119.04.2024Rassle Fan7.0I don't blame Roode for signing with WWE when he did. He was 39 years old and likely felt it was now or never. TNA started getting better in 2018 after D'Amore and Callis took over and I wonder how Roode would've contributed. His NXT run was great but his main roster run wasn't. That was the standard for that era. NXT was light years ahead of the main roster and it was incredibly rare for the main ppv to be better than the Takeover the night before. Roode is very talented on the mic and in the ring and it's a shame the last few years of his career are forgettable.

2007.12.2023danzitorock7.0Roode is very talented, a good worker, great entrance and theme, always worked entertaining characters. He always looked cool, carrying himself like a star. I like him a lot, especially as a heel.

2323.11.2023JediSaiyanMaster12038.0"The It-Factor Of Professional Wrestling" Bobby Roode, one of the most underrated professional wrestlers who gets overlooked because people see him as a Ric Flair meets Triple H knockoff, and I feel like that's unfair to assess him in that light. While he has his influences, but so does everyone, I feel like I Roode is his own guy who offers more than just a copy of others. Arguably, TNA's best world champion in history, a historic run that ended perfectly by the hands of Austin Aries, not to mention his amazing tag teams with guys like James Storm and Austin Aries. Bobby Roode also had a great run as NXT Champion, also had an awesome entrance song. While his main roster run in WWE hasn't been all that good, his years in TNA and in NXT still remain good.

3002.10.2023RedDeathSZN10.0Without a shadow of a doubt THE BEST TNA World Champion of all time. His character work was off the charts and his matches were always different from everything else on the show which made them stand out especially when he was in NXT. Everything about him from his entrance to his music to the way he carried himself to the pacing and psychology of his matches to the way he can control a crowd whether as a face or heel, he was a star. He could've come into WWE 5 years before he ended up going when he was much younger and became a big star but he went to WWE much older and the negative stigma in that company about pushing older guys worked against him. He had a great run in NXT as NXT Champion but on the main roster he became the veteran who worked with the younger wrestlers and had great matches but always lost. Even then, he always put his best foot forward and his work with Dolph Ziggler as The Dirty Dawgs is the best work he did on the main roster and he was consistently having great matches whenever he got the chance until a neck injury put his in-ring career on hold. It's a shame that he might never wrestle again and he didn't get to end his career on his own terms but I know he's gonna be a great help as a backstage producer and younger talent can really benefit from him putting together their matches.

3912.07.2023eltetechori8.0Bobby Roode is great, honestly, he is. A few years ago maybe he was much better, in fact for me he had a more memorable run in TNA than in WWE (especially NXT where he was top champion) and I always thought we'd see more of him but so far he's disappeared for me and I like him a lot.

4421.06.2023GonzoAppreciator8.0His WWE run has been mostly forgettable but in TNA Roode was an absolute star, both as a singles and tag wrestler. His team and eventual feud with Storm was easily one of the best parts of TNA during the 2010s.
4527.05.2023homunculus9.0First saw him in TNA with Beer Money and I really, really thought he would be able to move on to bigger and better things. In WWE he absolutely should have already been a WWE Champion, or Universal Champion. He has the charisma and the wrestling skills to be at the very top, but it never happened. And it won't happen because he's getting up there in age. Truly a shame he was never catapulted into the main event scene, like he should have been. Yet another wrestler wasted by WWE.

6311.10.2022face painted legend9.0From the first time I saw him in TNA, 2004 I think, I knew he was going to be a star. The way that he carried himself, the way that he always looked like a million bucks physically. dressed the part of a big star both in his in-ring wardrobe and outside of the ring with the custom made suits, always delivered on the microphone, and was/still is a great hand in the ring. I guess without sounding cliche, you could say he had the it factor. He was one of the guys who in my eyes anyway had all of the boxes checked in regards of what a complete performer should be before he ever stepped foot in WWE, so I thought when he got there it'd be a no brainer that he'd be pushed to the moon. Boy was I wrong. I don't know if Vince didn't see it or who didn't see it, but he's one of the most underrated guys on the roster right now. I hope things get better for him soon because there aren't many talents better than Bobby.

6530.09.2022BAILE310.0The most underutilised wrestler in the WWE today. So fucking talented, yet he's forced to sit on the sidelines and watch, whilst he was one of the best in the business for so many years. The best TNA world champion ever.

8211.07.2022sbg20228.0He is a modern-day Rick Rude (no pun intended) in terms of work style overall. He has all the tools to be a future WWE World or Universal Champion.
8305.07.2022KingsCrossing5.0I'm not sure that I've ever really understood the appeal of Roode. He has always felt quite dull to me, and I have never found his character work to be believable. He is a solid midcard presence and worth having on the roster, but I've never seen him as the main eventer that others have claimed him to be.
