Hello everyone.

I would like to use this space to issue a warning to every troll that wants to use the ratings system to play the "us versus them" game in regards to wrestling promotions. We have zero tolerance for people who try to manipulate the system in one direction or another to push their own beliefs unto others. Specifically, I refer to the recent influx both on CAGEMATCH and other wrestling websites of "fans" who religiously upvote everything of their own promotion or wrestlers and downvote everythine else, especially of a perceived rival.

Wrestling is an incredibly diverse form of entertainment with flavors for everyone's taste. Just like with movies or video games, there is something to find and like for everyone. However, just because you like a particular thing, it does not mean that anything that is not exactly like that thing is bad.

CAGEMATCH will not participate in the "us versus them" debates, we are a home for fans of every genre and every form of wrestling. Consequently, we will issue strict warnings and bans for people that misuse and manipulate the ratings system. We respect your opinion only insofar as you respect others and are able to coexist in a social community such as this in a civilized manner. If you cannot, then you will not.

To every "normal" inmate: Your help in identifying trolling behavior is appreciated, but please do not use the comments of the ratings system to do so. Send us an email or a message via the contact form instead. Also, please keep in mind that we are not doing this professionally, so give us time to react accordingly both to your messages and to the actual trolling behavior.

CAGEMATCH is a nice cage for civilized inmates. Trolls belong in the oubliette. :)
