He is the patron saint of spot monkeys, watch him wrestle a singles match and you will see how limited he is, it's so boring. I've also never understood his "Charismatic Enigma" nickname, he is so fucking bland on the mic, can you name 3 good Jeff Hardy promos? you can't because he fucking sucks. He also hasn't looked cool since the mid 2000s, I don't understand why people think he's so cool or hot. But the main reason I dislike Jeff Hardy is for his real life problems. If you think I'm an asshole for this, fair enough but I don't care. I can't think of anyone who has fucked up so publicly so often and been given so many second chances, he is truly spoilt. The cycle goes that Jeff gets fucked up on drugs like an idiot, it goes too far (and sometimes way too far), he takes time away and he hear he's "on the road to recovery" and "fighting his demons". I can't believe how many times it has happened and how people welcome him back with open arms. He will never get clean. Ever. He's had chance after chance to stop being a fucking junkie but he's squandered the goodwill everytime. but it doesn't matter because that goodwill seems to be endless. he is a complete fuck up and always will be. rating him a 2 because hes had some legendary spotfests. |

In a standard match setting its evident his training never went further than backyard status because its sloppy to the point of dangerous for both him and his opponent(s). Bad promos, ever unreliable and always sheds a bad light on wherever he goes because of his lack of discipline. The reality is, if he ever learned how to wrestle properly and not rely on almost killing himself night in, night out then his vices would probably not have started or gotten so bad to a point of spiralling downward and dragging everything down with him. Matt can actually wrestle, so he doesn't go the daredevil route anywhere near as much as Jeff does and he has his life alot more in check imo. But ultimately, Jeff is a stuntman cosplaying as a wrestler because bell to bell in a standard match setting, he is horrible and requires his opponents to carry him despite 25-30 years of experience. Total embarrassment that he's barely improved from 16 years old to now. |

The Hardy Boyz are one of the greatest tag teams of all time, a team that helped change mainstream tag team wrestling along with the other teams they feuded with at the time, the team was just as cool when they had Lita involved under the "Team Xtreme" name, a faction with natural chemistry. Jeff Hardy also gained success as a singles competitor, often doing the most insane spots possible, leaving the audience on the edge of their seat and doing tons of damage to himself to make the fans entertained in the similar vein of a Mick Foley. During the 2000s, Jeff Hardy was one of the most over babyfaces in the business, to the point that the WWE had to give him world title runs despite his lack of mic skills, one of those reigns being responsible thanks to Freddie Prinze Jr.. He had a ton of career highlights in his career, I'd be here all day talking about them, had amazing feuds with the likes of CM Punk, Edge, Rob Van Dam, Triple H, etc. and even had a great run in TNA, being one of their top guys, even showcased he had some promo ability as a heel, despite turning Jeff Hardy heel makes no sense. Overall, while Jeff Hardy's personal demons, sadly, have screwed him over on many accounts, he's still a legend in the business who's impact is undeniable. |

Willow, Nero, Jeff Hardy, Jeff Hardy again, all of those were strange enough, but his other behavior issues have me worried about his well-being. His style has gotten him concussed, he's been pulled over multiple times for DUI, he showed up and disappeared in TNA Wrestling for a period of several years, and showed up to Victory Road 11 in a terrifying condition as he had no idea where he was, seemed to forget about throwing his shirt to the crowd, and couldn't even throw a punch due to how wasted/drunk he was. Hardy is a more than decent wrestler, but his wrestling style and lifestyle just makes it hard to get behind him. I gave him a 6, because while his wrestling is deserving of a 9, his inability to take care of himself is a sign of either immaturity or ignorance, when he's far past the age when those peak. |

Hardy was one of my favourite wrestlers in the late 2000s; His feud with Punk was very underated and I enjoyed his first TNA World Title reign; Both his feud with Punk in 2009 and his first TNA Title Reign came to an abrupt end due ro his substance abuse and irresponsible work ethic. He wasn't close to being the best in ring wise but I did enjoyed his character work immensely. If it weren't for his legal issues who knew how high he could have climbed. |
