[7.0] "One of the greatest jobbers of all time. He is considered Italian-American connection he had with Bruno Sammartino, Dominic DeNucci, Gino Brito and Tony Parsi. Started at a very young and developed over the eyars. He was well known in Pittsburgh's Studio Wrestling and WWWF. The Battman gimmick was alright as it gave popularity for its time. He became main event status with Bruno Sammartino in late 1969 when they won the International Tag titles. Marino highest peak of his career was in Detroit when he defeated the Sheik for the NWA heavyweight tile in 1974."
