Maybe then we could see some fresh faces and actually get excited about watching WWE again.""
[5.0] "I don't get creeped out by his gimmick one bit. It gets a good laugh out of me. The way he crawls around when he enters the ring is so damn funny, along with the constant emotionless NPC facial expression he always has. The image of his head sticking out of the table at The Miz's birthday celebration is absolute meme potential. Man is built for comedy wrestling. That being said, he isn't very exciting in the ring and his character isn't the type to cut any promos at all. I think a 5 is fair for him since he is pretty funny to me. According to his match history, he hasn't wrestled since late May so I do wonder what happened to him."
[6.0] "Dexter Lumis can play his character very well, he just has the look of a stalker/serial killer type, so he has that down. The only thing dragging him down is he isn't fun to watch in the ring & being a victim of bad booking. His feud with The Miz was hot garbage."
[6.0] "I was a huge fan of Dexter Lumis back when he was in NXT because of his storyline with The Way. But I feel like he got fired before he could fully reach his potential. And while I'm glad he returned, his run has been...underwhelming to say the least. Like he had that uh...let's just say weird storyline with The Miz then basically disappeared. Like where did bro go? Overall he would be more fun if he was booked better."
[4.0] "I never saw absolutely anything interesting about this character, either inside or outside the ring, very simple and common. I can't seem to like his gimmick, I find it completely silly and generic, and it doesn't get any reaction."
[6.0] "Dexter is pretty good in the ring and plays the silent stalker gimmick very well. In TNA he was not good on the mic and have not heard enough to be confident in his mic skills. In the ring he does not do anything overly impressive, but he does his moves well. He knows how to get a crowd behind him without saying a word which is impressive."
[0.0] "I can't understand what is he doing in WWE: his matches are far from impressive, his "lunatic" character is pathetic and can't even cut a promo. I don't get what else can be done with him after his shitty feud with The Miz (which is a harm on The Miz that I'll never forgive). He is just boring and a waste of TV time."

[7.0] "The result of 2022 for Dexter Lumis and he did not have many matches during this period of time and for the most part they were plot or in the NWA. Of course, I am glad that he is back thanks to HHH in the walls where he is really well promoted and it is as an entertaining character that is an ideal option for the company and he definitely knows how to entertain and he clearly has something to surprise. I am glad that at the end of the year he decided on his future."
[6.0] "I like Dexter, but of course, over time there have only been doubts about what will happen with his career. Right now the truth is that with what's going on in WWE I think he needs to start wrestling if he's really going to be a wrestler on the roster."
[1.0] "A poor worker who wrestles an extremely slow, boring style. I've never seen him have a good match and I saw his entire arc in TNA as well as his entire run in NXT where the vast majority of his matches could be used as a cure for insomnia. His gimmick is also a complete bore, moreso in NXT than TNA, he is just not entertaining in any way. The love square he was involved in during his final days of NXT was wretched, change the channel bad. The only positive I can say about him is that he is very committed to his gimmick and as bad as that gimmick is, he acts it well, that's the only reason he doesn't get a zero."
[0.0] "This guy has actually been trying to make a stalker/r*pist/serial killer gimmick work AS A BABYFACE for like a decade now. He is awful in every sense of the word."
[7.0] "Not top tier by any stretch, but an underrated performer with an entertaining gimmick and a great look. All the stuff with Cameron Grimes and, later, the Way has been great, and his in ring work is decent-to-good, and very good from a character perspective (except his bulldog - that move is weirdly out of place in his arsenal). I'm actually a little surprised he's not getting more exposure in the 2.0 era, because he seems like a very Vince/wwe guy"

[7.0] "Mit TNAs Sam Shaw habe ich nie ganz geklickt, auch wenn die Storys schon damals besonders waren und auch die Charakrerdarstellung einzigartig. Bei NXT hat das Ganze dann einfach bisschen gedreht und bleibt der Psychonummer treu. Er hat im Kern nicht ganz die Ausstrahlung für diese Undertaker No-Sell-Phasen, aber er spielt sein Gimmick auch dabei wirklich gut. Im Ring beherrscht er die Basics und kann wirklich arbeiten. Mit etwas PC-Training im Rücken und besseren Matchformularen wird dann auch die Action genießbarer. Unterhaltsamer Charakter, der wohl derzeit an seinem Maximum performed."
[4.0] "Dexter Lumis is an interesting character, who I think could really be intriguing. However, a character based off a crazy serial killer has to be written with a very careful pen & much nuance needs to be considered. Well, as we all know, "nuance" is a term WWE tends to run right over with a neon Hummer. Thus fas, Lumis has been WAY over-the-top with the serial killer-type demeanor. So much so that it makes the whole presentation completely eye rolling."
[10.0] "Dexter Lumis is one of the most intelligent and handsome wrestling around. Love his pants that allow us to see the shape of his amazing glutes and the awesome piece of meat between his legs. The dude's package bulge is so big that he practically needs directional signals turning a corner. Thank you Dexter Lumis for letting us drool over your hot body"
[6.0] "Dexter Lumis is definitely special, he has some god tools to be a solid upper mid career such as, size, strength, and character work but is questionable satisfactory in the ring and on the mic seemed comfortable for his time in Impact"
[4.0] "Pretty shocked a guy who looked out of place in TNA's midcard made it to NXT in the first place, but he's become a big part of why the show's gone so far downhill."
[8.0] "He is not young at all, currently in his mid to late thirties. He wasnt used the way he could have been in tna, but his quirky creepy character was established there. Now he is in nxt, with the same gimmick, and it seems to be going well for him. The fans have received his quirkiness positively, from what I have seen online at least due to the lack of a live audience. He is currently in somewhat of a rivalry with UE and that came quickly after the started getting booked on tv regularly, so it seems that management is interested in him."
[6.0] "Shaw has the makings of a strong technical wrestler and put on several strong performances in TNA even before developing his "American Psycho" character. Once he began that gimmick he showed a good deal of performance acumen as well, playing the character convincingly with just the right edge of absurdity, though played totally straight. Despite fun storylines with Mr. Anderson and Gunner, the company seemingly never seemed to find a way to explain the abrupt end of his story with Brittany after her departure, and he ultimately left the company. Hopefully he will get another chance in another company."
[4.0] "Im Ring ist er kein Schlechter wenn auch unpointierter Spotmonkey. Dennoch fiebere ich ich seinem Re-Debüt bei TNA nicht gerade entgegen. Sein Look + das Attire gehen gar nicht und dass er noch groß an Charisma zulegen kann, wage ich zu bezweifeln. Update (Februar 2014): + 1 Punkt - Mit dem Samuel Shaw-Gimmick hat man ein heißes Eisen im Feuer. Seine optischen Schwachpunkte wurden beseitigt und als Christian Bale-Kopie gibt der einen richtigen Fiesling ab. Ich frage mich zwar, wie man das auflösen will, aber das schafft man schon. Update (April 2015): - 2 Punkte - Und man hat es eben nicht geschafft. Der Junge wird wohl nichts mehr."
[10.0] "I remember when Sam Shaw was Raven's lackie at Hardcore Justice 2010 and he interfered in Raven's match with Tommy Dreamer and he was just an extra back then. I also remember him when he was a really good wrestler on TNA's Gut Check that had no real direction and he was trying to get a spot on the roster. Now in 2014, he's known as Samuel Shaw and he changed his whole persona and now I've becoming a really big fan of his and he's one of my most favorite characters in TNA today cause he plays that creepy bastard character so damn well! Samuel Shaw never fails to entertain me with that character whatsoever and that's why I see big money in him going forward!"
[2.0] "Mann Mann Mann, wie kann man nur so untalentiert im Ring sein? Das kommt ja an Garrett Bischoff (Wo ist der eigentlich? Naja, ich vermisse ihn nicht, aber es wundert mich. ) ran, so schlecht ist das. Ein affiger Finisher, Orientierungslosigkeit und bloßes Unwissen im Ring, bisschen wie Ahmed Johnson. Allein wie er seinen Charakter spielt, ist auf irgendeine traurige Art und Weise schon fast wieder cool, das Gimmick selbst natürlich die Inkarnation von Schwachsinn. Alles in allem das beste Beispiel für TNA seit 2010: Schlecht im Ring, creepiges Gimmick und ein unsympathischer Typ, der in absurde Matcharten gebookt wird. Ganz schlecht ist das."
[6.0] "Abgesehen von der Statur hielt ich Shaw immer in allen Belangen für unteres Mittelmaß. Der neue Look, das American Psycho-Gimmick und der methodische In-Ring Style lassen ihn aber schon sehr viel charismatischer rüberkommen und kaschieren seine Schwächen. Ich hoffe TNA lässt ihn nicht nach einer Storyline wieder fallen, sondern versucht ihn langfristig aufzubauen, Potenzial ist auf jeden Fall vorhanden."
