However, saying that, I still enjoy it today. WWE has shown that through the series of shitty bookings, reliance on part-timers over current talent, and the scummy things that go on backstage, they can still manage to put on a good product. The future seems really bright with current stars like AJ Styles, Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Aleister Black, Daniel Bryan, Sasha Banks, Braun Strowman, Bray Wyatt among others, and the matches they can put on from time to time are still great. Additionally, they have also been improving the quality of their PPVs. Sure, they arent as memorable as the 2000 ones and WrestleMania X-Seven, but in terms of building the future and putting on good matches, I think theyve done a good job (well, most of the time). All in all, WWE is a timeless masterpiece in my opinion and had it not existed for more than 60 years, wrestling wouldnt nearly be as popular as it is today, so we are thankful for Vince McMahon and the entire company. |

The WWE is stale, has been poorly booked for years, mismanaging talent and generally just cruising by on the absence of competition. But you're talking about 69 years of wrestling, as Capitol, as WWWF, WWF & now. For better and for worse, the WWE has defined the wrestling business in America for almost 40 years, has had great angles, great workers, great events and it's churlish to pretend otherwise. For most people in the world, WWE IS professional wrestling. So while it's certainly not at it's most interesting right now, viewed under a much broader lense, it might not be my favourite wrestling promotion, but it's certainly one of the best. |

Other promotions either copy them or try to be purposely different from them. You cant fault the lineage they have and to many people WWE and wrestling are the same thing. Ok so they have a few hokey storylines and have had some troubling issues in the past however the production values are second to none and the wrestling is mostly safe, entertaining and consistently polished. |

Ich bin der Meinung, dass WWE aus Wrestling noch viel mehr herausholen könnte. Dynamischere Shows, mehr Spontaneität. Abwechslungsreichere, weniger vorhersehbare Storylines. Längerer Fehden- und Charakteraufbau. Luft nach oben ist noch ausreichend vorhanden. Dennoch derzeit das beste Produkt in Bezug auf das Breitenpublikum. |

Die Matches und wöchentlichen Sendungen sind sehr stark, wie das Wort "Entertainment" schon sagt, auf Unterhaltung (Soap-Charakter) ausgelegt was oft auf Kosten des eigentlichen wrestlerischen Kerns geht. Matches sind oft sehr eintönig und die Storylines sind mittlerweile eher langweilig und durchschaubar. Die WWE hat jedoch die unbestrittenen Stars die man für so ein Unternehmen braucht und deshalb steht diese Liga noch lange an der Spitze. |

Where every wrestler and character matters, where no one is treated as a joke anymore. WWE has changed a lot from the awful days between 2017 - 2019 [0.50/5.00] overpushing of unwanted stars and elevating them to stardom, and as a result we get matches that are currently changing the landscape of wrestling itself. A new era of wrestling has emerged where wrestling has resurged in mainstream eyes, where it's resurged to pop culture phenomenon, and that is mostly how well WWE has been doing for structuring their cards, wrestlers and even their business models. Sure, everyone has their flaws with WWE, whether by wrestling or the controversies behind it, least I'm having fun with it and that's all that matters to me, and that's all what I asked for, it's still not perfect. |
