It described Once in a Lifetime with perfection and pure class of professional wrestling. The match had fast paced and exciting action as this was a Instant Classic from start to finish."

[9.0] "One of those outstanding undercard matches from two world class talents that is honestly better than a 9 but not quite a 10. So yeah a very hard solid 9.5. I don't know how or when PAC is going to be a world champion but man the dude needs to never not have a belt somewhere. Okada has looked perfect his entire month in AEW. Its very clear he is a force of nature in the wrestling world and while I don't want an AEW ppv to feel like Wrestlekingdom too much feels like him vs Ospreay for the AEW World title will happen within the next 12 months at some point."

It is literally just because he's been there for a long time and is kind of slow? I don't LOVE him or anything but the amount of hatred people have for him is weird. I see people wanting him to DIE or get sick or something. Chanting "Please Retire" is a pretty awful and unwarranted thing to say to any wrestler but especially one who can still go pretty well and isn't really harming anyone. People who think he's hulk hogan-ing his way through young talent is also goofy. I don't know what the plans for hook are but you all should realize and know that him keeping that FTW title on him would just keep him stuck and stagnated. Would be nicer if another young talent took it but all logic makes sense for whoever that is to take it from a heel Jericho instead. But whatever I guess, this isn't that bad, yes it went about 3 or 5 minutes longer than it should, but no one, NO ONE looked bad in this match. Except overly entitled fans I guess?"

[8.0] "A really great 6 man tag match. House of Black are an under utilized faction and getting the win over three champions and a pin over Adam Copeland should be the start of some great future matches between Copeland and Black."

[9.0] "Great match! Finally the American audience got to see why Okada is one of the best to ever do it. Pac was a perfect foe for Okada's first AEW PPV match."

[10.0] "Probably the greatest match that has happened in United States ever, Im gonna put it in my top 5 ever and scream HOLY S***, THAT WAS AN ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE, Danielson is just the greatest wrestler of all time hands down, and Ospreay I cant even describe him bro, we are not worthy chants and everything, pacing, action, momentum everything was just PERFECT, I might have to rewatch this already, Im just shocked of it, the finish was maybe one of the best Ive ever seen, the amazing thing here is, they have a better match to do in the II part. (******.5) [someone really used the 6k characters to hate on it LMAO]."

[9.0] "A fantastic match between Io Shirai and Arisa Nakajima. Talk about a fiery match. Amazing offense between both wrestlers here. While this match felt like it didn't slow down at any point, it didn't feel too rushed either. You could also REALLY feel the desperation as the time limit ran out, and when it did, I wasn't disappointed at all just because of how great this match was. One or two slip-ups here and there, but overall I thought this was awesome."

[7.0] "It's not as bad as people say it is. I know that this episode is badly rated because of the All In footage and I must say it's not badly done. Yes it's questionable to show the real footage but I think it's the best way they could've shown the footage. If they had shown it just on Twitter to show people "the truth" it would've been bad anyway. However, I find it pretty well done to incorporate the footage that way, it serves the story for Dynasty and the rehabilitation of Jack Perry. And FTR does a great promo just after responding to the Bucks, it's a good booking. And for Will Ospreay's promo, I think it is exactly right to respond, it's fair enough, one guy fired a first shot, Ospreay replies, and moreover, it's a good promo for Will. Overall, a pretty solid TV show."

[10.0] "AEW knocked it out of the park! Danielson and Ospreay are on another level. That could be the best match ever. The rest of the card was outstanding. Okada v PAC, Bucks v FTR, Swerve v Joe, HOB match were all great. There is nothing like an AEW PPV."

[10.0] "Completely drew me in from bell to bell. Instant classic or dream match get thrown around alot and this lived up to it in spades. Both of there styles meshed perfectly together with some all time spots. The samurai show down at the finish was genius. Hard match to top and will be looked at as a top tier match for years."

The delivery by both Stinger and Allin was very good (with an additional reminder of the most recent tragedy in Sting's family), but unfortunately I consider this promo way too overrated."

[7.0] "This was a match that was built on a moment, that moment was crowning swerve as champion, while the match overall was what you expected, it still gave us a lot in terms of wrestling, Swerve did work on the arm of Samoa Joe and it helped in the final stretch which is good psychology from both men, overall though, it was a serviceable bout."

Those people are correct, while Okadas showing against Eddie Kingston could have been argued to have left a lot to be desired. This was the exact opposite in terms of match quality, it was exactly the kind of match you wanted from PAC and Okada and arguably PACs best match in AEW against a man not named Kenny Omega. PACs selling however was what truly brought the match into the upper echelon of matches"

[7.0] "7.5 - In spite of some really good, death-defying spots, this felt like I'd seen it before. Matt and Nick have tweaked their in-ring work the past few months, but here they went back to their high-flying past. Cash Wheeler is somehow the most athletic wrestler in there."

[10.0] "This was simply one of my favorite wrestling Ppv's of all time. Definitely one of AEW's best in their young history. You have an electric crowd; your banger opening match of Okada vs Pac, your all time great dream match in Danielson vs Ospreay, your hidden gem that nobody will talk about in Roddy vs O'Reilly and a feel good title change to close out the show. Classic night."

[10.0] "Simply pure history, this fight was not made for people to say what spectacular moves they made in the ring, but rather it was made for fans who love stories. The fight is pure spot entertainment and moves executed in the correct order with a very good ending."

[9.0] "For me, this was actually the best AEW Womens Title Match since Full Gear 2022 when Hayter won the title from Toni, you know, its been a whole year since, Im adamant about Rosas actual work, and I love Timeless Toni Storm, this match actually exceeded my expectations, I didnt have too mucha faith bu they went there and put an incredible banger, even the interactions by Mariah and Deonna were pretty good, the finish felt a little flat but the whole match nailed it, great great match by both girls, they absolutely needed a performance like this. [6.0] "I though it was actually quite a fun match i know Jericho can be a bit jarring as of late and he definetly has but i didnt feel it much in this match. HOOK also i thought looked great in this match which should be the goal of it so that's a success there"

[8.0] "If Ospreay would have been in Jericho's place, everybody would claim that it was a great match. Now, because it is Jericho, everybody is crying out loud. Let him do his thing and shut up for a moment. This was a good match. It was interessant to see the things that they were pulling out and yes, Jericho delivered. I dont care what the haters are saying, he stills deliver. This was the good decisions to let him win because when Hook get his rematch, he will be even stronger than before. Let them be for a moment."

[5.0] "This was a decent opening pre show match. Mainly to continue Trents turn and set a match up with Chuck. Wasnt a fan of the ending as Trents signature hold looks weak as hell."

[0.0] "the definition of a very good but poorly executed fight, this fight at first glance may seem like a masterpiece but it is the definition of a bad fight disguised as good due to the number of executed movements and spots that anyone who does not know wrestling will find spectacular. but for those of us in the middle it is a bad move to the spectators"

[] "For a match the has Santos Escobar in it this was a slow match. Santos was great. He was doing everything he can to do a good match, but when it came to the other side of the ring Carlito very obviously has a ton of ring rust. The feud between LWO and LDF is very stale too. It is very obvious they are trying to drag it out so Elektra Lopez and Zelina Vega can feud, but they are making the rest of the members of these factions look bad and it shows in this match. There is no star power and no heat."

[8.0] "One of the best Wrestling PPV of the year so far. A solid opener to start the show. Punk vs Kojima delivered more that I was expecting. Both the Intercontinental and the IWGP were fun. The 10 Man Tag was awesome, and the women's match was decent. Ospreay and Omega delivered a MOTY candidate again. The Six Man Tag helped to calm the nerves before the main event, Despite Danielson's broken arm, he still delivered a great match with Okada."

[10.0] "AEW deliver another awesome PPV. AEW never fail to deliver when it matters. Kazuchika Okada vs PAC was awesome, Okada's heel work since joining AEW has been fantastic and PAC looked a million dollars like he always does. Hope he stays around longer, as he's one of the most interesting guys in AEW. House Of Black vs Briscoe, Kingston and Copeland was an awesome car crash where Mark Briscoe was the highlight of the match, Malakai beating Copeland interests me and I'm looking forward to seeing that feud. Willow vs Hart was decent, good to see Willow as champion, Mercedes vs Willow should be a banger. I didn't dislike HOOK vs Jericho as much as everyone else did. Thought HOOK looked good and I think I'm the only person on planet earth that's interested in what Jericho does next. Storm vs Rosa was good, my favourite Storm match in ages. Everyone went into Danielson vs Ospreay thinking it'd be a five star classic and it delivered. Two of the greatest of all time showing why they're two of the greatest. Young Bucks and FTR had to follow one of the greatest matches of all time and they delivered. Jack Perry returning and helping The Bucks win was pretty obvious but the reveal of Perry being under the Sting mask was awesome and Swerve winning the title from Samoa Joe was a great ending to a great show."

[9.0] "My second favourite match of the night. I laugh when I watch just how procedural and deliberate Okada's match pacing style is. He is truly a student of AMERICAN style wrestling. He is not giving ANY of the goods until the match reaches a certain point and he is a total expert at it. He is REALLY good at playing into the audience as well. He knows what they want and what they don't want and wields that knowledge powerfully. PAC is absolute in-ring perfection. Not the most exciting or moving wrestler, but his intensity and his craft are absolutely undeniable."

[0.0] "This was the slugfest of slugfests. The ultimate bore of wrestling. Please Jericho stop doing hardcore matches, if you can even call it that. And the match could of instantly been better had Hook been put over but instead. Because of story reasons, a story I dislike, Jericho won. Please retire man, youve already tarnished your legacy enough"

It seems that selling the moves is obsolete in this match and it took me out of it multiple times. Technically good, but story-wise it felt flat."

[8.0] "I thought this was AWESOME. Just a barn burner classic where all six men have moments in which they stand out individually and as a unit. Loved that Copeland put over Black. I was afraid he was going to have less and less benefactors in the company following Punk and Cody's departure. But Copeland's run in this company has been a series of graceful, skillful, tactful and respectful use of his star power. He is an absolute GOAT in this industry and has only HELPED this company. I can't wait to see their singles match, hopefully at DoN."

[8.0] "Really the only match worth seeing was Will Ospreay vs Bryan Danielson. The rest of the show was just overbooked. Most of the matches were just "good" (not in the 8 point range, just above average). I didn't stick behind to see the main event since I don't really care about the AEW title, but based on the ratings, I didn't miss mutch."

[7.0] "It's an Attitude Era episode of Raw through and through. The matches are nothing to write home about at all, but thankfully it's a very enjoyable show because there's a lot of memorable moments and storylines throughout the show. The main storyline was the beginning of the Vince/Austin feud where the Austin v Rock match doesn't happen and Austin is forced to give up his IC Title to The Rock so he winds up stealing the belt to end the show. DX start a strip poker game while waiting for Owen Hart to arrive and this continues to go on during matches until they end up destroying The Head Bangers and Owen attacks from the crowd. Marc Mero forces Sable to wear a giant sack, but she strips off and wears a very revealing bikini! New Age Outlaws begin a feud with Dude Love where they attack him after he beats Billy Gunn in a singles match. I thought the Kane segment was pretty good as well as he piledrives Road Warrior Hawk and he actually does his trademark no sell, before Kane ends up destroying him."

[4.0] "I dunno what to say. Boring and uninspired. Some rumours that Hart is injured so maybe there's a good excuse buried somewhere deep in there. Glad to see Willow get some gold, just under less inspired circumstances. Did little to invest the crowd, all the moves looked SOFT and fake and took me out of it unfortunately. I was greatly disappointed and unmoved by this, given that these two women were given an excellent opportunity to show why every PPV should have at least TWO women's matches. Unfortunately, neither Hart or Willow proved it today."

[8.0] "This was a good match with the right winner. Jericho hasn't been all that good in a while, but the go-away-heat dynamic made this really interesting and completely different than everything else AEW does. The match itself was technically solid, with Hook throwing suplexes and Jericho taking a couple of nasty bumps. The finish got really exciting with the crowd getting desperate. But it's fine, having your top champion being the most hated guy can be a drag, but with the least important championship, you'll get a fun sideshow."

[6.0] "The fact that these matches were too short didn't help so much, and in fact also this one couldn't talk about something interesting. (6/10)"

[9.0] "An awesome match. Real graps, as some would say. Roderick Strong and Kyle O'Reilly don't get enough credit for being some of the most intensely creative wrestlers INSIDE that squared circle. I have an absolutely unreal appreciation for those two. Seeing O'Reilly performing at THIS level after being gone as long as he was ... I expected a Thunder Rosa level awkwardness and rustiness in the ring, but holy shit can this guy still go. An excellent bout. The ONLY thing that ruined this was Wardlow's very strange and very pointless appearance towards the end of the match which completely made me miss the ending. Absolutely fucking horrible decision by anyone who chose that to happen."

[2.0] "I really didnt enjoy this one, there's just no reason for Hook and Jericho to go 16 mins on ppv. This was sloppy at countless moments and both men are responsible. Jericho is past his best and Hook is still obviously very green, but understandable when he's wrestled less than 100 matches. I really dont think Hook taking 2 Judas effects and a low and still kicking out does anyone any favours."

[0.0] "This match is the definition of overbokeo, no story, wrong choreography, weak ring story, I love both teams but every time they overboke their fights to make them more entertaining, most of them work but this is not the case, simply a very bad fight ."

[1.0] "Am I allowed to hate this match? I don't think a single spot or move in it was convincing. Nothing moved me. Hook is still very obviously green but that is not really his fault. That TK never gave a potential star like him TRAINING on the mic, or further training in the ring is so confusing to me. That he is escaping moves and sequences that peak Steve Austin and Dwayne Johnson wouldn't escape without raising a few eyebrows is very annoying. Yet, I stand by the fact that this is NOT Hook's fault. He is not the booker or the boss, nor an influence enough on TK's creative direction. Jericho on the other hand ... eek. "Please retire" "Fozzy sucks" "Go home Jericho" ring out in the arena with a resounding YES PLEASE and I AGREE in my household. He is slow, lumbering and awkward. He doesn't make a single move of his look good, nor does Hook sell them very well. An absolutely astonishingly bad match."

[10.0] "Danielson will go down as one of the best to ever do it. Give it another 10 years and people will be talking about him like people talk about Misawa today (but hopefully without the asterisk of a tragic end)."

[10.0] "Over the brilliant wrestling, lighting on the front section of crowd was like icing on the cake. I could see crowd reactions every second. I could see them jumping, crying, cheering and suspending in disbelief. Crowd lighting was phenomenal. Ring lighting was great as well. LED barricades make the whole set appear premium, Production knocked it out of the park"

[] "A good PPV that I thought put a lot of work into the coming weeks rather than just focusing on the here and now. Sometimes AEW gets too busy trying to please the here and now so its refreshing and promising to see. Solid 7/10 show. Danielson v Ospreay stole the show. A positive nod to the womens world title match also, which I felt was the strongest Womens world title match since Jamie Hayters reign."

[10.0] "An absolute hidden gem! A different version of Stardom's Yuna Mizumori who proves in this match that she can occupy a higher place in the STARDOM show card! And I'm always amazed to see Mei Suruga's ease in the ring and on the ropes when she usually performs on some kind of mattress! In short, this match is an absolute treat!"

[10.0] "There are no words to describe how insane this match was, had me stood up on my chair, 2 of the absolute best wrestlers ever, putting on an absolute clinic, 10/10 easily"

[6.0] "Cody Rhodes had things to say. Tama Tonga debuted. There were 3 pretty solid matches and 2 squashes."

[6.0] ""You're not gonna believe this: firstly it's sort of a match to determine the de facto BEST IN THE WORLD (unique, huh? ), and ultimately the incredible story we're told is that both guys are just SO evenly matched and BOTH so amazing that they're trading all their big moves and counters and finishers back and forth! I've never seen anything like it before! " ... Yeah the Ospreay mystique is just dead. At one point I was convinced this guy was gonna be an all-time legend, one of the legitimate best ever, if he continued to develop his style on the same trajectory and somehow remained as athletically and physically capable as he was. What's actually happened is that Ospreay instead became content recycling the same 20 or so signature moves, signature exchanges, and signature character-work spots from match to match, while only ever really wrestling a single wrestling structure (the 50/50 'epic' bombfest), which is exactly what he did here. I thought maybe Ospreay would bother to go a more interesting route here, given his opponent was the very respected Danielson (similar to how he allowed himself to be brutalised in the first Omega match), or I at least thought Danielson might offer something more interesting to counteract Ospreay's worst instincts. Sadly, Ospreay essentially led this the whole way, and Danielson was only too happy to oblige and water himself down to meet him. Even the build to this was completely soulless, since it's just "WHO'S THE BEST IN THE WORLD" except without, oh I don't know, maybe a shiny, lore-specific prop that's used to indicate exactly that, and with which actually interesting stories and feuds could be built around. The first 10 minutes saw them go through the motions with some low- to mid-level grappling and strike trades, all of which featured great technique and really good intensity but definitely felt like (and eventually proved to just be) a mere formality as the match developed. That 'development' was Ospreay beginning his favourite pastime of spamming all his signature moves one after the other, only ever stopping to allow Danielson to in turn spam his own signature moves one after the other. While both guys, especially Ospreay, still had great technique with everything they went for at this point, I was still unable to shake how lifeless it felt because all of Ospreay's set-ups were so completely telegraphed. I guess that's my fault for having watched a single other big Ospreay match before though, right? It's also annoying that Ospreay isn't just content to copy his signature moves, but also on having him and his opponent of the day copy the exact same big counters that Ospreay always gets hit with, like being caught out of the OsCutter or being hurricanrana'd out of a powerbomb. Not bad and uncreative enough? Well, Ospreay also made sure to shove in those less physically demanding spots that are intended to highlight his character work and which we've also seen a million times before, like him "cooly" flipping out of a frankensteiner in the corner, him defiantly rolling with and withstanding stiff strikes, him aggressively 'shoot'-striking his opponent on the apron, him collapsing head-first from exhaustion, and him using MUH ADRENALINE to completely no-sell a big ragdoll bump from a big power move and then immediately following up with a sudden Hidden Blade. All of this was completely telegraphed, as I could immediately see each set-up and always knew exactly which candy Ospreay had picked out of the jar (hint: it's probably one of the same ones he chose in his last big match). There's just nothing creative or unknown about Ospreay matches anymore; they're just action-packed to the rafters and athletic as hell, but with nearly zero actual substance. Does he not realise that he's basically punishing those that follow his career closely by spitting out the exact same performances each week? Aside from those usual issues, Ospreay was also there doing his annoying 'aggro' fire-up selling, which continues to become more prominent relative to how continuously less impressed I've become with his matches. Danielson's own series of run-on counters were nice, especially because they differed from Ospreay's by featuring submissions instead of just bombs, but it was all still pretty tame stuff that I wholly expected when imagining this match and could see pretty clearly telegraphed, so even then there was nothing overly exciting. They eventually went the sadly tried and true path of back and forth finisher spam and finisher-tease spam, with flawless execution but nothing worthwhile in the grand scheme because such 50/50 structures are inherently mindless and only ever feel justified in properly built up feuds, plus because, again, they featured nothing Ospreay hasn't done a million times already over the last 3-4 years. There was also a half-heartedly attempted story of Danielson targeting Ospreay's arm, but to the shock of no-one Ospreay couldn't ever be bothered selling for long. It also wouldn't be a modern Ospreay match without a dorky, try-hard "cInEmA" visual, this time as Ospreay and Danielson suddenly became honourable samurai going for an "epic" sword trade with their respective running strike finishers, which was just way too artificial to feel truly cool. If you described Ospreay's performance here move for move but didn't mention the opponent, you could genuinely pick from at least 100 possible wrestlers whom such a match could've been with. This is, somehow, a positive in the eyes of some people. AEW leads Ospreay to his worst excesses, since there's no one willing to impose their own style onto him to make him more interesting by forcing him to switch things up. I can still appreciate the athleticism, intensity, and chemistry here, but these Ospreay "epics" really aren't doing much for me. I can only watch the same movie so many times. ***1/4"

[7.0] "I liked it! Funny how I MUCH preferred Storm vs. AZM ..... Despite that, this is pure wrestling and conviction from both women. Rosa is proving why she is still a valued member of the AEW roster and Toni Storm proving that she is still capable of putting on a half-way decent match up in spite of her gimmick. Neither women truly move me in the ring, unfortunately only Shida, Deeb, Hayter, Riho, Willow and Statlander do that. But I was very very pleased with the result given Toni's previous stinkers."

[] "Disappointing, really disappointing. We could have had one of the best matches (in terms of story) over the two nights of the show, in the end we ended up with this unnamed shit and on top of that, a defeat for Jimmy, a disappointing disappointment , I repeat."

[8.0] "A LOT better than I expected given that it followed quite possibly the MOTY with yet another match that further drained audience retention. Despite that, Joe and Swerve absolutely killed it. Excellent performance from both of them, Swerve in particular shows a smoothness and presence that made him the absolute perfect competitor to dethrone Joe. Joe does an excellent job selling Swerve's defiance and resilience. Just classy excellence in which audience energy went 100% into the idea that a new inaugural champion would be crowned tonight."

[10.0] "One of the best matches I've ever seen! The spot toward the end where they slowly got to their feet in opposite corners, stared each other down, and charged at each other like a Samurai showdown to attempt their finishers was incredible. This was pro wrestling at its absolute best!"

[] "Matches like this can go one of two ways. It is a matter of finding the right mixture of chaos and normality. When it comes to 4 great teams like this, that mixture is more on the chaos side than normality. Yet they did not make it too chaotic. This match really showcased every wrester's individual skill while also doing an amazing job at showcasing every team's chemistry and skill. Hard to argue with the overall sentiment and hype surrounding the match, but this is not the greatest match of all time, or even the best match that either of these men have ever had. Both of Ospreay's matches with Omega were superior to this in storytelling, and Danielson's post match injury angle didn't land IMO."

[7.0] "It was a good and entertaining match and its score is very, very low compared to its quality and it deserved a much higher score. The performance of both wrestlers was good and they used different and good equipment in the match and showed a good match. I give this match 7 points ."

[9.0] "On any given night, this is MOTN. But not today, as I watched this I was still unreeling and in shock from Ospreay/Danielson. But that doesn't take away from this match's general awesomeness. Turns out, I was a fool to doubt these boys. All four of them managed to do "CPR" on the audience and rejuvenate interest ELSEWHERE. Not an easy feat. Thankfully, St. Louis is a lot louder than Vegas. Some of the gnarliest spots committed to wrestling are found in this spot. Almost as if these boys KNEW they were following a surefire classic. They were not in an enviable position, but these boys certainly tested their metal."

[4.0] "Pretty average multi-tag. Sho and Yohei each looked more fluid than they did in earlier matches. KUSHIDA and Tiger Mask (IV) had a lovely quick sequence, reminded me of Tiger Mask (I) and Dynamite Kid, funnily enough. [2.75]"

His in ring work is super limited, which wouldn't be a problem if he wasn't a constant in ring talent that's booked stupidly strong. Billy should be giving his boys a proper spotlight over him at this point, not beating their asses single handed. Idc if they're chickenshit heels, use that to have them cheat and destroy his old ass for heat. I have no issue with Jay White kicking around the trios division so long as he's not losing to Billy fucking Gunn again. Sorry, but I'm just really over Gunn being such a heavy part of Jay's AEW run. Thank god the Acclaimed have dropped the trios belts finally, that title reign was dead for months, and I'm happy to see the titles seem to be being unified."

My favorite part was Beretta staring down Cassidy at the top of the ramp like they were about to fight, but running the hell out of there after Shibata made his entrance. LOL"

[8.0] "A little bit overhyped, this one. All four of the wrestlers in this are great, of course. Tetsuya Naito, while the weakest link, seems to get better and better every time I see him. This match had some great action, though I feel like they weren't completely going all out. And the time limit draw was mildly disappointing. Overall, this was a really great build to Wrestle Kingdom."

[8.0] "One of the pioneers of Big woman wrestlers in the West. R.I.P. Rhonda. I pray that one day , you are remembered and finally have a spot at the hall of fame for paving way to Heavyweight Woman Wrestlers like Awesome Kong, Nia Jax, Dou Drop and Isis the Amazon in the West. Trained by the great Mildred Burke."

[4.0] "Jesus, this two are very bad! I hated this match, probably the worst one of the first round of United Kingdom Championship Tournament. (4/10)"

[10.0] "This match was simply incredible. The atmosphere was unreal and these two men, two of the greatest of all time, lived up to the expectations. This easily slots in as match of the year and will be hard to top. The last few minutes with both competitors using the busaiku knee and the hidden blade dueling were incredible."

[8.0] "Great for what it was, a hard-hitting match full of counters showing the long-time understanding and story between Roddy & Kyle."

[5.0] "Didn't feel like a pre-show worthy match, more like a tv opener. This match didn't do much for me overall. I'm not all that into Shibata's return run in general, although Orange Cassidy did have some pretty great comedy spots in this one. Sucks that Shane Taylor continues to be booked into losses, please stop protecting Orange Cassidy so much, he doesn't need to win this much to stay over."

[9.0] "Excellent opener with PAC showing once again that he's the cleanest wrestler in the world right now. The intensity, selling & counters were picture perfect. The crowd was red hot too. Great stuff!"

[6.0] "The rating on this is unsurprisingly ridiculous. People hate Jericho and yeah I'm pretty tired of him too, but the match was alright. It definitely went too long for me but it wasn't a bad match at all. I found the stuff with Taz at the end of the match pretty compelling as well."

[3.0] "It wasn't a bad match per se, but it wasn't good either. They did a great job protecting Hook, but another title win for Jericho is pointless, even it being the FTW Championship. Additionally another great way of protecting Hook would be, you know, letting him beat Jericho clean. Definitely the worst match of the night."

[5.0] "At a good position for his age and years of in ring experience, but definitely still green. Over the next year or so he will need to start developing his character. Could benefit from transitioning to ROH for awhile and finding a proper feud with one of the younger guys also training there."

The crowd was fairly into it despite this being a pre-show match and the action was meh, nothing special. He completed it with a handful of incredible sequences, early and late, and at least one massive counter spot - the knee off the OsCutter. [9.0] "This was the best match of the Timeless Toni era of Storms career, significantly better than the previous work that Toni and Rosa did together; and had an intensity to it that I really appreciated. Enjoyed the Mariah May Deonna Purrazzo brawl a lot too."

[] "These two had a great match. Definitely something to brag about. They have such great chemistry and talent that I do not blame them for having them fight each other so much. Sadly, this match lacked in "wow factors" making it just a good opener, but not a memorable match."

Yes, the ending was a bit awkward and it would have been better with another ending, but I liked the fact that Hook survived from 2 Judas Effects. Hook was still green sometimes though. I don't get why they don't turn Jericho heel but let's see what's next."

[10.0] "For once, I agree with Meltzer and Alvarez. Quite possibly THE greatest match to happen on US soil. Absolutely unreal. This is probably the one and only time we ever get this match at THIS level -- Bryan has never been THIS focused a competitor like ... EVER. And Ospreay has never been THIS inspired -- between moments of sheer athleticism and high drama Ospreay is completely shattering even the highest expectations less than SIX months into this tenure. He is MOX and DANIELSON into one, a workhorse AND an ace. What a treasure he is. In the match, Ospreay/Danielson create unreal sequences that completely astonish between moments of graps and fighting spirit, the chemistry and energy of the audience is there the WHOLE time -- every strike, every chain, every high flying manoeuvre, every rest hold, every breath in between. An unbelievable bout. My gosh."

[7.0] "Suffered from following two crowd exhausting matches, but did the job of crowning Swerve. Swerve looks great coming out, and I'm delighted that he's gotten his time at the top. He's been a patient, hard working company man for his whole AEW tenure."

[8.0] "R-Truth fulfills his role to perfection. That role being the legendary comedy goof. For my money, Truth might be the greatest comedy wrestler of all time in terms of actual laughs acquired. That does not mean Truth is not versatile though. He has shown himself capable of being a part of serious angles at times. He is also still really good in the ring for his age."

I hope that the crowd reaction during this match will be a wake up call for Tony Khan and Jericho, but I doubt it will, given Jericho is trying to lean into the crowd fatigue rather than yield naturally to it for awhile."

He feels more fluid in the ring, and his character work has been good since he dropped the king moniker."
