[4.0] "Another cruiserweight/TV title jobber on WCW's bloated roster. Kinda looked like Chris Jericho's little Brother. Decent in the ring but he never moved above enhancement talent. The high point of his career was teaming with Lodi which was entertaining for what it was. At least they were giving them something to do."
[4.0] "I've only seen his work as Lenny on the first year of TNA as a member of The Rainbox Express. He was fine as an inring worker, but their gimmick was just horrible, a heel gay couple that were bad guys and reciebed heat just for being gay. I mean, it's really bad. I'll give Lenny more points than Bruce because he wasn't involved in Brian Lawler's storyline or in the Miss TNA stuff (even if he appeared at the end)."
[3.0] "He tried to copy Chris Jericho during the early years of his career and...I never once liked him. He had a good look and he made me laugh in the ring because the very few matches I've seen from him are always full of botches"
[5.0] "I remember thinking he looked like what Jericho would've looked like if they hadn't given him a solid gimmick that he played well. Was funny when he ended up being his doppelganger. Completely average in the ring, decent at selling but seemed kinda prone to making minor mistakes here and there."
[4.0] "Though his first prominent role in WCW came by playing Chris Jericho's doppelganger, Lenny Lane will probably always be best remembered as half of the controversial West Hollywood Blondes tag team with Lodi, a "gay" gimmick that landed WCW in hot water with its network. Of that duo, Lane - an average US cruiser of the era - was the more solid in-ring performer but lacked charisma, something Lodi was able to fill in. This led to a short run for Lane with the WCW Cruiserweight Title. Attempts to repackage the Lenny & Lodi team after the network issues largely failed; after WCW's closure Lane had a brief run in TNA as half of the Rainbow Express with Bruce (Alan Funk); since 2002 he's kicked around the indy circuit mainly in the Minnesota and southern US, but other than a few WWE matches as enhancement talent here and there never returned to the national spotlight."
