[4.0] "Really feels like these guys don't go all out when there in Puebla. Not much going on here aside from the opener and the World Heavyweight Title match. The title match was the my pick as the top match. Most of the rest of the card felt like they where just going through the motions. Thunder really stands out as not being on a level to work with the rest of these guys. Crowd enjoyed the show, especially the ever charismatic Brazo De Plata."
