"The Age of Orton won't just be dead, it'll be like it never even existed"

Todd Grisham: "Thank you both for being here. My first question is for you, Randy Orton: You have beaten Triple H before in a Last Man Standing Match. However, in that night you competed in two matches and Triple H competed in three different matches. What makes you think you can beat Triple H this Sunday?"

Randy Orton: "That's typical. That is so typical. Why is it that everybody always downplays my accomplishments? How come no one can ever just say Randy Orton has beaten everyone that there is to beat. How come all my accomplishments have to be followed by an asterick? Like everything I've done is a joke that everyone can laugh at? Well guess what, Triple H, this Sunday, the joke's over. The laughing will stop."

Triple H: "Is that what you think? Do you think these people are laughing at you because they don't respect you? These people aren't laughing at you because they don't respect you. These people are laughing at you because you're a [*piep*]. And as for me: I'm not laughing. I don't find you funny one bit, because I know how good you are. I know how good you are, Randy Orton, more than you do. That's why every time a challenge comes your way, you find your way to backdoor your way out of it. You find a way to cheaply get through it without any effort. You've been comin' out here for seven months, Randy, saying how great you are. But I couldn't help but notice every time you say it, that it looked like you were trying to convince yourself.

Because the way I see it, Randy, you're just a scared little boy in a men's world, aren't ya? And you think if you come out here every week and say how great you are, if you could just say it enough time [verfällt in höhnisch weinerlichen Tonfall] maybe the bad man will go away. But it doesn't work like that, Orton. You wanna be the best in this business? You gotta thrive on competition! You wanna be the best in this business? You gotta get in this ring day in, day out against the best in this business..."

Randy Orton: "GET OFF ON IT!"

Triple H: "... YOU GOTTA RISE TO THE OCCASION! [Lauter Jubel]"

Randy Orton: "Gimme a break. You do not thrive... SHUT UP!... You do not thrive... You do not thrive on competition, Triple H. You see a threat, someone becomes a threat to you, you either bring him close... ["You suck!"]... if someone becomes a threat to you, Triple H, you either make him your friend or you eliminate them. Look at Shawn Michaels for example: You do not like Shawn Michaels. But Triple H, you know that he can beat you, so you keep him close. Lucky enough for you, Shawn Michaels is dumb enough not to understand what's going on.

But now let's look at Evolution. Evolution was THE most powerful entity in this business. And it still could be, Triple H. But I became the youngest World Heavyweight Champion in history - therefore becoming a threat to you, Triple H. So what do you do? What do you do? When there's a threat, like I said before, you tried to take me out."

Triple H: "Randy, when you were in Evolution, all Ric Flair and I did was make you realize your potential. That's it. We took a small little fish out of a tiny little pawn and we got him ready to swim in the ocean. But Randy, once you got in that ocean, the sharks were yours to deal with. Now I told you a million times: When it comes to the WWE Championship, every man for himself. What did you think I was gonna do, Orton, huh? Did you think I was just gonna hand you the keys to the world and say 'Have a good time, kid' and walk away? I'm NEVER gonna walk away, Randy. It's the law of the jungle. The biggest, baddest lion stays on top until a bigger, badder lion comes along and eats him."

Randy Orton: "Well, that day for you, Triple H, is this Sunday at One Night Stand. I have already proved that I surpassed you back at WrestleMania. And I think it's pathetic how you and everyone of those people think that you are the best thing going today. It's gonna be hard to say that, Triple H, after this Sunday, at One Night Stand - because I am gonna beat the HELL out of you! I am gonna beat you, Triple H, till you can't get up. I am gonna beat you, Hunter, until I am the Last... Man... Standing!"

[Orton geht Hunter ganz nah ans Gesicht und wendet sich schon an, als der noch einmal das Wort ergreift, während Orton mit zugewandtem Rücken lauscht]

Triple H: "That's it, Randy? Huh? You think that's the last word? The last word, Randy, is gonna happen this Sunday. It won't be spoken but it will be loud and clear. Either the Age of Orton will continue or it'll be like the last seven months were all for nothing. Randy Orton, at Last Man Standing, I'm gonna beat you within an inch of your life in this ring. I am gonna leave you lying here and walk to the back. And when I do, the Age of Orton won't just be dead, it'll be like it never even existed."
