Nothing really matter right now. The booking is lazy, lame for most of the time. The wrestling is so-so at best except for few cases. So many times that this company has no idea what they are doing. Sure, it is good to see the financial situation still goes well as the core purpose is to make money. But that doesn't mean I need to be excited for WWE all the time. At the end of the day, WWE is still at best okay to check some stuff, some of my favorites in NXT and on MR as well. So a 4 now seems to be fair, although I still feel like I am generous. |

Doch die WWE ist wahrscheinlich, wie vielleicht viele Firmen in Amerika, in korrupte Sachen verwickelt. Nebenbei gibt es manchmal einige Booking-Fehler. Aber zum grösstenteil ist World Wrestling Entertaiment eine verdammt gute Liga. Störend ist für mich das die WWE heutzutage nicht mehr im Kayfabe bleibt(zB durch verartzten von Wrestler während es während einem Match zu bluten beginnt) oder wegen diversen Würgegriffen(Bsp. Danielson, der angeblich wegen einem Kravatenangriff während einer Show entlassen wurde. WWE Angestellte meinen, Kinder würden es als Lösung von Probleme sehen wenn man mit einer Kravatte angreift. Wiedersprüchlich, da in Fehden die Probleme im Ring mit schlagen, trete, Griffen und Würfen etc. gelöst werden! ). Daran sollte die WWE in Zukunft arbeiten, denn Wrestling ist und bleibt ein Kampfsport für Marks. EDIT: Leider ein Punkt Abzug. Warum? Wegen den Diven... Das WWE Programm soll ja ganz jugendfrei sein, kein Blut, sofortiges verarzten etc. Aber die Diven dürfen mit ihren Hintern wackeln, in der WWE Seite auf freizügigen(nicht nackt, aber trotztem) Bildern anklickbar sein und allgemein einfach als Schönheiten gelten. Having started in 2004 I knew disappointment quickly with how short Eddie and Benoits reigns were, then watching the rise and rise and rise and never fall of John Cena over people like Jericho, Edge, Angle, Shawn Micheals and so on... i really didnt start getting upset with most of their choices till Roman Reigns. At first I was fine when they tried a title run a few times but failed, but they... KEPT DOING IT. He now has main-evented more Wrestlemanias than ANYONE else. Does that sound right to you? Even with the Tribal Chief stuff I got bored after he double-pinned Edge and Bryan, while that seemed cool I slowly realized he was going to be champion for far too long and for far less reasons. Flashforward and now He has also beaten every possible storyline opponent who could have taken it from him. Cody Rhodes, Sami Sayn, Jey Uso. It doesn't matter now, his reign is just... there. There are dozens of other reasons, their mistreatment of wrestlers during Covid, never pushing the right new stars and then forcing the bland problematic ones down fans throats, they keep doing it, they've been doing it for 40 years now. It's exhausting. I can watch the old good stuff with the network but it might be a LONG time before I care about watching it week to week or whatever they have planned for the future because right now it is the most turbulent and unsure course WWE has ever been on. |

Auf der einen Seite gibt es wohl kaum jemanden, der nicht über die WWF/E zum Wrestling gekommen ist, auf der anderen Seite entwickelt sich die Liga seit Jahren zu allem, aber nicht zum Guten. Auf der einen Seite die Attitude Era, auf der anderen TVPG. Auf der einen Seite viele schöne Erinnerungne, auf der anderen Seite ein heute aalglattes Produkt ohne Überraschungen. Insgesamt bewerte ich dann aber doch das heutige Produkt und das ist vor allem eines: Langweilig. Das Wrestling ist im Vergleich zu dem was man in den Indies für wenig Geld geboten bekommt deutlich besser, die Storys sind selten innovativ und dazu einfach dieses elendig glattproduzierte perfekte Produkt ohne Ecken und Kanten, was von vorn bis hinten durchgeplant ist und - für mich persönlich - selbst die größte Überraschung irgendwie belanglos wirken lässt. Früher war alles besser als heute, heute gibt es 3 Punkte für die WWE. |

That being said, I give WWE credit for bringing wrestling popularity and for being a very entertaining promotion that from time to time brings a couple of great matches and historylines, but that's all. Any other than that, their tag division almost always sucked, until the so called "womans revolution" the women's division was a joke of panties and tits, and even their singles division never was on the level of being the best of the best they always like to sell. |

Danach kam die WWF endlich wieder ins rollen und hat eine starke Phase bis zum Ende des Jahres 2000 gehabt. Danach eher nur och Mittelmaß. Und heute? Naja Cena an der Spitze der WWF sagt alles. Dann kommt es mir nur so vor oder werden selbst die Matches lascher? ich meine kein Blut mehr, neue PPV namen (dabei fand ich die alten viel besser=( ) und nicht zu vergessen Fehden bis zur unendlichkeit ich deute nur mal an Randy Orton vs John Cena ich meine was soll das ? . Und nun kommt das was mir den Rest gegeben hat dieser Royal Rumble mit dem Langweiligsten Rumble Match das ich jemals gesehen habe, in meinen Augen WWE = Worst Wrestling Ever.
