Robbie X doesnt excite me. Martin doesnt do anything for me either. The two matches in between were good."
[6.0] "Solid show. The tournament is decent if somewhat unremarkable, but the two non-tournament matches make up for that. The production quality is clearly being worked on by RevPro, which is a positive and hopefully will be noticed. The problem for this show is the cruiserweight division is a little unloved at the moment, with Leon Slater all but leaving it earlier in the year when he signed for TNA, and then it seemingly being forgotten with Jordan Breaks as champion."
[6.0] "RevPro have bought new cameras and it looks instantly a whole lot better. A weird show, The two best matches were the non tournament matches although I quite enjoyed the elimination main event. This tournament somewhat emphasised the problems they have with their cruiser division. Last years winner and the star of the division seems to be very much TNA based without ever getting a send off so you suspect he will still pop up now and then which leaves a shadow over everyone else. The guy who beat him for it barely appeared, lost it four months ago and has not been seen since despite having a skill set that would add a lot. Of the local guys in this, you have Robbie X who is great but loses so much it is basically a meme at this point, Kid Lykos who is not over beyond the vapors of the boom years, Kid Lykos II who is pretending to be someone who isn't over and isn't even wearing the mask anymore and Cameron Khai who is getting a strong push but somebody whose work does not excite and doesn't have the charisma to compensate. Rough times. Of the imports, Lio is always good value in the UK and someone I like a lot. Barbs is fun enough, Dante Martin is fine but bland and Robbie Eagles is on a paid holiday."
