I think he needs developmental and a LOT of time, and maybe to have matches against the likes of Omega, Danielson, Moxley or any of those guys who can make a doll look like a legit opponent"

Like he can go in the ring. He's better than the so-called veterans in the business and has so much room for improvement while already being great. Overall he's a great talent and I can't wait to continue to see his progress."

As it stands, Wayne is a pretty good high flyer, but with limited abilities when it comes to selling, constructing matches, cutting promos and showing character work. He's 18, so he has a lot of time to develop. The raw talent is there, but he needs to put in the work."

People should be hyped but calmed at the same time, since is a green kid. But his potencial is there and deserves atention."

I'm confident he will get here in time, maybe earlier than most. Overall he shows an incredible amount of promise and i very much look forward to seeing him grow as a wrestler and as a character"

The guy is very young and very talented, he's way more than a highflyer he can work a slow pace he already has done some 30+ minutes matches and they are quite good. If you're mad that a 17yo kid has some hype it's your choice but don't come here to bash his rating"

Everyone i know is acting like Nick Wayne is the second coming of fucking Hayabusa but this dude is literally a diet version of Will Ospreay and im supposed to be impressed? He can have decent matches but usually because of opponents, he's carried heavily in GCW by Jordan Oliver and he overall is literally nothing special. He wrestles like someone who's on Level Up, which is funny considering he's immediately signing to AEW. Im sure he will improve but bros mid now. 2."

[2.0] "Overrated and overhyped. The most overrated wrestler I've seen since the hype for Glacier coming to WCW. This wrestler is third generation. He is ok, maybe a little below average in my opinion. He does all the same moves as other CZW guys did a few years ago and GCW guys do now. Nothing new or innovative. But because he's young people talk about him. So much hype just because he's young as if there's never been a wrestler that was under 18 years old before. If he was 23 or 24 years ago, he wouldn't stand out at all and people wouldn't make a big deal. He should be able to move around like he does at such a young age, now if he was 60 years old that would be impressive. I just don't understand. I have seen 5 of his matches in GCW and he's alright, but nothing special, just endless hype because of how young he is but in actuality he is just average in the ring and not very innovative, not great on promos and not much charisma."

[8.0] "I could go on the whole ? hes only 17? stuff but truth is that he is really good. Having banger matches with Ospreay and Zayne, he shows that he can keep up with the best of them. Still has some stuff to work on, but he is one of the best indie wrestlers right now, age aside."
LivingLegend wrote on 01.08.2022:
[3.0] "At this stage he is an overrated, overhyped rookie. Sure he is only 17 and can do some high flying, but besides that what else does he have? His look is generic (he's a kid to be fair to him), he has no personality or charisma, and from what I've seen, he has no grasp on selling or psychology. The definition of a "get your shit in" type wrestler like Will Ospreay used to be before he improved slightly. The fact this guy has already been signed to an AEW contract while Khan passed up on some of the best women's wrestlers in the world is an embarrassment and he should frankly be ashamed."

Hasn't really had an amazing match yet(he is a child tbf) but the way people talk about him you'd think they were watching Bryan Danielson. Let kids develop instead of saying every wrestler you see is actually the best in the world"

Not surprising since he grew up around the business and trained with his father since he was young. He also has that connection with the audience that you can't teach. As he fills out and continues to improve, he could be really special."
