This was and still is the top title of BJW for a long time and I don't see that changing for a long time. With wrestlers like Pogo, Kobayashi, & Ryuji Ito there will never be a deathmatch title to even get close to this level of prestige."
[9.0] "Important title for last hope ultraviolent wrestling. Many crazy champions (like Yuko Miyamoto, Isami Kodaka, Ryuji Ito or Takashi Sasaki) and brutal matches for this championship."
[6.0] "Lebendige Vergangenheit mit vielen Höhe- und Tiefpunkten. Mittlerweile fehlt's an einer nennenswerten Division und brauchbaren Talenten aus dem eigenen Haus. Die Itos, Numazawas und Kobayashis sind in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise (aus nachvollziehbaren Gründen) nur noch sporadisch für große Death Matches zu gebrauchen. Die Championship hängt nicht in der Luft, ist aber auch nicht, was sie sein könnte."
[6.0] "BJW was always about that duality in the promotion, the wrestling style and the death match style. The Death matchs has been a big part of the wrestling history but suffers the comparaison with the wrestling aspect."
[10.0] "This title is one of the best hardcore titles that have existed. It's been held by deathmatch legends such as Ito an kobayashi but I fear that because the art of deathmatches is dying, the belt will soon disappear."

Death match wrestling is an art form and should be given more respect. No other belt in the world has left more blood in the ring then this one."

Zwar hatten andere Hardcore-Ligen in der Vergangenheit auch Death-Match oder Hardcore-Gürtel, dennoch spielten sie nie so eine übergeordnete Rolle, sondern waren gleichwertig. Ich bin der Meinung, ein World-Title sollte das höchste Gut in einer Liga sein und kein Deatmatch- oder Hardcore-Belt. Deswegen, hier mal wieder, gut gemeinte 6 Punkte!"
[10.0] "Für mich ist das DER Titel schlechthin im Death Match Bereich, es gibt nur selten Matches um den Titel und die sind immer die Highlights von Shows und stehen außnahmslos im Main Event. Um diesen Titel gibt es zahlreiche brutale aber technisch hochwertige Matches und jeder Champion hat sich den Titel verdient. Von mir kann es nur 10 Punkte geben!"
[8.0] "Für Japan-Death-Match Fans natürlich ein sehr geiler Titel, die Schlachten, die hierüber ausgekämpft werden sind einfach sick, bieten meistens eine gute Story zum Match selbst, und sie wissen immer zu gefallen, 8 Punkte."
