Aber zumindest aktuell scheint die Liga ja wieder auf einem guten Weg zu sein mit den ganzen neuen NXT-Debütanten. Und vor allem muss man anerkennen, was die McMahons aus ihrem "kleinen" Territorium gemacht haben. Sie sind die unbestrittene und ungefährdete Nummer 1 im Wrestling. Das sieht man auch schon dadurch, dass die WWE fast nur mit dem Finger schnippen muss und zumindest nahezu alle Wrestler bekommt, die sie haben will. New Japan mag zwar das bessere Wrestling haben, aber wie die Wechsel von Styles, Gallows, Anderson, Balor und vor allem Nakamura zeigen, können sie in Sachen Zugkraft, sowohl für Fans als auch Aktive, kaum mithalten. Und die damalige WWF hat auch mich vor rund 25 Jahren zum Wrestlingfan gemacht, was ich ebenfalls positiv anrechnen muss. Vom Wrestling-Stil her stehe ich mittlerweile nicht mehr ganz auf den WWE-Stil, aber im Groben und Ganzen konnten mich die Shows der Liga egal aus welcher Zeitepoche eigentlich fast immer zufriedenstellen. |

Neben überragenden Workern wie AJ Styles, Cesaro (verschimmelt leider in der Tag-Team Division) oder auch Kevin Owens (hätte ja Nakamura gerne genannt, aber von seinen WWE-Matches waren eigentlich nur die gegen Zayn und Cena richtig stark, gegen Joe waren sie gut) hat man aber halt auch immer noch viele Langeweiler weit oben auf der Card. Mahal ist eine Katastrophe, Lesnar ist langweilig, Strowman ist für seine Größe sicher nicht schlecht, aber Big Man fand ich mit Ausnahme von Big Van Vader und Bam Bam schon immer langweilig und Reigns finde ich so unglaublich mittelmäßig unf für einen Dauer-Main Eventer extrem charismafrei und einschläfernd. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass AJ den Rumble gewinnt und Mahal squashen darf. Denn selbst der wohl beste Wrestler auf dem Planeten (neben Okada und Omega) wird die Nulpe Mahal nicht zu einem 3* Match ziehen könne, fürchte ich. |

Unbedeutende Titel, Weltklasse Wrestler aus aller Welt die -auf Kosten der schwachen Eigengewächse- zwar teuer eingekauft werden, dafür im Ring aber kastriert werden sowie ein unfassbares Booking, dass mehr den Sinn hat den Zuschauer zu bestrafen, als ihn zu belohnen, dass er Geld investiert und von Longtime Booking meilenweit entfernt ist. Am Ende gewinnt entweder der böse Ausländer oder ein mit Rocky verwandter Samoaner! Alternativ wird ein Jobber gepusht, um einen Markt erobern zu wollen. Wrestling wird bei Vince McMahon klein geschrieben, die Zuschauer glücklich stimmen auch. Sein beliebtester Trick ist es immer noch den Hometown Hero jedes Mal verlieren zu lassen! Positiv an der WWE ist nur NXT, aber da hat die Fäden auch wer anders in der Hand. 3 Punkte, weil ich NXT immer noch top finde, aber sobald es ins Main Roster geht man als Wrestling-Fan abschalten sollte! |

Say what you will about how it handles its business, employees, and booking Vince has proven to be a very clever man. From killing the territories (curse him for that) to making his fathers business a billion dollar enterprise Vince has made an environment where anyone who works there will be financially happy. Outside of the business side of things the booking has flashes of brilliance with generally a space of bad television. With a few exceptions (generally between the years of '97 - 2003) there hasn't been a year where there's more good then bad, and that's a shame because the WWE has came up with some of the best angles in the profession. That being said as easy as it would be to dump a 5 on this I can't bring myself to give the Disney of wrestling anything less then a 7. Its been too important to the grand scope of Professional Wrestling (whether Vince likes it or not) and the flashes of brilliance really do shine brightly. |

Noch dazu brauch ich nicht 2 Tag Team Titel , 2 Womens Titel und einen Universal Championship Titel der sowieso null Prestige hat .. Positives gibt es momentan aus meiner sicht nicht viel außer das man das wohl Stärkste Roster aller Zeiten hat was jedoch nichts bringt wegen der oben aufgezählten dinge was alles sehr schade ist da man schon eigentlich riesen Potential hätte .. Wenn ich die Liga aus damaliger zeit Bewerten müsste wären es wahrscheinlich 7-8/10 aktuell gebe ich nur 4/10 Punkten. |

Dadurch verdient sie Prinzipiell die 10 Punkte da es die #1 Promotion ist was "meist gesehen" betrifft. Jedoch sollte man bei so einem Rating die komplette Geschichte betrachten. Die WWE war einfach von ca 1998 bis 2002 Exzellent. Danach bis ca. 2007 ziemlich gut und dann ging es von Jahr zu Jahr bergab. Inzwischen hat man sich wieder gefangen sodass man den besten Roster aller Zeiten zu bieten hat, welcher jedoch nichts bringt wenn das Produkt schwach gebooked wird. Bei dämlichen 50:50 booking und mehr Logiklücken wie im Schweizer Käse kann man trotz dem besten Roster der Welt und einem exzellenten NXT nicht die 10 Punkte geben. Verbessert sich das Produkt Booking technisch noch, dann sind locker die 10 drin. |

They are trying to shove Roman Reigns down our throats. A company with a rich history and wrestlers. There are so many awesome talents(almost all of them are from indies) in WWE right now, however they don't care/push them often. They just don't give a chance to some of the most talented wrestlers who have potential to be a Superstar. Tag Team Divisions in both Raw and Smackdown Live are not the priority for WWE so they don't really care about Tag Teams. Women have improved a lot in the recent years, WWE has given Women Wrestlers a chance to shine and they're using that chance to do it. I think, with a little improvement to Storylines, Characters, Tag Team Division, Women Storylines show would be much better. Although NXT is doing fine right now but it lacks star power for now. Tag Team Division is much better and cared in NXT than Raw and Smackdown Live. Hopefully They'll improve their product this year. I've been watching this company since 2009 and i have huge hopes in their every single PPVs and Shows. |

I dedicate six hours of my week to watching the three main shows and rarely feel like it is anything more than average. They have some of the best wrestlers in the world, but even when they're used well it feels like they could be used better elsewhere. They do put on some good matches , but it often feels like the good performers are castrated and not allowed to show what they have. NJPW seem to put all their efforts into making the best wrestling show that they possibly can whereas WWE just try and make as much money as possible. Omega/Okada vs Lesnar/Goldberg is a perfect example of that. I think that's the main problem with WWE, from the perspective of a wrestling fan. Also the WWE crowds are the worst. They often show no interest whatsoever in some great wrestling matches and often ruin matches and promos with their CM Punk chants. I liked CM Punk back to his ROH days, but it just makes awkward viewing and doesn't help anyone. WWE also don't seem to recognise the talent that they have so many great performers have been pushed to the margins for the sake of people with the right look. Despite all of that WWE have produced some of the most memorable moments in wrestling so I have to give them some credit. I love WWE, but I hate that I love it. |

This can maybe being the reason why their booking sucks (at Raw at least): they're, somehow, trying to make the indy fan being happy ( with KO being world champion) but they try to keep their old fans ( with KO's booking being the whiny heel's one) and the fact that they absolutly want a babyface powerhouse as the face of the company ( although the guy is pretty much made to be a heel). That's their biggest problem: they are trying WAY to much to be between the two sides! I understand that they are a big company and that there are a lot of unknown at choosing to be completly at one side but i don't think that continuing with this strategy will be prolific. Thankfully, there is Smackdown ( which is way less between the sides and has actually more new ideas than raw when it comes to booking) and NXT ( which, although it's not as good as it used to be, is still pretty damn good). So, even if they aren't as good as other promotions and that they have a lot of flaws, i still think it's okay and i don't think it's that bad ( for now at least ). |

But you're talking about 69 years of wrestling, as Capitol, as WWWF, WWF & now. Aber trotz allem ist man nicht umsonst Marktführer, man hat eben auch super Wrestler und weiß wie man es zu präsentiert hat, im Normalfall. Die meisten Ligen wären froh wenn sie da stehen würden wo die WWE steht und gerade in den letzten Jahren ist es der Promotion gelungen vermehrt ein großes Internationales Kader zu versammeln mit Stars aus allen Teilen der Welt. Nakamura, Styles, Owens etc. Wer hätte gedacht das die wirklich mal in der WWE arbeiten und so eingesetzt werden? Wenn man will kann eigentlich jeder Fan etwas finden was ihm gefällt, ob genügend davon vorhanden ist eine ganz andere Frage. |

Gute Fehden und Matches sind ja da wie mit Sami Zayn und Kevin Owens, andererseits existiert noch das grauenvoll gebookte Wrestlemania 32. Großartige Wrestler bekommen einen Push wie AJ Styles, aber warum zur Hölle versucht man das Gleiche mit Roman Reigns? ! SDLive macht zurzeit fast alles richtig und RAW fast alles falsch. Die 7 Punkte sind für die großartige Vergangenheit, die starke Attitude Era und das Entertainment (auch heute noch). Dennoch wäre WWE ohne alldem weitaus weniger wert, den schon während der Ruthless-Aggression Era war die Talfahrt mit der PG vorprogrammiert. |

Allerdings muss man auch sagen, dass WWE den Glanz von früher verloren hat und wahrscheinlich auch nie wieder erlangen wird. Hinzu kommt die "PG-Ära", die die Härte in den Matches dann doch deutlich vermissen lässt. Trotzdem: Gerade Fehden wie John Cena vs. AJ Styles oder Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens im Jahr 2016 haben es immer noch - gerade technisch - in sich. Insgesamt sind daher 8 Punkte (gut) durchaus verdient. |

Die WWE schafft es einfach nicht mehr gute Storylines zu schreiben und die Matches laufen auch meist gleich ab. Update: Von 6 auf 4 Punkte. Seit der Brand Extension ist es noch schlimmer geworden. Raw ist nur noch ein Schatten seiner selbst und bei SmackDown gibt es dank des zu kleinen Rosters auch kaum Abwechslung. |

It may not be my favorite promotion at the moment but they have been doing great lately, with great rosters on both RAW and SmackDown. It's really funny to see those people who are always complaining and whining about WWE's terrible booking, yet they keep watching. What's the point ? If you think it's bad, just don't watch it... I don't always agree with WWE's decisions and booking but I do love to watch WWE's shows every week and am very excited to see what the future brings us. With Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania approaching, there's no doubt we will witness great wrestling moments ! |

The brand split has given the company a needed shot in the arm, even if RAW is questionable at times. Booking is real hit or miss, they seem to make the most obvious mistakes that a top company shouldn't be making. They're definitely stubborn when it comes to booking as well. When it comes to everything else not related to booking, WWE is untouchable in terms of production, quality, and being ahead of the technology curve. The creative minds might be lacking at times, but corporate, they know what they're doing, even if they're taking a hit early on. |

The WWE is the absolute gold standard by which a wrestling company can be measured. Wrestlemania is the biggest event in wrestling ever year, it is also the biggest amount of mainstream exposure any wrestling company in the world gets. Even if you don't like Raw or Smackdown and the current WWE tv shows, there is also NXT which is pretty awesome too. All in all 10/10 |

Gute Wrestler werden ausgebremst (Leichtgewichte bei Raw), weil sie sonst zu viel Aufmerksamkeit bekommen. Die Storylines wiederholen sich seit Jahren (! ) Die Szenen und Matches ebenfalls, ich meine... wie oft wurde denn jetzt schon ein Wrestler abgelenkt, der danach durch einen Einroller verloren hat? Da kann man schon gar nicht mehr mitzählen. Der Kader mag der beste der Welt sein, aber wenn man ihn nicht richtig nutzt, dann können selbst die ärmsten Indy-Ligen mithalten. Außerdem enttäuscht mich die WWE immer mehr und mehr.. die letzten beiden WrestleManias waren ja wohl ein Witz, aber da sieht man, dass die WWE immer mehr abbaut. Wenn ich ehrlich sein soll, die WWE wird mir immer mehr ''egaler'' und das ist bei mir wirklich nicht zu erwarten, aber es trifft derzeit einfach ein, derzeit eine sehr schwache Liga. Übrigends versaut die Liga sich durch Live Events immer mehr die Wrestler, eine Verletzung der anderen, die Live Events sind einfach ein zu hohes Verletzungsrisiko. Und wenn ich die Live Events jetzt auch noch bewerten soll... Da gewinnen NUR Faces, das ist doch pure Geldverschwendung, was soll ich da? Da gehe ich lieber zur wXw oder sowas. |
