavy heading toward Full Gear."
davidiiske wrote on 23.10.2025:
[8.0] "Wild swings in quality. Seems they're still stuck in the same feuds as before WrestleDream and two very good title matches and a great singles match (Mox/KO) were undercut by that mediocre 4 way match and Mone again losing any heat she might have had. AEW is always some fine tuning from having consistently great shows so they top out at "good but...huh? " most weeks."

[6.0] "A good Dynamite in-ring performance. Including some great title defenses. A bit of filler in the midcard, though, which echoes an episode that was rather narratively weak, as the storylines seemed to freeze after just finishing a pay-per-view. Don Callis and Tony Khan's response were the only good segments of the evening, which isn't much. Because the Statlander/Moné interaction didn't leave a positive impression on me, to put it mildly. In-ring quality: 3.25/5. Angles and non-match segments: 0.5/3. Bonuses/penalties: none. Total: 5.75/10. Show seen on Triller TV."

[6.0] "A decent show with a lot of ups, and a lot of downs. For the ups - I really enjoyed the last two matches in particular - the Conglomeration vs Death Riders was good all around action, was fast paced, and fun. Okada vs Bandido was great as expected and the highlight of the night, well worth the time to watch. There were some really unexpected and unpredictable moments too, like Moxley punching the ref and the aftermath of that with everyone coming out, but it felt very different than previous Death Rider in ring swarms. And the puppet Mercedes by Harley Cameron segment was really funny. It was good seeing a new tag team with Queen Aminata and Jamie Hayter - I felt they did well in the match and had an awesome finishing move. Now the downs. It started off slow and I didn't like the opening trios match that much, just didn't have the excitement that the opening match needs to have to keep people's attention. I didn't think the show got going until about two thirds of the way through. Nitpick but I felt Okada should have finished Bandido with a move to his shoulder, to not make Bandido look like he took a clean loss. The biggest gripe is that storylines are feeling really stale overall - pretty much everything that happened was just a continuation of storylines that have been going on for months now (Death Riders, Conglomeration feuding with them, Kyle O'Reilly and Mark Briscoe, Okada and Takeshita, etc). And the Death Riders and Moxley... why are we continuing to see them to prominent? I was hoping after All In that we'd get a long break from Moxley at least and the Death Riders, but no, week after week it's the same thing from them. Despite Darby beating Moxley at Wrestledream."
elryo wrote on 23.10.2025:
[9.0] "Really great show. My only real criticism is that stories that looked to be over at WrestleDream have, surprisingly, continued. Fletcher and Briscoe is the weirdest example for me. I also would've liked another few minutes for the main event, but it was still very good. Pretty much all the non-wrestling segments were really cool, especially the Bucks with TK and FTR."

Robot3872 wrote on 23.10.2025:
"This show had a number of things that were good about it. My favorite part was the ceo celebration segment with the cake and Harley/Kris Statlander. The Bandido/Okada match, both wrestlers were very skilled. Also the DQ finish in the Kyle O'Reilly vs Mox finish was good because those types of finishers are not common, also gives a sense of desperation by Mox after the Darby Allin loss."
NikoKillbain wrote on 23.10.2025:
[5.0] "A decent episode of TV but felt very business-as-usual following Wrestle Dream. Like last weekend's PPV, I can't tell where we're headed or if we're waiting for something. If today was any indication, Full Gear is likely no longer seen as a Big 4 PPV, and may end up being a lot of rematches or thrown-together pairings. HS vs Opps was entertaining, and while I'm OK with them winning, The Demand interrupting feels very status-quo. Darby didn't really move on from Mox, and Briscoe and Fletcher are still at each other's throats. They're slow-playing Okada vs Takeshita which is good, but you've got to wonder why they're pacing everything slowly? I'm hoping it's not because they're waiting for MJF, Cope, Ospreay or Swerve."

[9.0] "Great ---- Mercedes Belt celebration/Harley Cameron puppet show, KOR vs. Moxley (storytelling in the match/commentary exceptional), Bandido vs. Okada. Very Good --- Conglomeration vs. Death Riders trios + post match brawl/darby save. Good ---- Women's 4 team tag match, Moxley video promo. Okay ---- Darby Allin promo, "I will die for this place", "if the DR's are breathing, Darby is not far behind". Average ---- Jurassic Express video promo, Hurt Syndicate vs. Opps, Joe post match promo. Fine ----- Thekla/Mina backstage promo. Not Great ---- Hangman promo (dude stop yelling), Fletcher/Briscoe segment (unnecessary continuation of feud, callis promo kind of random, Statlander promo. Good great. Been down on AEW commentary but they were great tonight."

[10.0] "This was a tremendous episode of Dynamite, fresh off a great WrestleDream they continued that momentum perfectly, with two stellar matches in Mox/KOR and Bandido/Okada, a women's tag team title tourney that looks like a fantastic time ahead (Mercedes and Athena teaming together made me audibly scream in delight) and solid movement in numerous feuds and title matches, this was honestly maybe the best dynamite in six months. Incredibly pleased."

[9.0] "Great show today, I enjoyed it from start to finish. A well-rounded program, packed with intensity, variety, and memorable moments. I think this was AEW's best television show since post-All Out. The match between Okada and Bandido was a gem, worthy of a main event, capping off a top-level night. The women's division shone with the chaotic and entertaining multi-match, plus Moné's spectacular segment with Kris. I'd say the low point of the night was the beginning, with the trios match due to poor booking at the end, but it didn't detract from the great show that was presented. 9/10."

[9.0] "Thought the matches delivered big time and I very much enjoyed the advancement in the women's storylines and the Death Riders. I do wish a few of the other feuds had wrapped up to start new ones going into Full Gear. But when the matches deliver to this level, I can put that to the side. The women's tag, KOR/Mox and Bandido/Okada were all fantastic."

[8.0] "Hangman feeling like an afterthought as champion (and Toni going missing cause it's her bday) aside, this was a very eventful episode and everything that happened felt like it had purpose and direction which has been an issue with some episodes lately. Good that they did a Wrestledream recap. I'm tired of hangman shouting in every promo but at least we saw the champ once I guess. I'm just happy to see THS face someone else & I'm so tired of the demand v THS but it will continue. They kept mvp out of the ring for this trios title match which made sense and the match was smartly put together in general. Good that Joe is explaining why he turned heel in the post match. Excellent heel promo from Joe because they didn't want to boo him but he got the heat. The explanation for the heel turn itself wasn't really strong but everything else was. Backstage segment for Stat which is for her own protection. Very confident promo though. Darby came out with great aura and delivered a brief and effective promo. Perry casually delivering a strong promo for the tag titles. Reasonable next step for them. Winners of the 4 way women's tag selecting their 1st opponent added needed stakes to this type of match. I can't help but think about the fact that supernatural scary gimmicks don't work because kayfabe is dead any time I see the triangle of madness. I don't usually like the 1 v 1 format but it actually worked here for the psychology. I like that the heel teams had tension here. Kinda liked the finish. The match wasn't all smooth but it felt urgent. Chuckled seeing Tony in the Young Bucks segment cause the past few segments that tease his appearance don't actually show him. Good match set for Collision despite Tony being so long winded about it. They should've shown footage of Mone's cmll defense in order to normalize the promotions they work with like they did with Takeshita and NJPW. Harley is fantastic and no one can convince me otherwise. Mone uses the term "marks" too much and maybe they could've had her attack Harley quicker (considering she's still shaky at spots in extended promos) but this wasn't too bad for her. Kris coming out and attacking her to save Harley was chefs kiss. Fantastic segment. I don't know what Mox is saying half the time but these cinematic video packages are carrying like beats on a Carti song. The conglomeration entrance was nice. I like that they referenced how easily Mox gave up. I hate the term "scientific wrestler" and Mox setting himself up to take a diving dropkick into a chair was kinda ridiculous but everything other than that in the Kyle match was great. Marina's facials in these DR matches are always great. This was a strong match and the dq finish was done for narrative reasons, not just because they didn't want to beat Kyle so that was good (didn't feel lazy). I feel like we've gotten a lot of these DRs v Conglomeration matches but this one felt more urgent and hard hitting. Strong and Claudio got especially made this excellent. The post match gorilla press tease from Claudio on OC was great and after the post match I'd rather see these teams in Blood and Guts than any other group of guys. It's better than Mox v Darby again. I feel Mone/Athena will make for a great team but Mone also has Kris to deal with so I wonder how far they'll go together. Fletcher's confidence on the mic is great and while I didn't want to see a rematch initially, I actually think if they build this well enough, I'll be interested but Mark would NEED the win (which would unfortunately setup a 7th match). Riho & Windsor is very random for the Women's Tag bracket but it's good that they've addressed this. Mina has so much charisma it's crazy and while I see potential in Thekla as a talker, she always comes off a bit cringe when she goes on for any extended time, which derailed what started out as a fine segment. Strong ME (that should've been a time limit draw that kicked off the show) and they protected Bandido via his shoulder injury. Some interesting spots occurred during the break like the drop kick counter which Bandido read from the top rope. The crowd was great but small which leaves this episode as just below a 9 for me."

Awesome, AWESOME WRESTLING."
