I thought maybe their wrestling style was better suited for WWE in NXT. But neither of them gave up on how they presented themselves. They may have lost the titles to FTR back in April, but they debuted such a badass new entrance that won people over. They're now running with Jay White & Juice Robinson in Bullet Club Gold which fits them so well. They may no longer be the champs, but they've finally found where they belong in AEW."

Joining Bullet Club has been a big shot in the arm and they are developing good characters. Their heel work is starting to get pretty good and they seem capable of getting good heat. I didn't think we had anything here for quite a while (including their run as champions) but the last few months have definitely changed that opinion."

They've steadily worn me down and I've really started to appreciate them. They aren't setting the world on fire, especially in a pretty loaded tag scene, but their work with Bullet Club Gold has been fantastic. They've benefitted greatly from one of the coolest entrances in wrestling and phenomenal stuff from Juice Robinson. I still wouldn't consider myself their biggest fan, but they've really established themselves as solid players in the division."

They both have a little more charisma and their in ring performances seem to be steadly improving. They have a lot of potential with the trajectory they are on."

[7.0] "The Gunns are a great heel tag team for AEW. They are absolute heat magnets, but in a way where you actively want them to get what they deserve in the ring. Their tag title reign truly seemed like a blunder of a decision at first, but it became a perfect heel transitional reign to lead into the FTR title win. They have solid in-ring work, but the biggest thing about them is their ability to work the crowd and get the fans in the palm of their hands. If they are able to improve from an in-ring standpoint, then they honestly may be one of the best tag teams in AEW."

Austin has buckets of charisma, and Colten is certainly looking more comfortable. I believe even though they aren't exactly ready for the top spots just yet, they will be soon."

"I'm gonna go with an 8 for The Gunns. When they first started in AEW, I thought that they were bland rookies getting a nepotism push. After turning heel and splitting from Billy however, they started coming onto their own. They play great douchebags, can go in the ring, and have a solid look. I'd like to see them as champions at one point or another."

Their team with the Acclaimed (a team better than they'll ever be) was great, but after that, I really had trouble liking them, which I guess is the point of their gimmick. To make matters worse, they're in the Firm, the wackiest stable in AEW."

[8.0] "A much better version of Austin's team with his dad Billy. Both these guys have really improved during the pandemic and took that time to better their in-ring work, get characters that annoy fans to hell and back, and Austin even knows how to cut a promo now. I've really started to like these guys as of late and enjoy their partnership with the Acclaimed as well. I can see them as future AEW Tag Team champions if they continue to improve at this rate as I see a lot of potential with these two."
