[8.0] "Hard edit: I've loved everything he's done. His work in Dallas ("New Jersey, The Brains of Texas") and with Watts helped elevate both areas/companies in my estimation. Especially his tag team with John Tatum was very good. He then moved on to Jim Herd's WCW, where he would often go under a hood... sometimes multiple times a night. The New Zealand Militia team I felt had value as well. He had no ego and loved professional wrestling so you almost always got a dependably watchable affair - Jack worked hard and over achieved all in the name and honor of wrestling. Ability to bring out some chemistry with literally every and anyone, exceptional bumper. I only just recently learned Meltzer was high on him in the 80's, maybe that's why some people never liked him! Jack Victory is one of the all time most underrated players in mid 80's/very early 90's wrestling. If you're cool with wrestlers who almost never speak and fit the bill of "carpenters" n such - he's one of the guys for you."

Mid lower card type guy that occasional could have an average match, but most were snooze fests. I did think Jack Tatum and him made an acceptable tag team, but if I recall I watched them for Missy lol"

[6.0] "I briefly got to see him as a very capable WCW enhancement guy but my main memories of Jack Victory are in ECW, particularly as Steve Corino's best friend and backup. I can't remember him doing a single thing in ECW but throwing big punches but he was great in his role. Very funny, expressive and giving. When I was a kid, he seemed like a bit of wasted spot but today he feels like a great presence."

[4.0] "While he never caught on as any sort of major star, Jack Victory was a workhorse of the undercard/enhancement ranks of the NWA/WCW in the late '80s-early '90s, sometimes appearing multiple times a card under various masks and gimmicks, and did fine in putting over his opponents especially in tag team matches. His most visible run was likely his time with ECW, which saw him initially fill a similar role to that he played in the NWA, but was soon derailed by injuries and saw him spend the rest of his time as a second for Steve Corino's entourage."
