The setting gave me Full Sail vibes as well I would've hoped if a similar venue or this one became the permanent setting for NXT. 6 woman - ***1/2, Oba/Tony - ****, Fraxom/ATDU - ***1/2, Randy/Jevon - ***1/2."

[8.0] "I loved this setting, the fans on the stage creating the narrow walkway looked cool as hell, and NXT should run more buildings of this size to take the TV show on the road more often. Starting out with Trick and Jey was a smart move, as the crowd were immediately hot. I like Wes moving into the NXT title picture, would prefer he be a babyface though. The women's segment was fine (why is Jade not more interested in winning the title? ) but picked up when Giulia and Vaquer came out. I'm interested where this goes next, because there are at least 2 viable options for next to hold the championship (Delta's vignettes make it seem like she'll be a force right off the bat). To be fair to the Sexyy Red performance, it ended, so it could have been worse. Ethan Page turned babyface in my books by interrupting her. Every match delivered, crowd was hot all night. Great show!"

I possibly would have given the overall show a 7 but Sexy Red was absolutely horrendous and I never want to see Booker T dance ever again."

"This episode of NXT was a big improvement over last week, which felt too safe. It was much more exciting with better matches and effective use of main roster talent. The opening segment with Trick and a surprise appearance by Jey Uso really energized the crowd. The six-woman tag match exceeded expectations and the Roxanne/Cora promo was solid, but things got even better with Giulia's arrival and Stephanie Vaquer's debut. Tony D vs. Oba Femi for the NA Championship was a hard-hitting, thrilling match. Despite a slightly weak finish, Tony winning was the right call. Fraxiom vs. A-Town Down Under was a fast-paced, entertaining tag title defense, and the main event between Orton and Evans, though an odd matchup on paper, worked surprisingly well. Overall, between great matches, storyline progress, and good pacing, this was a strong episode of NXT."

[8.0] "Better than last week's episode, enjoyed all four of the matches and Stephanie Vaquer appearing alongside Giulia to confront NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade which made it more interesting for what happens down the road, Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill & Kelani Jordan vs Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne & Jazmyn Nyx: Kelani was able to be highlighted in this one, Fatal Influence were obviously gonna lose here but a competitive match all the same, good to see Bianca and Jade in NXT [***1/2]. Tony D'Angelo vs Oba Femi: A better match than I was expecting, the win for D'Angelo to become the new champion elevated him, Femi losing was a surprise though [***1/2]. Axiom & Nathan Frazer vs Austin Theory & Grayson Waller: A great tag team match, MOTN in my opinion, they have great chemistry and there were a few cool counters and great tag team wrestling which was surprising [***3/4]. Randy Orton vs Je'Von Evans: A great showing from the young Evans against some of the calibre of Orton, the botched RKO at the end was worked well and Evans selling the second RKO that ended the match really well [***1/2]"

[8.0] "A big improvement over the previous week's episode of NXT, which I felt played it too safe and had some other issues. This was a lot more exciting, with better use of main roster wrestlers and better matches. The opening segment with Trick and a surprise appearance by Jey Uso got the crowd going. The six woman tag was a pretty good opening match that was better than expected (6.5/10). Roxanne and Cora's promo was fine, but things really picked up when Giulia came out and Stephanie Vaquer made her debut to team up against the heels. Really looking forward to what happens there. Tony D vs Oba Femi for the NA Championship was very good. A hard hitting fight with plenty of big moves and exciting moments. Although the finish could have been better, Tony winning to become the new champion was the right move (8/10). Fraxiom vs A-Town Down Under for the tag team titles was good. The teams worked well together to have a fun back and forth at a quick pace. A nice filler defense for the champions as they retain (7/10). Orton vs Evans in the main event was good. On paper, this is an odd pairing as Orton and Evans have completely different styles, but it actually worked out well. Great moment after the match with Evans getting Orton's approval to close the show (7/10). Between the match quality, story advancement and the overall feel, this was a very good episode of NXT. 8/10"

And the tag title match and Orton vs. J'evon evans are good too. The six-woman tag wasn't even too bad it was also better than expected. This is getting me excited for silver NXT era."

[7.0] "A show I thought improved upon last weeks CW debut which was solid still. I liked a lot of the usage of main roster integration to elevate many on the NXT roster (Jey Uso with Trick, Jade & Bianca with Kelani, Orton with JeVon, Grayson & Theory with Frazer & Axiom.) The match of the night came between two NXT homegrown names in Oba/Tony in a very good match between both that improved on their recent PLE match. It also gave a nice title win for Tony who has only improved over his last 3 years in NXT becoming one of their top names. The Cora/Roxanne segment I thought could have been better but it at least gave the desired payoff of Vaquer and Giulia aligning. Some nice build toward future events on the show and the look of the venue felt very refreshing. If NXT continues to tour, more venues like this one would be a nice change of scenery from most televised wrestling right now. 7-7.5"

"They put Randy Orton on a regular episode of NXT XD Theory, Waller, Jade, and Bianca I kind of understand because 3 of the 4 used to be there and one should be there. It wasn't as desperate as putting the Undertaker and Cody on last year but still braindead just the same."

[9.0] "For a weekly show this was really good. Main roster star power helped a lot obviously. Only low-point for me is the women's tag. The rest of the show has a superb flow. Well-executed storytelling and good moments all around. Cora Jade in the spotlight after forever, Stephanie Vaquer debuts, Nikkita Lyons returns backstage, Tony and Oba had a banger, the Tag match was fine and Je'Von getting the nod in the main event. They delivered on the promise of a great show!"

[8.0] "The show kicked off great with Trick Williams, and Jey Uso with Wes Lee in the crowd confronting Trick Williams about the title. But it was a great moment to see Jey Uso in NXT with the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, and Kelani Jordan tore it down in the Six - Women Tag Team Match against Fatal Influence. Tony D'Angelo finally did it as he defeated Oba Femi and became the new WWE NXT North American Champion. Roxanne Perez, and Cora Jade were gloating, and having fun before Giulia came out then seconds later Stephanie Vaquer came out and aided Giulia to fend off Roxanne Perez & Cora Jade. This was a great segment, and a great set up for all four ladies as I'm assuming at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc a sort of tag match will take place. Fraxiom continue to show people why they're one of the best tag teams in the world today as they defeated A - Town Down Under. In the Main Event the young Je'Von Evans took on Randy Orton in a fun match. Afterwards Randy Orton gave his respect to the young man as the show ends on a great note. Overall great episode way better than last week episode in terms of in - ring performance but I really enjoy this episode."

"9/10. What a show. Way better than last week and one of the best this year. This format is really good and i hope they stay like that. I can get behind Trick vs Wes but Jey was not really needed here lol. The 6 tag was.. Very good? ! Jacy Jane & Fallon Henley are better than a lot of the women's on the main roster. Kelani getting the win is the right call. Probably the best moment of the night for me beside Orton Je'Von is the debut of Stephanie Vaquer. I kinda figured that the plan is Giulia/Vaquer against Roxanne & Cora but her debut was perfect. The thing is.. Cora does not belong in this program. I understand why they do it but she's outshined by everyone here, she should strictly take pins and that's it. That being said, Shawn Michaels completely cleared up all the doubts I had last week for the moment. Giulia and Vaquer in WWE is still pretty wild and i can't wait for their inevitable feud. Tony D against Oba was very good, way better than their match a No Mercy but.. I don't really like the timing, a few days after Oba beat the record feels like they were waiting exactly for that moment. I'm nickpicking so it's nothing crazy, bigger and better things ahead for Oba anyway. Fraxiom against Theory & Waller was good but i wasn't very interested. I would guess that was supposed to be against MCMG but plans changed. Orton against Je'Von was everything to me.. It was very good, i liked the storytelling. Too bad about the botch but great recovery by Orton and that doesn't impact the quality of the match. Now they need to push Je'Von hard, he got the Orton approval. I don't know how to explain but Orton in NXT feels bigger than CM Punk in NXT. Great show. Can't wait for Lexis King vs Oro Mensah next week."
