[7.0] "I'm surprised that Jey Uso has found his groove and has somehow gotten over with fans, helps when you have a good catchphrase and align yourself with top talents on RAW. Jey's got some good moves that he uses and can get a crowd behind him well. With how he's gotten over, it might be safe to say that he's a future world title holder, which although I think he's better in the upper mid-card, I wouldn't be against it considering there have been much worse wrestlers to be world champions in the past 10 years. Jey is miles ahead of his brother Jimmy at this moment in time, nothing is clicking for his brother whatsoever being a lackey in the bloodline and regressing in the ring. Jey gets a respectable 7."

The fact that his feud with his own brother was one of the worst matches to stink up a wrestlemania speaks wonders of his limits. He is a solid enhancer and if he stayed that way I would rate him higher."

But man, Jey has killed it. The whole YEET thing has gotten over so quickly, his entrance is that of an absolute star, he has a fantastic look and charisma. Right now he's in the awkward stage of being a mid-upper midcard wrestler who will no doubt be a main event guy within the next year and a half. So fun to watch, whether that be him actually wrestling or just doing his usual shtick, he's an invaluable asset to the WWE and has proven to the world he's capable of being a singles star."

Already loved his work as part of the Usos tag team, especially in the Bloodline, and his mic skills and charisma have only improved since going solo. In ring solo performance is solid but needs work before he becomes top tier, but he's always fun to watch."

I loved how they pushed him against Roman Reigns, and ever since then, he has been doing great. He played a great underdog. The only thing that I'm not much of a fan of, is how every time he talks, he is just shouting. There are times when it shows how much passion he speaks with, but other times it just isn't necessary."

Now when I look at him, I don't see him as just one of the usos, I see him as "Main Event" Jey Uso. A great promo guy both in and out of the ring. He has great facials. He tells great stories in the ring as both a singles and a tag. I also feel like if they'd have ran with it longer, he'd have continued to rise as a singles. I mean the guy faced what was it? 8, 9 world champions in a short of time in the main event, and the ratings of that segment kept rising by the week."

But he was a bit more lucky and we had the opportunity to see him compete individually - he had a feud with Roman. And it turned out that, apart from being a brilliant teammate, Jey is a really decent solo player. Initially, hardly anyone took him seriously, but he gave two good fights with Roman, which showed that he really deserved to be a challenger. In addition, ATGMBR won the following year, which can also be noted as an individual success."

Roman Reigns' current character is being praised and rightly so, but I would like to take a few minutes to point out the fantastic work Jey Uso is doing as well. A few months ago I was doing some fantasy booking imagining a solo push for Jey in SmackDown and I think that even in my wildest dreams, I wouldn't have imagined it to be THAT great. On one hand it doesn't surprise me because The Usos have always had the total package, especially on the mic and that's exactly where Jey stands out since two months in addition to being obviously a very solid worker. In short, Jey Uso's solo push is one of this year's revelations. His rivalry against Roman Reigns deserve to be recommended man, it's the storyline of the year."

A bit more psychology would definitely add to their act, as would a bit of freshening up. They've got a lot of potential, though, and I expect to see great things from them in the future. Jey is the quieter and less confident of the two when it comes to promos, but he's also slightly safer in the ring -- ironic that he got injured while his brother seems to mess up more landings. Both of them could use a little more caution. They're a great team, though, although they do run the risk of getting stale."
