Jeremy Borash: "It is decision time for our Gut Check contestant Joey Ryan. Ladies and Gentlemen, his fate lies in the hands of our three judges. And let's meet our the judges at this time. First of all, he is the Senior Vice President of Talent Relations and Programing, Mr. Bruce Prichard. He is the Director of Talent Relations, Al Snow. And he is the two time world heavyweight champion, color commentator for IMPACT Wrestling, the Human Suplex Machine, Taz. Now gentlemen, we know you have seen the videotape, we know you have studied this. Do you at this time feel, Bruce, you have seen enough footage to render a decision on the fate of Mr. Joey Ryan?"

Bruce Prichard: "Without a doubt. We are ready. I know I have my decision, and they've got theirs."

Jeremy Borash: "Alright, this man's fate lies in the hand of our judges at this time. Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome our Gut Check contestant, Mr. Joey Ryan." [Dieser kommt nun zum Ring] Joey, you competed last week in this very ring against Austin Aries. Do you feel that you've put forth your best effort last week for our judges?"

Joey Ryan: "First of all, Gentlemen, do you realize who you're standing in front of? You see, I'm kind of a big deal. People know me. In fact right now Joey Ryan is trending worldwide on Twitter. Hold on, tiger, I will get to your question. In the IMPACT Wrestling online poll 87% of the IMPACT fanbase said yes to Joey Ryan."

Jeremy Borash: "Well, our question is now, will the judges say yes to Joey Ryan? Mr. Bruce Prichard, we will defer to you first, Sir. Joey Ryan, yes or no?"

Bruce Prichard: "Well, Joey, you know, I look at you right now, saw you come out last week. You got the sunglasses on, you got the Ron-Burgundy-look going, the tougue in the mouth, and everything. You're a hell of a talent. But after roughly ten years in the business, right? Twelve years in the business, well, that actually just solidified my vote all that much more. Because after all that time, my answer is no."

Jeremy Borash: "Alright. Remember, Joey, there must be a majority vote for you to recieve this contract. Al Snow, at this time please step forward. You've seen Joey Ryan in action. Is it yes or no for the future of this man in IMPACT Wrestling?"

Al Snow: "Joey, I don't like you. I don't like your attitude. You act like you've already got a job here. And you by far don't. I don't like the way you walk down to the ring. I don't like the way you did it last week. But it's not about whether I like or dislike you, it's about whether you have the potential to be an IMPACT star. So my answer, my vote is yes."

Jeremy Borash: "Alright, we have a split vote. One yes, one no. And it comes down to the majority vote as you know. Joey Ryan, Taz' vote decides everything, but I got to tell you, we are gonna give you the opportunity to kick up. We are gonna give you the opportunity right now to state your case one last time and convince our judges you belong in IMPACT Wrestling. The mic is yours."

Joey Ryan: "For a company that prides itself on its social network relevance, for Bruce Prichard to ignore 87% of the IMPACT fanbase, well, that's just irresponsible. And it makes me question your contract. But I trust you, Taz. I know you know Joey Ryan is too good not to have a contract. Joey Ryan is money. And where I come from you don't leave money on the table, because somebody else might come by and pick it up."

Jeremy Borash: "Alright, his final words. Taz, yes or no?"

Taz: "Hold up, hold up, hold up. Guys, hold on. I'm gonna keep it real right here with you, man. Ima tell you straight up, I'm not gonna BS around. But if that was the promo to get yourself a contract here, if that was the promo to save your life, you're out of your freaking mind. I'm stepping up. Listen, you can get as tough..."

Joey Ryan: "You don't scare me! You're a commentator."

Taz: "Listen to me."

Joey Ryan: "You're not a suplex machine, you're a commentator."

Taz: "Listen to me, Joey. Listen carefully to me. What I forgot about this freaking business, you haven't even learned! No!"

Joey Ryan: "Are you gonna tell me no?"

Taz: "Damn right I am!" [Beide schreien sich an und drohen aufeinander loszugehen. Borash drängt sich dazwischen]

Jeremy Borash: "Alright, alright, alright. Gentlemen, please."

Joey Ryan: "This is my life. This is ridiculous."

Jeremy Borash: "The answer is no. Joey Ryan, you are done."

Joey Ryan: "You're lucky."

Taz: "I'm lucky?"

Joey Ryan: "You're lucky!"

Taz: "I'm lucky? You're out of your mind, kid! Think about what just happened to you here. You didn't cut the promo of your life. You screwed that up."

Joey Ryan: "You screwed up! You screwed up!"

Taz: "I screwed up?"

Joey Ryan: "You screwed up!"

Taz: "You know what, prove me wrong. Go out, keep hoping the road, do what you've been doing, come back when the time is right, prove me wrong, then get it done. Right now, it's no."

Jeremy Borash: "Alright, that's the judges decision. It is official. It is no. Two no votes, one yes vote. Joey Ryan, the answer is no. What an eventful Gut Check. Mike, back to you at the announce table. The answer is no."
