| 12.02.2025 | MrRaider959 | 6.0 | H8 Club: Dead is a show that lacks a lot of good matches. The first 3 matches are skippable as they have little to no substance to them. The 6 man tag with the S.A.T was fun with some high flying action. The tag title match was fun with the Briscoes getting the upset win over the new H8 Club. The main event was just a long ass beat down on the big dealz by the Backseat Boys, new H8 Club and Justice pain. Zandig's 'JEEZUS' promo is the only part of this show that is a must watch as it is a legendary promo. |
| 10.08.2022 | KratersAtlas | 4.0 | First 3 matches are boring, 6 man tag is cool, last 2 matches are pretty good. Thankfully this show wasn't overly long. The Jeff Rocker stuff was pretty entertaining. |
| 26.08.2019 | Paul Allain | 4.0 | Hurricane/Towel was sloppy and imprecise, but the energy of this opener primed the crowd for the afternoon of combat. Jeff Rocker's angle was executed in an amateur fashion, but amusingly entertaining still, but the Rachies/VD match felt quite average despite the pace and energy, as this pairing as become quite stale. The Triple Threat Match was fun enough, despite the cheesy ending. The Trios Match was predictably, after the feeling out process, a cool firework spotfest that wowed the crowd, but a bit less exciting than their first encounter and featuring an unnecessary dissension tease. Briscoes/H8 was pleasant for the most part, as The Briscoe Brothers seemed to come in with a purpose, fending the different obstacles in front of them on their quest for the belts, but the ending was quite lame and anticlimactic, only compounded by the new champions being immediately beatdown and left laying after the match, making their victory seem like one lousy fluke. The main event stared as one fun brawl after all the stalling, but as soon as the interference began, this became an overbooked mess of ridiculous angles, stupid turns and trashy garbage wrestling, with the unbreakable pane of glass being hilariously embarrassing. The wrestling quality is very honest for the most part, making the show decent, but the booking of the two last matches is incredibly self-defeating and overloaded with improbable twists and turn that only serve to confuse and dizzy the spectator to the point of delirium, making this an intellectual disaster with enough manual creativity in the early stages to have redeeming qualities, but definitively not enough to be called good or productive. |
| 09.08.2017 | ianhates | 6.0 | The show opens with Jeff Rocker looking for a tag team partner for his match tonight only to be turned down by the entire locker room, an announcer, a fan, and his own wife. Very entertaining. The undercard of this event was solid enough with no real bad matches to speak of. The Briscoes faced the H8 Club for the third show in a row for the tag team titles and I'm OK with it considering how good their last 2 matches were. I found this match to be good as well, but probably not quite as good as the first 2 matches. It was amusing to see the Briscoes taking light tubes, something they're not really known for. Fans bring the weapons main event was a particularly bloody match with Wifebeater's back just pouring blood and Nick Mondo needing to tape up his gushing wrist in the middle of the match. All in all a pretty good show. |
