When they gave it a chance on the main shows and the few times on ppv it was great and when they moved it to nxt it was as always great with that last Match just been the cherry on the top!"
[7.0] "Some really great talents came out thanks to this belt, and it's a shame really that it's no more. It was pretty and I consider all of the champions (except for Enzo) to be amazing wrestlers, although it's sad to see most of them fired or jobbing. The 205Live was amazing addition when they had the belt, moving it to NXT was kind of a bummer. I am an absolute enemy to unifuication of NXT CW and NXT NA, but I guess the belt lost so much prestige that they needed to get rid of it. It was fun while it lasted."
[8.0] "It's a pity that as a result, the whole project was closed and the bet on light heavyweights in the company stopped, it was essentially an unstable time for this title, it all started with a great tournament for this title, later everything got worse when the title was on the RAW brand. And already when the title moved to its own show 205, things began to get better. Buddy Murphy, Cedric Alexander and many other talented guys showed a great show that I will remember as something bright in my soul. Later, the title fully went to NXT and everything was fine there too, Lio Rush, Angel Garza and others did not drop the quality bar. Only the pandemic slowed down the pace of activity with this title a little, but there were still bright moments. As a result, the title ceased to exist abruptly and in the saddest way, now it does not exist, but I will remember this time as one of my favorites in modern WWE."
[5.0] "Just doesn't have any real prestige, it's not even the second most important belt in NXT and let alone in its tenure in the main roster where people rarely made themselves watch 205 Live."
[8.0] "Like every WWE attempt at a cruiser / junior title, great workers and banger matches can't outshine a complete lack of interest and commitment from WWE itself. Ask Taka Michinoku, Christian, Jerry Lynn, Crash Holly, Dean Malenko, Paul London, Tajiri, X-PAC, Funaki, Rey Mysterio, Jacqueline, Spike Dudley, Nunzio, Neville, Rich Swann, Lio Rush, Brian Kendrick, Tony Nese, Cedric Alexander, Drew Gulak, Kushida, Roderick Strong, etc etc. But WWE's complete incompetence shouldn't negate its talents either. Thanks for the bangers boys. I hate you TJP you weirdo incel."
[5.0] "a belt that could have been much better to use. The matches for the belt were often good but often lacked interest due to the rule that only the 205 live roster could fight for this belt. If wrestlers like Rey Mysterio, Finn Balor, Daniel Bryan and others would have been able to fight for the title my rating would have been higher."
[8.0] "Mit einem starken Turnier wurde der Titel damals eingeführt. Im Main Roster, ganauer gesagt bei Raw, ging es mit dem Titel dann langsam bergab. Lichtblicke gab es dann mit Neville und Enzo Amore als Titelträger. Aber trotzdessen und starken Titelträgern wie Cedric Alexander, Drew Gullack oder Tony Nese war der Titel nicht mehr so relevant. Mit dem Wechsel zu NXT hat man, denke ich, den Titel gerettet. Seit der Titel bei NXT ausgekämpft wird, hat er neben den starken Matches auch gute Storylines. Dort bekommt der Titel und die Cruiserweight-Division das, was sie verdienen, nämlich eine gute Darstellung."

Völlig belangloser Undercard-Titel den quasi keinen juckt, wenn er mal ein paar Wochen oder Monate nicht in den Shows präsent ist, fällt es niemandem auf. Die einzig interessant Fehde hier war die zwischen Santos Escobar und Jordan Devlin, und ich glaube die Regentschaft von Buddy Murphy war auch noch gut."
[7.0] "Although currently the title is missing, lately it has had very good reigns Santos Escobar, Angel Garza and Lio Rush are an example of good reigns although without a doubt their best moment was in 2016-2017, with great reigns such as Neville or The Brian Kendrick or Enzo Amore, there would also be the tournament that was made for the title, although 205 live was in decline they decided to move the title to NXT giving good reigns and matches at the beginning, but currently it is lost."
[8.0] "The sad part is that more than half of those who owned this belt are out, but the good part is that Neville, Murphy and Jordan Devlin looked good with this belt."
[6.0] "It's been a ruff life for this belt. From short title reigns to not even appearing on 205 Live the show for cruiserweights, for awhile no one cares for the belt until NXT starting using it and rebranded it, since then the NXT cruiserweight title has actually been seen as important."
[6.0] "Man, on one hand, some of my favourite WWE matches in recent memory have come from this title / division (KENTA VS Ali, Murphy VS Ali, Alexander VS Murphy), but on the other hand, the first few reigns were forgettable, the whole division often gets ignored by WWE at large, which is best represented by using a jobber on 205 Live as one of the guys eating KFC at a PPV (TLC, I think). While almost all of the champions have been great wrestlers (except from Lio Rush and Enzo Amore), they've rarely been given the opportunity to truly go all out, both on 205 Live and the pre-show for PPVs. I thought the division could have reached new heights under Gulak (a personal favourite of mine), but then he got jobbed out to Lio Rush of all people, and I thought Enzo's reign was naff. If this 'wrestler' can just have a match to be the number one contender, while actual talented wrestlers like Gran Metalik, Mike Kanellis and The Brian Kendrick are nowhere to be seen, then what reason do I have to be invested. I just lost all investment in the division at that point. Despite this, I quite liked Angel Garza, guy's got charisma for days and can work both face and heel with ease. And now with Devlin as the champion, I've got all the reason in the world to get invested in the division again, as he's one of the best wrestlers in the world. I'll try to remember to edit my rating in a few months, as I'm interested in seeing how the belt will fair in NXT UK, or maybe Devlin will move to NXT USA, which is something I'd also love to see. P. S Also not a good sign when a quarter of your former champions have left the company."
[7.0] "This title had A LOT of trouble finding it's footing in the early goings. Then, it was on a good note and then BAM, Enzo won the title, and the belt went back down the crapper. Luckily, it has since redeemed itself and has been on a very good roll every since Cedrics reign."
[8.0] "It started off with a bit of turbulence due to the first 3 reigns not being particularly long. Then Neville gave the belt a lot more credibility - even losing it briefly to a guy worthy of taking it off him (Tozawa). Then... Enzo happened. Despite it being true that he was a better talker than most of the other Cruiserweights, such emphasis isn't what the belt is about. It wasn't until the belt started to have longer reigns with worthy champions (Cedric and Buddy) that it became credible again (especially considering their quality of matches."
[10.0] "I love the purple strap and the unique plate designs. From bottom to top this title is top tier. Neville, Alexander, Murphy, they all are the reason 205 Live is quite good, along with when Mustafa was still there and not on SD Live. Unfortunately the title was given to that one guy I forgot his name already because he's that irrelevant."
[8.0] "205 Live has a few issues I'd like to point out, even though the matches are fantastic every single week, and the Main Event is always a show stopper. 1. I like how Triple H is attempting to set up a tag division, the longest one being Lucha Houseparty (my favorite on the brand), then Gulak, Kendrick, and Gallagher, and Murphy and Nese, but the problem is, since the roster is very thin in terms of superstars, there's not a lot they can do with the tag division. Not to mention its meaningless if they don't bring Cruiserweight tag titles in at some point. They could also build the brand up a lot more by taking underutilized tag teams from NXT, SmackDown, and Raw, and putting them on 205, so they get a chance to shine. Examples are Oney Lorcan/Danny Burch, Revival, The Mighty, and The Colons. 2. The Crowds. Its no secret that most crowds during 205 are absolute garbage, although Brooklyn seems like a solid crowd, especially during 205's M/E in Brooklyn after SummerSlam. Crowds do play a big part in the match more than people might think. 3. The problem with the title now is whoever holds it seems like they have nothing to do but run through the roster, until they get beaten by someone with a good feud build. The story mainly focuses on the pursuit of the title, but nothing after. 4. Thin Division. There really isn't a lot of wrestlers on 205 Live, but bringing Lio Rush, Buddy Murphy, and Mark Andrews (Barely seen on TV anymore) to 205 was a great idea. They need to do like a draft every year and grab 10 talents, 4 tag teams, and 6 singles. That way the division can get beefed up. But a fantastic main event and show every week."

[1.0] "Seriously, has wwe ever given a fuck about the cruiserweight title and the entire division in general ? Sure, they got some main event segments on raw, but that's it. The reaction was still decent at best. And this fucking title- just a failure for sure. Neville's reign was only thing that was solid, but it didn't draw much attention. Now i agree enzo has brought some attention to the division, but it is still very flat imo. This title is till defended on pre show, which means that wwe doesn't care much. Crowd barely reacts to anything on 205 live. Don't forget that enzo is total trash outside his annoying mic work that doesn't help anyone. If you want a true cruiserweight belt, watch the current Jr division in njpw or the 90s version heck even wcw in 90s was so much better than this current shit."
[5.0] "A title going downhill fast with Enzo on top, and having been defended and changed hands way too often. There is no one in the cruiserweight division who is very over with the fans, so WWE needs to give the belt to an established star like Finn Balor to raise its status; then let the present cruiserweight roster build up their star power with the fans by having great matches against him, which most are more than capable of doing. In addition, WWE needs to give its cruiserweight roster and championship a higher profile on Raw; neither will ever reach prestige whilst stuck on five minute Raw segments, the floundering 205 Live, and PPV preshows. There is a phenomenal amount of talent in the roster, so the belt could hold great prestige, but like its predecessor it may be doomed to be scrapped."

[5.0] "Es ist ein wenig traurig, was aus den Cruiserweights geworden ist. Das Turnier, oh ja das CWC war von vorne bis hinten einfach nur fantastisch, bravourös und genial gestaltet. Dann kam der Titel zu RAW, bekam keine Reaktionen & wurde zur neu eingeführten 205 gebracht, was ziemlich auch keinen interessiert. Kein Champion war irgendwie interessant bis Neville am. Mit Neville ging die Katastrophe langsam aufwärts und so gab es endlich auch mal Leute die sich für die Matches und die Fehden Interessierten. Somit kommt er trotzdem nur auf 5."
[8.0] "Zum momentanen Zeitpunkt muss man einfach die Glatte 10 vergeben! Der aufbau zum ersten Cruiserweight Champion inform des CWC war einfach fantastisch und lieferte uns einer der besten Turniere des Jahres. Jetzt geht es aber erst richtig los. Rating wird ggf. Bearbeitet wenn die Writer den Titel wieder abf*cken. EDIT: Ja habe es damals schon unmittelbar nach dem CWC geahnt. Titel ist noch nicht komplett tot da er sich mit Neville wieder etwas gefangen hat, aber der anfang war schon sehr sehr holprig. Es reicht durch die letzten Exzellenten Matches zwischen Neville und Aries noch für die 8 punkte."
[8.0] "This title started strong, being awarded to the winner of the fantastic Cruiserweight classic, then was booked horribly until Neville came in and single handily saved the division. Since his reign began, this has become a prestigious title, and whoever beats him for it is gonna look like a beast."
[10.0] "Das vielleicht beste Turnier, das jemals für einen Championship ausgetragen wurde, führte zu TJP als verdienten ersten Sieger. Jetzt gilt es, dieses hohe Standing zu halten. Großartig! UPDATE: Mich unterhalten die Cruiserweights mehr als alles andere in den Main Shows, allen voran Neville. Starke Matches und Commentating, vielfältige Charaktere und vor allem die Entwicklungen bei den einzelnen Wrestlern lassen sich sehr gut beobachten; an die Crowd muss man sich allerdings gewöhnen (erinnert an Japan)."
[8.0] "Mit den Cruiserweight Classics hatte der Titel schon die ideale Einführung und seitdem war der Titelträger immer der Führer der Cruiserweight-Division und der Titel das höchste Ziel von 10-15 Workern. Mit Nevilles starker Regenschaft und dem Eingreifen Aries' in die Division ist der Titel noch relevanter geworden. Das Cruiserweight Championship-Match bei WrestleMania 33 war eines der besten Matches des Tages, die Promos beim Aufbau war ebenfalls gut bis sehr gut. Der Titel ist relevant, umkämpft und das Title-Picture wird bisher gut dargestellt. Schönes Comeback für den Titel - so far."
[8.0] "Die Division könnte sicherlich noch besser sein, aber ich finde jetzt hat sie sich mit Neville nach einem holprigen Start langsam gefangen. Der Titel hat sehr viel TV Präsenz bei RAW und mit eigenem TV Format. Es gibt konsequente Titelverteidigungen und so langsam beginnt auch die Qualität der Matches zu stimmen."
