[7.0] "CW Anderson was the guy in ECW who looked like your dad's tough coworker from the factory but could also suplex you into next week. With his no-nonsense demeanor and old-school style, he was the wrestling equivalent of a stiff cup of black coffee: not flashy, but it got the job done."

[7.0] "CW Anderson is one of the most underrated wrestlers to ever step into an ECW ring. While the company was known for chaos, weapons, and spot-heavy matches, CW brought a throwback, NWA-style grit that made him stand out. He was never about high spots or flash. He was about stiff strikes, tight holds, and old-school ass-whoopings that looked like they hurt for real. His look was no-nonsense, his promos were simple but believable, and his work ethic was unmatched. Every time CW stepped in the ring, you knew you were going to get a physical, believable fight. He wasn't flashy, but he was crisp, snug, and brought a level of realism that a lot of the roster lacked. His spinebuster remains one of the best in the business, snapping opponents in half with more impact than guys twice his size. His feud with Tommy Dreamer during ECW's dying days was quietly one of the most brutal and personal programs the company had. Their match at Guilty as Charged 2001 is a blood-soaked, underappreciated gem that showed just how good CW really was when the spotlight was finally on him. CW didn't have the name value or the over-the-top character of some of his peers, but his body of work speaks for itself. He was a workhorse, a throwback, and a guy who gave ECW some of its last true wrestling credibility before the doors closed. CW Anderson was the enforcer ECW needed and never fully appreciated. A rock-solid technician with an old-school mentality, a dangerous right hand, and a spinebuster that could end your night. An unsung legend who deserves way more respect than he gets."

[7.0] "Wrestling skills might be underrated, because while his look and moveset are rather generic, CW Anderson managed to make his matches very entertaining and injected some indescribable energy. He was slowly but surely rising the ranks in ECW, with his PPV matches with Tommy Dreamer being his peak performances, but when the compny died, he never truly found his footing elsewhere and slowly faded away, with a lot of untapped potential. His one biggest downfall seemed to be his own ego, as his interviews let transparate his self-image as a perfect worker adored from absolutely everybody while never catching a break, and that absolutely nothing in his professional and personal life was ever his fault, which just doesn't match with his visible career path."

[6.0] "As an in-ring performer, CW Anderson is indeed rather underrated, possessing solid technical skill and some high-impact moves, including a fine rendition of the classic Anderson spinebuster. Though not a microphone powerhouse, he does have the skill set, presence and physical resemblance to Arn Anderson (despite no actual relation) to pull off his namesake's "enforcer" role quite well."

"CW Anderson is great but very underrated wrestler. His feud with Tommy Dreammer was one of the best things in ECW last year"

[9.0] "Anderson is one of the most underrated and talented brawlers of the past 20 years. He was never signed on to a major contract to any company besides ECW, and even in ECW he wasn't used well. Anderson throws wicked strikes, and has a wide moveset which revolves around basic wrestling, having fantastic matches out of what people can call simplistic maneuvers. CW Anderson is a wrestler who fits under the Anderson name (while he is not a true Anderson) his talent makes him worthy to carry that name."

[8.0] "Very impressive wrestler utlilising a technical/brawler hybrid. Not the most decorated athlete but having competed for ECW, ROH, WWE, MLW, NWA and TNA there's little doubt of quality and ability. He wasn't a wrestler I ever particularly wanted to see win but he was always a wrestler I wanted to see. He and Tommy Dreamer could bring the roof down and his ECW credentials certainly helped give CM Punk the rub in his early WWE career. In another universe he could easily have been a damn fine Mid-Card champion for any of the top promotions during the Monday Night Wars."
