616.09.2024Will Morris6.0rollins promo got booed this week before drew saved it, they are leaning into the backlash so well. other than that the crowd was pretty dead. the tag match was decent fun, reah running basically as face is a great choice. the miz match was poor and the r truth stuff isn't funny. the gunther stuff was good as was the sami zayn promo later in the show. not sure why the main event feud is still going on

2411.02.2024crs2856.0Pretty good Show. The crowd really wants Cody to finish the story at this point. The matches in this match disappointed me outside of the first two which the opener was my MOTN. Enjoyed the Gunther Uso segment and I think Jey makes sense as the guy to beat Gunther at Mania. Sami's promo was also good. Maxxine Dupri had a 2 minute match and still managed a bad botch so maybe let her develop more before putting her in TV matches.

3209.02.2024Jordyn37.0The opening segment as well as the Gunther and Jey segments and the Sami promo are the only three segments I would say to go out of your way to watch. The in ring quality was decent with the 4 way tag match being the best match by far. Drew McIntyre's character is so real and everything he says makes sense making him a constant talking point throughout RAW. Overall, RAW was a decent show with a few very good parts of it 7/10.
3309.02.2024bgillett867.0A good episode of Raw, bookended by two solid wrestling matches. Drew McIntyre continues to be the best and most intriguing character on Raw.

3908.02.2024PutMeInACageWithRhea6.0[6.25] The Drew/Seth/Cody and Jey/Gunther segments, plus the Four Way tag match were the only enjoyable parts of what was otherwise an underwhelming episode of Raw, especially considering how we were left off from last SmackDown's confounding ending.

4707.02.2024jiobiee5.0Underwhelming and blah Monday Night Raw. Fans are already deflated by the events of last weeks' Smackdown, so we're all hoping that RAW would be the pick-me-up that we all needed and unfortunately, it wasn't. Match of the night goes to the Fatal Four Way, with eight incredible in-ring talents duking it out in a confusing yet entertaining match. Worst match is probably either Miz vs. McDonagh or the Women's Tag (which I didn't see but also didn't hear great things about- maybe I'll watch it and edit my review to match). The night started okay, with a promo by Seth and Cody that was interrupted by Drew MacIntyre. While I think they're trying to pull the situation out in an odd way, I am at least grateful that there's some presence in the ring that shares the fans' view on the situation. Kind of had house show vibes after the promo, though.

5407.02.2024Dune4.0Deflating Raw that treats its audience like morons. The direction of Cody's booking in light of last friday has been anything but entertaining. Its killing my desire to engage with the product and my investment in other stories. If the main event picture is garbage, why should I care about the mid/undercard? What a poor decision, killing something the majority of your audience was looking forward to. What do I have left now? Predicting which women's tag team the titles will be hot-potatoed to next? Embarrassing show compared to last weeks, and the previous year of decent booking. Gunther's promo was good.

5806.02.2024SirJamesJones5.0The opening segment with Cody, Seth, and Drew was entertaining. The crowd added to the enjoyment, especially their vocal reactions to the Cody situation. Drew's T-shirt provided a very funny moment in my book - boy isn't he aging like wine? It's noteworthy that there seems to be a conscious acknowledgment of the Cody situation, hinting at a potential pivot of sorts, though I acknowledge the uncertainty given the advertising of the main event - and the absolute burial of Rollins title if a pivot does occur. The following tag match, had the makings to be a solid bout, but unfortunately, it incorporated the clichéd spot of a group catching a flying man and toppling over not once, but multiple times! This exact scenario tends to detract from the realism that one might expect in a simulated sporting contest. Nevertheless, the match showcased an abundance of personality - there's potential here for some good future bouts. It was nice to see WWE seemingly run with DIY, who bring a refreshing touch of old-school charisma to the table. Becky Lynch, always a delight to watch, faced off against Baszler in an elimination chamber qualifying match. Despite the considerable potential, the match was marked by a series of awkward moments where the two competitors appeared to be out of sync. While it wasn't particularly offensive to watch, it failed to capture that attention-grabbing quality one might hope for here. The following segment features Nia Jax and Rhea, building anticipation for their match at Elimination Chamber, it was decent for what it aimed to achieve. However, a minor issue I have with the face off is the portrayal of the security breaking up the altercation only for them to all back off so Nia to deliver her finisher. Also I'm seriously not sold on Nia, which again detracts from the segment anyway. Part of me desperately wants to hop on the Maxxine train, but it's stuck at the station of indifference for me. The mixed tag match mercifully wraps up faster than myself on Christmas Eve. There's an evident conspiracy backstage at WWE regarding The Viking Raiders, considering the sheer enthusiasm WWE has for them. The crowd, however, remains as bewildered as I am during during this match, making me wonder if Vikings are nothing more than the secretly unsung heroes of marketability in the wrestling industry. Up next McDonagh faces off against The Miz, and despite my wish to like him, McDonagh comes off as a black hole for charisma during his Judgement Day segments. While he doesn't commit any in-ring offenses, he seems like the designated "easy beat" for the group, preserving their credibility. Ironically, Truth feels more integrated into the group than McDonagh does. This match turns out to be match of the night, featuring a decent back-and-forth with a rather goofy ending. Gunther celebrates his 600+ day anniversary with the IC title with an icy promo, asserting his dominance. Jey Uso interrupts in a solid segment, showcasing their differences. Gunthers line "simple gestures for a very simple audience" is great here - the man is an oldschool heel and plays the part perfectly. His presence becomes somewhat stronger when next to someone who is very gimicky like a Jey Uso. The women's tag match, despite being a decent showing, suffers from a surprisingly quiet crowd, likely due to the lack of belief in The Warriors losing their titles. However, the double-team work from Katana and Kayden is commendable. The main event is another installement to the never ending Shinsuke and Cody feud, this time a bull rope match. I think this is meant to be more personal not just because of Shin spraying chilli con-carne in Codys face, but also because theyre in the match that Codys dad made famous - a Bull Rope match. Cody sold the chilli to the eyes pretty nicely during this bout, and pulled off the victory. I dont know if its because this is a bull rope match in WWE, so its gonna feel somewhat tame - but despite a ton of talent between the two of these individuals - these two never actually got going for me, I'm sorry to say. Overall the wrestling was seriously lacking here, but the promos and confrontations ranged from passable all the way to fantastic in the case of Gunther.

6706.02.2024greaterdale7.0I think this was a good enough show. Honestly it was a fairly easy watch. I liked the main event and the opener best out of anything and I thought the women's tag match was pretty good too. I could have done without JD vs The miz though.

The Miz Match war jetzt nichts besonderes.
9706.02.2024Jeezus7.0[3.25/5.00]: While there were glimpses of a promising show, it ultimately suffered from several shortcomings, particularly in the middle segments. The mixed tag match fell short of expectations, and certain segments failed to resonate with the audience. However, the main event delivered, and the Gunther/Uso segment was a highlight. Yet, the significance of the opening segment and the adverse reaction to The Rock cannot be overlooked, especially considering the potential ramifications for the upcoming press conference. Despite moments of quality in-ring action and noteworthy story progressions, the overall episode lacked the sense of urgency and failed to capitalize on the momentum generated from Friday night's controversial creative decisions on SmackDown.
9806.02.2024mxxjima A below average show in my opinion. I did not have high hopes or any in general to be honest but this was hard to stick through for the whole episode. Opening segment was ok, Drew coming into the picture should hopefully fix the errors made last week. Crowd was into the segment as well so I thought maybe the crowd would be alive the whole show (I was wrong). Four Way Tag was a straight forward, decent match. Had some nice spots from The Creeds, definitely a highlight on this roster. Everyone else did okay. Shayna and Becky match was....a match. Started out with some sloppy-ish tech/chain wrestling? Some good hits here and there from Shayna, the finish was a bit weird as well, a very soft uranage for the win. Alpha Academy vs Ivar and Valhalla, I am goiong to be honest, I blinked and missed this match. Ivar grabbing Akira from a chokehold and then doing a Strongest Man Slam from the second rope was sick but just a regular ol squash in the end. By this point, the crowd is just not there and there was 3 more matches left on the card. JD vs Miz, nothing special here. R-Truth comes out throwing T-Shirts and helps Miz get the win. Asuka and Kairi vs Katana and Kayden, both teams offensively are great and they showed that in this match but god, the crowd did not care at all and that hurts because these four are great. Cody vs Shinsuke, for a match with a stipulation, this was super tame. Nothing great happened here, they honestly could've did this match with no DQ instead of the Bullrope Stipulation and the results could have been the same match quality wise. Overall again a below average wrestling show and definitely my last for RAW anyways. {2/5}
9906.02.2024Kobes0896.0Actually a decent RAW, they are deciding to play into the Cody uproar. Seems like they may be pivoting and making it seem like a work. However, they confirmed Cody hasnt announced yet even though it looks like Rock and Roman is still the idea. R-Truth and Judgement Day stuff is always great tv. Becky Lynch story progression is something ive enjoyed over the past 2 years. Theres rumors of her leaving, and if this is the way she goes out of WWE, its been a good run, from Trish to Rhea and everything in between. Damage Control is proof a womens faction can work wonders, WWE should hire Rossy and get input on Womens booking because just a little help and it could easily be in the running for best womens division in the world; However it feels like they are always afterthought booking. Cody Vs Nakamura was something I hated when it was announced because I felt it was backwards booking and didnt make sense, even after the half-ass reasoning they gave behind it. The match technically wasnt bad, but it was just kind of boring. It picked up a bit towards the end and there was good use of the Bullrope. Commentators mention the Mania Main Event will most likely be decided at the press conference. Mcintyre attacks Cody after Cody beat Nakamura. Mcintyre also hyped Cody up at the beginning of the show to *Finish his story*, this is most likely because Drew believes Seth is his at Mania and attacking Cody and hyping him to face Roman pushes him away from Seth and the WHC.
