I just started watching CZW after hearing about their subscription service, CZW Studios, and after following Gacy for the entire year, I've concluded that even though he started out as a brawler, he is obviously capable of doing so much more. He clearly has a bright future ahead of him. 10 out of 10."

The work Gacy's put in at Dojo Wars is evident, and his grasp of the subtleties is much sharper. When you mix that with the energy and presence he's always shown, the transformation into what he is today becomes much more understandable."

[6.0] "Kann mich generell nur meinem Vorredner anschließen. Ist als Singleswrestler nicht zu gebrauchen, macht im Tag-Team und in der Deathmatchszene allerdings eine ganz gute Figur. Allerdings hat es niemand verdient mit einer Nulpe wie Ryan Slater im Team arbeiten zu müssen. Gebt ihm einen korrekten Tag-Team-Partner, und es läuft."
[5.0] "Hat sich sicherlich verbessert, aber ist immernoch nicht auf dem Niveau als Singles Wrestler durchzustarten, sodass es die richtige Entscheidung war ihn mit Ryan Slater in ein Team zu stecken, da ist er brauchbar. Eine kleine Aufwertung von 4 auf 5 gibt es für die klasse Fehde mit Hyde und Excellent."
[6.0] "Joe Gacy ist für mich einer der interessanter Grünlinge, allein schon, weil er im Gegensatz zu all den blassen Hüpfern & Statuen im Indybereich ein richtiges Gimmick hat bzw. an diesem konsequent arbeitet. Auch wenn das bedeutet, dass er nicht einen verrückten Move nach dem anderen abfeuert, kann er mit seinem agressiven Stil punkten (wunderbar sein Finisher: Ein Running Facewash mit der Faust), der die grundlegende Geschichte eines Matches erzählt: Nach vorn zu gehen, um den Gegener abzufertigen. Auch sein Look, so sehr er an Sami Callihan angelegt ist, sticht aus der Masse heraus."
[4.0] "An manchen Stellen noch ein bisschen unsauber, aber ich finde ihn interessant. Sollte man im Auge behalten. Wenn er an seinem Körperbau arbeitet, könnte es wesentlich steiler bergauf gehen."
[3.0] "Im Moment sieht man bis auf Punch, Punch, Punch, Kick, Clothesline, Punch, Punch noch nicht allzu viel. Dank der guten Chemie und dem immer besser werdenden Teamwork mit Alex Colon hat Gacy aber derzeit seine Nische gefunden. Es wird noch einige Zeit dauern, bis er in der Card nach oben klettert, aber mit dem richtigen Willen und seiner Einsatzbereitschaft kann es funktionieren. Irgendwann."
