417.11.2023JediSaiyanMaster12034.0A wrestler who had a decent look to him who just wasn't there yet as an in ring competitor and talker on the microphone, mostly remembered for FBI, Bill & Chuck and his biker gimmick. Despite these, they weren't any good, never stood out in any gimmick or storyline he was put in.

1022.05.2023Giantfan19805.0One of the better new talents during WCW's dying days. Had a decent run when he came to the WWFE and teamed up with Billy Gunn, but then Billy got injured late in 2002 and Palumbo disappeared off the screen and I don't remember him coming back until that lousy mechanic gimmick years later.

2302.09.2022Conquistador376.0With his size (Scott Hall is a great comparison) and attractive face, all he needed was the right training and confident mic skills to make a gerjillion dollars in the 'rasslin business. Unfortunately those last two were a bumpy road for Mr Palumbo. The dude had great timing and understanding of pace, a *VERY* good looking punch and superb control of such a large frame. Chuck made a nice lil career out of being a "tag guy", but only the team with Billy Gunn excelled. He was saddled with Sean O'Haire early, which was a detriment. Actually - his whole WCW situation was detrimental and it all started at the power plant. While Chuck had a wealth of upsides (he left his ego at home), he never did learn properly until on the road with the 'E, and that left him behind most others (even though he fared exceptionally well for a power plant guy). He left the business sooner than later because his passion was elsewhere. If Chuck was older by 5 to 8 years and/or was in the business that much longer, his career would have looked entirely different and likely for the better. Notwithstanding: Billy & Chuck were a very good tag team and I wish Chuck Palumbo had more to his career. 6.25 rounded down for true potential never fully realized.

3118.07.20217Flate4.0Palumbo is a wrestler that I really doesnt care that much about. I'm not hating him but hes overall average or even below that
3216.07.2021juiceisloose4.0Since he was part of a tag team most of his career, he was a good tag partner. I liked his involvement in the FBI and Billy&Chuck. I think they were pretty entertaining and he did a good job in playing his part. However, he wasn't anything special when he wrestled as a single. As far as his wrestling goes, there wasn't anything remarkable at all and he couldn't really talk either. As long as he was with someone, he was alright. Otherwise i don't think he would've last very long in the business.

3420.06.2021Daigotsu3.0Chuck was pretty unremarkable-- that weird gimmick with Billy Gunn was kind of a high point for him, as far as getting attention goes, and it was pretty cringe. Sadly, there just wasn't much about Chuck to write home about.

4123.12.2020Old ride long line5.0I loved the FBI angle, they always came off as badass to me even after the whole billy and chuck thing lol. Either way his wwe run was entertaining.
4215.12.2020Ma Stump Puller4.0A fairly decent tag guy who could work the big enforcer gimmick and could work a basic match (well as much as the Power Plant barely taught, anyway) and his work with Billy Gunn, despite the poor taste of gimmick, was actually not bad for the time and they fit pretty well together as a vet/rookie kind of team. After they spilt he had his shitty Undertaker rip off biker gimmick that no one really cared about.... less about that the better.

Also insgesamt:3, 75/10

5227.07.2019KyleEnjoysWrestling4.0Chuck Palumbo was one of my least favorite characters in all of WWE when he had that awful biker gimmick. Pretty bad when a guy has a fake gay character in his past & that's not the worst one. Not bad in the ring (although rather generic). If he was ever on my television, I was usually wishing he would go away very quickly.

5922.11.2018RatingsMachine3.0Chuck had a good body and a nice head of hair. But that's about it as far as his positive traits went.

6415.02.2018Devitciiu5.0It was always weird to think of Chuck as the one guy from the new blood who made it on WWE. I definitely didn't think he was going to be the thrillah who made it. But whatever you think about Billy and Chuck, it's something that people remember.

6810.08.2016Strezemann3.0I always wondered why his finisher was referred to as the Jungle Kick, but seeing that he used to be known as Tarzan Boy explains that. Granted, it doesn't explain why they continued to use that name for when he was just Chuck Palumbo in the Natural Born Thrillers, but I'll take it. Anyways, he wasn't much of a promo back when he took Curt Hennig's move and went on to feud with Luger, and he still wasn't when he reappeared as a biker on SmackDown! years later. He did, however, have some degree of star quality in the WCW days, and I still thought he could be someone even during the Natural Born Thrillers days. Biker-Chuck, however, was clearly never going to get over, as he just didn't have the wrestling skills or ability to connect with a crowd. He had some okay tag matches in WCW for being just a few years into the business, though. (Take my rating with a grain of salt as I've yet to see any of his work during the days of Billy & Chuck, which is obviously how he is remembered by most)

Schade eigentlich, fand ihn durchaus brauchbar.

7306.06.2016ErycK242.0The prime of his career was the billy and chuck angle. After that Palumbo was repackged in a gimmick that wasn't right for him and he could never offer much more for his career.
7423.04.2016NOURDIN5.0
7502.11.2015PWC4.0Had an imitating look and serviceable in the ring but, that's about it. Started off as a lackey to Rico in 2002 and he never got over (Rico did). WWE gave him a motorcycle gimmick in 2007 and the guy still couldn't get over. This guy epitomizes the word mediocre.
7603.06.2015DanTalksRasslin6.0Palumbo had a pretty standard "big guy" skill set, though he did possess some surprising agility, such as in his ability to pull off a good-looking superkick finisher. Did reasonably well with his biker gimmick, but didn't really have the personality or mic skill to make it higher up the card as a single. Fared better as a tag wrestler, having successful runs with various partners under various gimmicks (Billy & Chuck, FBI, Perfect Event, Palumbo/O'Haire). Is notable for having been half of the last true WCW World Tag Team Champions with Sean O'Haire.
