[6.0] "This title has had memorable moments throughout its short history. Had some great feuds like the Uso v New Day and great moments like Slater's victory. Obviously WWE doesn't always value tag teams and this has been shown with this title at times as well. Really wish they would find a way to ununify the titles."

These titles are just awarded to randomly teamed-up tag teams without any explanation. It is probably slightly worse in the ratings since these titles have not gotten that lineage yet. Although it has a smaller history, as a championship, it is not that good, but it is supposed to have its share of memorable moments. In my opinion, they would benefit from unifying both branded tag titles, merging them, and providing an entirely new lineage. As I said before, both the tag titles are literally the same just different lengths of longevity."

These belts still are barely defended on PPV with the bloodline storyline coming in first over these titles, which is a shame as the storyline should be more of a good accompanying piece to these belts rather than overshadowing them. If rumours are true that KO & Sami will challenge for these in the night 1 main event of Wrestlemania 39 then this will do alot to build up the importance of the tag division again."

The first champions were Heath Slater and Rhyno, for Slater that win meant winning a contract and I think it was a good story. There have been many good fights for this championship since then, most notably between The New Day vs. The Usos. There were also some interesting champions, such as The Miz and John Morrison, and The Bludgeon Brothers. Currently the titles are held by The Usos who are good champions although I hope they will lose the titles to Zayn and Owens."

[6.0] "The early days of this belt were pretty rough, with multiple very brief reigns, but once The Usos won the belts and had their legendary feud (and hot potato game) with The New Day, things started to look up. Their feud and match saga during 2017 was incredible. Then the Bludgeon Bros win the belts and had a good, dominating reign. After The New Day won them back, things went back down a little bit. The Bar winning them was good but they didn't really get a great reign. Then Shane McMahon won them and made the belts look like a joke. The Usos got them away from him soon after thankfully, but their reign didn't last long before The Hardy's won them. Their reign had potential to be great but was cut short by injuries. Daniel Bryan and Rowan had a fun reign that should have been way longer. The New Day did not need to win them again. Shortly after that, they lost them to The Revival to give them another worthless reign that ended around a month later, again to The New Day. This reign for New Day is probably my favourite of their SmackDown tag title reigns. It was fairly long and they defended the belts frequently. Then Miz and a returning John Morrison won them and things began to look up again. Sadly, their reign was also cut short to give the belts back to New Day. Then New Day went on to do basically nothing with them before dropping them to another fresh team of Cesaro and Nakamura. Unfortunately this was around a time when SmackDown had next to no teams actively going for the tag belts. So, of course, they drop them back to The New Day, who go on to trade the belts with The Street Profits and are moved to Raw. The Street Profits then have a nothing reign before dropping them to The Dirty Dawgs, who thus far, have had one of the best SmackDown tag title reigns of the title's short history. In short, this title basically belongs to The New Day because they never really had a full tag division. The matches are usually a blast but the belts themselves have next to no prestige. It's quite a shame."

The ups and downs of the title, however, are the same: nowadays the tag team division of WWE is underrated from the management itself but during the years, for this championship we had great matches, great champions and with the proper stories this belt can still change your career in better."

The ones who held the title have either fallen into obscurity or are just in the back catering. They booked this title in the worst way possible and decided on giving the titles to some of the worst teams in the WWE, except New Day and The Usos. I would say The Bar but they were given the title too many times for my liking."

However, while it's very stale, as are the feuds, there's no denying that there have been some absolutely incredible matches put on for the title."

Heath Slater and Rhyno were good tag champs to start off with, so I'm glad they had that at least. Almost every team after that except American Alpha, The New Day, and The Usos had bad title reigns. The Usos and The New Day's feud was one of my favorite feuds of 2017 and maybe in all of wrestling. With the recent edition of Team Hell No to the division, I'm super excited. SmackDown now has The Usos, The New Day, Team Hell No, The Bar, The Club, The Bludgeon Brothers, and The Colons (On a hiatus because Epico has an injury) Every single one of these tag teams are different and are great wrestlers. They easily have the strongest tag division across all the brands, and its well balanced between faces and heels. 10 for me"

The Wyatt Family deserved to have a title as stable to show its predominance. American Alpha became the first NXT team to win both championships. The Usos are incredible champions who never disappoint in giving good fights, and their feud with the New Day was great. 9 for me"

It started off quite slow, but ever since the Usos and the New Day held those titles, they have become much better. The Usos and the New Day are both fantastic teams and every single match they have had together have been nothing short of perfection, so I hope the titles can keep up that same standard."

I've never been a huge Rhyno fan but can't deny he's had an impressive career with a multitude of a major title wins. Heath Slater is a longtime favourite of mine and I am absolutely delighted for him to have had this big win. The division can only get better and I'm hopeful for reigns from The Hype Bros, American Alpha and the Vaudevillains."

Heath Slater and Rhyno were bad champs, The Wyatt Family should have held it for a lot longer but they were good, American Alpha have been horrible champs. They should have lost the belts at Elimination Chamber against Ascension because SD had nothing going for them except 12 man tag after 12 man tag. They need to utilize Ascension more."

Breezango, the Ascension, and the Vaudevillains are all booked like jobbers despite the fact the division is rather thin. Breezango, in particular, is rather "over" with the fans currently, which makes the situation even more puzzling. Other puzzling choices, such as booking American Alpha as a pair of "Super Cenas", and having the Wyatt Family drop the titles in less than a month, have caused fans' interest in the Smackdown Tag Titles to wan."

Gefiel mir recht gut.
