"Probably top 50 greatest wrestlers and top 10 trainers in wrestling history. When if comes to Burns, his biggest claim to fame is overshadowed by the rest of the history of his greatest student, Frank Gotch. Frank is undoubtedly one of the greatest in history, but Burns deserves a lot more praise and credit for his involvement. Burns despite what it says here was a multi time champion, holding other titles then just the American Heavyweight, and has had many more matches, many of which are lost to time. But eveen still he deserves more praise then any modern act for his legit toughness. He would hang himself and just sit there and whistle to show off how strong his neck was. Farmer Burns should be a leading name in every wrestling hall of fame just for simply paving the way for everything to come before him."
"Sehr interessant er war der erste Mann der eine Wrestling Schule aufmachte mit ihm haben die Wrestling Schulen begonnen. Ein Mann den ich nicht bewerten kann. Es gibt kein Matchmaterial von ihm. Wenn ich aber bei Wissenwertes lese das er nach seiner Aussage über 6. 000 Matches bestritt und davon nur 6 Matches in seiner Karriere verlor eine Niederlage davon nach 80 Minuten dann muss er für die damalige Zeit ein großartiger Wrestler gewesen sein."
