Her MMA arsenal adds a lot to her matches. Very underrated in the charisma department. She's mainly a heel but is very likeable with a wicked sense of humor and excellent facial expressions."

[5.0] "Allysin Kay just screams unremarkable to me. Bland and boring. Her in ring work is uninspired. I watched a recent match against Marti Belle where every shot that Kay threw looked like it wouldn't have enough power behind it to hurt a common house fly. Doesn't help that Kay got butthurt a few years ago about Charlotte doing a teatime thing with her pinkies. She seems like a pretty bitter & miserable person in general, which translates to the ring."
[6.0] "Sienna is charisma, and personality embodied. She knows how to talk, whether it's through a promo, or in commentary. She's also a strong brawler with solid matches under her belt, but something hasn't clicked for me yet. She definitely can be the top heel in a women's division, but her matches haven't kept me engaged. She has only gotten better and better."
[2.0] "Like a whole TNA/GFW roster she's nothing special. Low in ring skills, low mic skills, incomprehensible and stupid character with ugly makeup and ring gear with feathers, also she has a stupid finisher. Her acting skills made wish her the best too."
[6.0] "Allysin Kay/Sienna gehört nicht zu meinen Favouritinnen, obwohl sie eigentlich nichts falsch macht. Sie versteht das Wrestling-Handwerk (neigt manchmal zu Flüchtigkeitsfehlern), macht insgesamt schon etwas her (alleine deshalb, weil sie größer ist als die meisten Wrestlerinnen [und trotzdem nicht übergewichtig wie die meisten anderen, auf die das zutrifft]) und feilt mit immer neuen Facetten an ihrem Auftreten und weiß auch mit dem Mikrophon umzugehen. Dennoch tingelt sie in allen Bereichen nicht in einer Gegend, die kaum noch verbesserungswürdig wäre und gibt so ein stimmiges aber nicht voll überzeugendes Bild ab. In den großen Indies wird sie noch jahrelang eine gute Rolle spielen, bei TNA könnte sie ihr Pulver bereits verschossen haben. Für WWE ist sie wohl nicht interessant, vermute ich mal. Muss sie aber auch nicht."

I will say that she's being used right though, in her role as the enforcer of Maria Kanellis' "mean girl" stable. Maybe I'm wrong though since I haven't seen any of her work outside of TNA"

Her ring style, combining power and MMA-inspired attacks, also helps set her apart. After gaining experience in SHIMMER, SHINE and the indy circuit, she has recently come to TNA as "Sienna" and captured the Knockouts Title within weeks of her official debut - a good start on the national stage for a talent for whom the sky seems to be the limit."
