[2.0] "This should of been one of the greatest feuds of all time. An EPIC with two of the hottest tag teams of this era. Demolition were one of the hottest tag teams of this era and my personal favourite, I had a soft spot for the Road Warriors who likewise were universally hot, also the Ultimate Warrior was as hot as hell and one of my favourite singles wrestlers, so this was building up to be a feud of nuclear proportions. And I couldn't wait for Ax, Smash and Crush to demolish them. Not to be, this was flat and pretty much the demise of Demolition who instead of being put into competitive duals winning and picking up wins using their heel tactics, but instead they were put into losing squash matches. Not helping was the fact that a very poor technical wrestler in the Warrior who Vince wanted to keep his persona as invincible, was put in with the Road Warriors who lacked technically themselves but had enough in their arsenal to get a match going, although they lacked to carry the Warrior. All this wouldn't have really mattered except for the fact that Vince was sabotaging Demolition who actually began the feud hotter than LOD in the WWF even as heels. Vince obviously wanted to put LOD over and keep Warrior invincible as well so Demolition were put to the sword and made look like a lower mid card tag team. They should of teased the idea of a feud longer as everyone wanted it and kick if off later when Crush was more established, Vince and Bill Eadie would of parted ways, but we could of had a Demolition with Smash and Crush still hot vs LOD. This feud ruined Demolition with poor one sided matches that was suppose to pit the creme de la creme of the tag division against one another 2*"
