[3.0] "Look Aidan is a very good in ring worker. That cannot be denied. If I had to rate his in ring skills hes easily one of the best in South East Asia. But for me he reallt has zero charisma, personality or promo ability. He is very agile, athlethic, fit, techincal. He can work a very good match. But he has not really connected with the audience. He has been champ for way too long like a roman reigns, but roman connected with audiences, built a gimmick, storylines and has this character and presence. Aiden is just your generic WWE2k create a wrestler and has no personality at all. He doesn't play to the crowd and man he can't cut a promo. I respect him as a worker, and my rating is very harsh, but he is way too overpushed for his out of ring skills, and I will rate him a 3/10 as for me, promo and character comes first. The in ring is secondary, And he has failed on that front, and to be getting the opportunities he is getting, he needs to step up. If he could cut a half decent promo I could rate him a 7 maybe 8. But for now a 3. Harsh but true."
[8.0] "Aiden Rex is a great talent in the ring, however his promos need more development, as there is only so much that sheer in-ring ability can take you. I still believe simply that he is one of the best in the local scene, therefore is still deserving of an 8."
[8.0] "Look, here's my thing with Aiden Rex. He can work, he can fly, he can do it all. But a promo, no, no, he cannot do that. He is a high-flyer, a pretty darn good one at that, and is a phenomenal worker. His match vs Tang was incredible. He isn't big, but he doesn't need to be, he is the underdog. But that's it, his character is just being an underdog, with 0 personality. That's my only quiff with him. He needs a better character and he needs to speak more."
