Und was ist nun? Ein Booking, bei dem viele Wrestlingfans, die Hände über dem Kopf zusammenschlagen. Pay Per Views werden nach Matches benannt, der Tag Team Bereich wird völlig in den Hintergrund gestellt, Superstars der Lächerlichkeit preisgegeben! Ich frage mich, was das alles soll und wo das hinführen soll. WWE, ihr habt es richtig verbockt! |

Ich will es mal das "System der patentierten Trademarkmoves" nennen. Jeder Superstar hat so vielleicht 5 Moves, die eigentlich nur er ausführen darf. Manch einer übertreibt auch noch damit, dass er nur diese ausführt, siehe ORTON. Die Kombination sind immer die selben, siehe CENA. Wenn man lange genug dabei ist, wirds auf Dauer viel zu vorhersehbar. Warum macht die WWE das? Warum darf nur EVAN BOURNE die Shooting Star Press ausführen? Gibt es nach HBKs Rücktritt nie wieder einen, der den Superkick ausführt? Aber den meisten scheint das nicht zu stören, denn die Wrestler, die mit Abstand am wenigsten zeigen oder zeigten, wie THE ROCK, SCSA, ORTEN oder CENA werden geliebt. Dennoch gibt es viel Positives für mich, was insbesondere an Leuten wie CM PUNK, DANIEL BRYAN oder ZIGGLER liegt. Auch gibt es viele hoffnungsvolle Talente, wie bspw. SWAGGER oder RHODES, die das Zeug haben, in Zukunft für tolles Wrestling zu sorgen. |

This can maybe being the reason why their booking sucks (at Raw at least): they're, somehow, trying to make the indy fan being happy ( with KO being world champion) but they try to keep their old fans ( with KO's booking being the whiny heel's one) and the fact that they absolutly want a babyface powerhouse as the face of the company ( although the guy is pretty much made to be a heel). That's their biggest problem: they are trying WAY to much to be between the two sides! I understand that they are a big company and that there are a lot of unknown at choosing to be completly at one side but i don't think that continuing with this strategy will be prolific. Thankfully, there is Smackdown ( which is way less between the sides and has actually more new ideas than raw when it comes to booking) and NXT ( which, although it's not as good as it used to be, is still pretty damn good). So, even if they aren't as good as other promotions and that they have a lot of flaws, i still think it's okay and i don't think it's that bad ( for now at least ). |

Mahal ist eine Katastrophe, Lesnar ist langweilig, Strowman ist für seine Größe sicher nicht schlecht, aber Big Man fand ich mit Ausnahme von Big Van Vader und Bam Bam schon immer langweilig und Reigns finde ich so unglaublich mittelmäßig unf für einen Dauer-Main Eventer extrem charismafrei und einschläfernd. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass AJ den Rumble gewinnt und Mahal squashen darf. Denn selbst der wohl beste Wrestler auf dem Planeten (neben Okada und Omega) wird die Nulpe Mahal nicht zu einem 3* Match ziehen könne, fürchte ich. |

In order for this company to get better they must look ahead and forward and see the amount of people they sign remove the ones they don't have plans for the foreseeable future and start pushing new talents and build better storylines. They have done this before and as of the result created the Attitude Era. I mean that's how it started. Big Stars and Main eventers started leaving and because of this became a leeway for a bunch of wrestlers to become big time stars like Austin, Foley, Rock, Triple H, Y2J, they don't necessarily need to recreate the Attitude Era but you get what I'm talking about. I mean as of the current status of the WWE it can only get better with McIntyre being the top guy Rollins potentially starting a great faction, Bryan and Styles currently running Smackdown while also having NXT and NXT UK. We shall see. |

Aber nach reiflicher Überlegung bin ich zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass es für einen Wrestling Fan fast schon Pflicht ist, hier früher oder später seine Meinung zu der größten Wrestling Promotion der Welt zu geben: Sie wird schließlich von vielen als die Personifikation des Wrestling angesehen-und jetzt ist es für mich an der Zeit diese Promotion unter die Lupe zu nehmen. Ich denke, dass jeder Fan mir zustimmen kann, dass er erst durch diese Liga oder durch die WCW zum Wrestling gefunden hat. Und das muss man der WWE hoch anrechnen, keine Frage. Dennoch hatte ich schon immer mit der Promotion meine Probleme: Die Storylines-meistens verwirrend, zu kurz und werden kaum zu Ende geführt. Die Wrestler-viel Talent, ihr Potenzial wird jedoch kaum ausgeschöpft. Selbst vor zehn Jahren, als ich angefangen habe mich für das Wrestling zu begeistern gab es mir zu viel Trash, egal ob Stories oder Wrestler. Das Commentary war ganz okay, nach Jim Ross' Abgang eine Katastrophe. Das größte Problem blieb für mich immer das Wrestling selbst. In den Weeklies gibt es kurze, meist völlig irrelevante matches ohne jeden Grund. Das Moveset der Wrestler besteht aus zehn Moves-und das nicht nur bei Cena (Die Gründe sind vielleicht verständlich, aber Wrestling ist halt kein Kindergarten. ) Und das schlimmste daran: Die WWE scheint irgendwie das Wrestling zu hassen-aus welchem Grund sollte man es sonst "Sports Entertainment" nennen? Und für mich ist World Wrestling Entertainment schon lange nicht mehr entertaining. Früher hätte ich der WWE gute 8 Punkte gegeben, damals als die Wrestler noch einzigartig waren und sich frei entfalten konnten und als die Storylines und Matches noch halbwegs vernünftig waren. Für das heutige Produkt bekommt sie 4 Punkte. |

If anyone else besides Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn had such a talented roster at their disposal WWE would be must watch. However, over reliance on the same stars and repetitive television has caused WWE to decline consistently over the last decade. |
| 1398 | 18.08.2010 | Blacc84 | 6.0 | Vor 3 Jahren bin ich zur WWE und Allgemein zum Wrestling gekommen, Im ersten Jahr war ich noch Begeistert und habe keine Folge Smackdown verpasst ( hab kein Sky ). Im 2ten Jahr hat das ganze schon abgenommen Hauptgrund dafür war das immer Deutlicher Demonstriert wurde dass SD nur die B Show ist / war. Im dritten Jahr dann hab ich komplett die Lust Verloren die Storys waren Langweilig und ein Großteil der Wrestler einfach Farblos oder die Matches mancher Wrestler zu Vorhersehbar. Spektakuläre Moves sieht man eh nicht mehr wirklich und Technisches Wrestling ist sogut wie Ausgestorben ( Mein Persönlicher Lieblings style, gepaart mit etwas Brawling und einer Gesunden Mischung Power Moves ). Dann kam die Zeit in der Rey vor einigen Wochen World Champion wurde... GEGEN LEUTE WIE BIG SHOW ! Sry aber das ist mir zu Blöd, Ich dachte mir dann " Alter du bist 20 was soll das ? du bist zu alt für sowas ". Seitdem meide ich jede WWE Show. Die 6 Punkte aus Respekt für die Legendäre Attitude Ära die ich leider nur von DVDs kenne. |

Dadurch hat sie auch finanziell einiges in der Hinterhand. Das beste Wrestling bietet sie aber leider nicht. Da verlässt sie sich zu sehr auf ihren Namen. |
| 1400 | 18.12.2019 | Excellence of Execution | 6.0 | Nach Jahren der Abstinenz verfolge ich die WWE wieder, allerdings nur in Gestalt ihrer PPV Veranstaltungen. Die Wochenshows ignoriere ich behaglich. Eine volle Ausgabe von RAW habe ich glaube ich seit rund acht Jahren oder so nicht mehr geschaut - könnte auch nicht behaupten, dass ich das vermisse. Derart wohl dosiert kann ich mir die WWE wieder ganz gut geben. Vor allem hat sich das in-Ring Produkt, wahrscheinlich unter dem Einfluss der anhaltenden NXT Frischzellenkur, doch erheblich verbessert. |
