[6.0] "Nice episode of SmackDown. Not anything great here besides the Melo vs Andrade match (best of the series) and the overall US Title story and the KO heel turn build. Everything else was just easy fun, nothing really important but yet fun to watch without high pretensions or expectations. It can always be better, but at least this surpasses the mediocre bar."
[8.0] "Very enjoyable episode of SmackDown. I like how the amazing matches between Carmelo Hayes and Andrade ended up integrating with US title picture. Speaking of which, it's nice to see full time US Champion like LA Knight. Another chapter for Cody's title reign and The Bloodline. Kevin is going turn heel and it makes sense."
[2.0] "It was shit, Andrade/Hayes , it's lunar Nia/Tiff was a well written storyline and brought rather subtly, but Nia had to take Tiff by the neck, it's too big. Bayley/Naomi, Naomi should have won for a bit of freshness. But I'm really asking the question, I don't think we've seen Naomi get a real finish since she came back. (I really like Bayley and I'm happy for her even if it doesn't go anywhere) Owens/Bloodline again, another loop, loops within a loop, it's so indigestible it's been two months since the shows have been the same with a few differences."
[8.0] "Great episode of SmackDown. All the matches were entertaining, including the opener and Carmelo vs. Andrade, which I found to be the best of the night. Im happy that Piper Niven and Michin were given timethey did a really good job, and I hope the womens midcard division gets more space more often. The episode was primarily focused on wrestling, but I also enjoyed both the opening segment and the episodes ending. I really liked how the situation around Nias title is evolvingit was a lot of fun to watch."
[6.0] "This episode of Smackdown was decent I suppose, but I felt that the show kinda fell off during the second half in terms of match quality. [MOTN: Andrade vs. Carmelo Hayes]"
[6.0] "On balance, not a bad episode of SmackDown, but not quite up to the highs that we have come to expect from how good the past few weeks of programming have been. The highs include Solo Sikoa finally getting some heat from the crowd, yet another great match from Carmelo Hayes and Andrade, and the teasing of Kevin Owens turning heel on Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes. Beyond that, the matches were fine but largely forgettable. Bayley and Naomi had an okay contendership match, and the Bloodline and the team of Orton and Owens had an okay tag match as our main event that still felt like it was all about Cody. This was perfectly acceptable TV filler that is not super worth revisiting outside of Melo-Andrade VI."
[8.0] "its so funny how the quality of smackdown outside of certain wrestlers and moments like the queen and king of the ring tournament got punted post mania. Now that theyre not on fox anymore, its been so much better. The Andrade Melo series has carried the mid card division along with La Knights televised us title matches. The tag team division is starting show signs of life. Next weeks ladder match for the belts is gonna be insane. The Tiffany-Nia friendship dynamic along with Bayley and Naomi has been fun to watch because there has been some tension and youre starting to see it more and more each passing week. The Randy Cody KO friendship dynamic is already a more compelling story than whatever they got going on over there on raw. Good times ahead especially with Roman back since he will be showing up more going forward after bad blood"
[7.0] "Smackdown is slowly starting to become watchable again. Less focus on the new Bloodline and progression of other storylines is helping. There are still problems, but I think the move to USA is helping them work out the kinks. I'm especially interested in the Cody/Kevin/Randy story and the complicated feelings there in regards to Cody teaming with Roman."
[7.0] "Fine show in my opinion. Cole and Graves are still a very good commentary duo and it helped the show tonight. The building of the possible Owens vs Rhodes feud is interesting but otherwise still not much is there. All of the matchups were good with the opener being my MOTN."
"Andrade and Carmelo have their best match yet. This is by far the most heated and interesting feud on Smackdown. Carmelo has nicely come into his own as a main event player. Andrade is arguably the best wrestler on the brand, which is not saying much, given the talent. I am looking forward to these two men continue to battle it out. It's funny; what started out as a match between two wrestlers trying to see who is better, has turned into a bitter rivalry that has now looped in the US title and LA Knight. Hopefully, both men can make their PLE debut this year, but with the current creative team's booking that seems impossible."
[6.0] "Andrade is, yet again, the best thing on SmackDown, his match was good and I'm really looking foward for whats next. The whole Cody/Kevin/Randy thing is interesting and Nia/Tiffany is heating up but this episode felt like just a step to bigger shows."
[7.0] "A pretty nice in-ring show this week, building up next week's show and Bad Blood. The stories are mostly strong, though I didn't think the opening segment needed so much time to get where it needed to."
[8.0] "SmackDown since arriving on the USA Network has been great. The episodes feel important many marquee matches with fun stipulations, and no boring booking. This episodes had many solid matches but the match of the night was Carmelo Hayes vs. Andrade in there 6th Match of the Best of Seven Series. Bayley, and Naomi had a fun match which had Bayley win and now will face Nia Jax at WWE Bad Blood for the WWE Women's Championship. Michin adds more momentum and now can focus on her dumpster match against Chelsea Green next week. Kevin Owens & Cody Rhodes have more tension rising after Cody Rhodes cost him his tag team match against The Bloodline. Overall very solid show."
