Still has a lot of room to improve but has shown she has the potential to do it. UPDATE: She has continued to improve greatly in the ring and she could definitely be a featured player on AEW TV."
[4.0] "Anna Jay is really young so she has room for improvement but she's not good at all, she's really really average most of the time she wrestles. Her movements are really slow and most things she tries is clunky, sloppy and looks like someone who begins a couple of months ago which is pretty bothering given the fact she has 4 years of experience. The worst thing about Anna Jay is her acting, she exaggerates and her "I will choke you out" cringe gimmick proves that. She's young so whe can improve but so far she's not good."
[3.0] "4 years now of experience wrestling and she's still as green as a baby's nappy. She's got no redeemable in-ring assets and its becoming more and more questionable how she's in a major promotion despite continuous underwhelming showings, she isn't worthy of being on a card in any capacity because she offers nothing bar eye candy. She's not charismatic, she's not a good talker, she's not even an interesting gimmick. Her persona is as hollow as her wrestling, she has zero excuses because she is given chance after chance after chance with all kinds of women from rookies to fellow experienced wrestlers to the world's best women to veterans to help her out, she's a lost cause and unlike Skye Blue, her work ethic is nowhere near the same so its clear to see who recognises their flaws and tries to get as many bookings as possible to smooth the edges and who's happy to coast in AEW's world making little to no progression. Its a sad state of affairs because when she first signed, she would've had labels like "raw prospect" and "future star" but she will not achieve that if she doesn't have the work ethic to get beyond those statuses. She needs to either put massive hours in training or do exactly as Skye Blue is doing. She will be passed by come 2025 with new women surpassing her and AEW realising they don't need her. Change is needed. This rating is hopefully a prospective 3 in the faith Anna makes those leaps & bounds."
[3.0] "Not a good wrestler, I have the feeling that every time she is in a match it's the worst match of the opponent's career. Pretty boring matches and nothing interesting in her character. I think in a tag wrestler she may work better but she's definitely a very limited worker."

However, Tony Khan hasn't given her enough chances to shine which I think is holding her back a lot. Aber vor allem am mic finde ich sie sehr schlecht, völlig verunsichert und die JAS Rolle passt überhaupt nicht zu ihr. Ich hoffe sie kann sich noch verbessern, dann korrigiere ich die Wertung gerne."
[1.0] "Mit eines der Paradebeispiele für AEW's fragwürdige Herangehensweise beim Frauenwrestling. Denn was hat Anna Jay zu bieten außer ihr Aussehen? Nichts! Im Ring grauenvoll, Ausstrahlung keine, am Mikrofon schon fast lächerlich schlecht und schauspielerisch noch weniger überzeugend als jede Pornodarstellerin. Eine Masha Slamovich haben sie nur als Jobber eingesetzt. Eine Emi Sakura hat es ganze zweimal in anderthalb Jahren ins TV geschafft, obwohl sie regelmäßig seit ebenfalls anderthalb Jahren bei AEW ist. Und eine talentfreie Frau wie Anna Jay bekommt wesentlich mehr Zeit im TV. Das kann man keinen erzählen."

I really like Anna, and I sincerely believe that she still has plenty of potential since she's only 24 years old. Her mic skills are just now improving into the average range. She possesses some charisma too; so that objectively puts Anna within the 7 range for now. She can easily improve even more as an all-around performer within the next few years. Anna being super hot is just a bonus going for her. Hopefully, Anna continues to develop even more as an all-around talent while being part of JAS. After all, she has at least a decade of wrestling left in her career."
[3.0] "After the tag team street fight that her and Tay had against The Bunny and Penelope Ford, she had been lost for almost the rest of the year doing nothing, she is a better wrestler than Tay imo, she joining to JAS was a terrible idea, because she is now paired with the go away heat magnet that is Sammy and Tay"
[7.0] "Anna is really endearing to me as a talent. She's naturally extremely gorgeous and could act or model very easily, but she's very committed to pro wrestling and you can see how much effort she puts into her work. Having only just hit three years as a pro, with a good amount of that on national TV working with relatively veteran talent, I think she's treaded water very well and you can see the improvement over time, as well as had a handful of solid matches and one great one in that Tag Team Street Fight. While it's clear the company had Cargill slated as a star for the future, Anna Jay is also going to be something special in a matter of 2-3 more years, and at only 24 she has a long career ahead of her where things can only go up. Anna JayAS is a super corny heel gimmick but her choking out staff like she's insane 90s WWF Bob Backlund and getting to work with Tay as a team again (they have natural chemistry) is worth it. This is a goodwill 7 because while her talent is in the 5-6 range, you know that she's going to reach that 7 sooner than later."
[6.0] "She's got potential and is still very young and new to wrestling. She has a great look and solid character work and given enough time, she could be a complete superstar. I have been impressed with how improved she has become in the ring, though she still has a long ways to go. I think her future is very bright and she could even be the face of the women's division in time."

[4.0] "Despite being one of the many green, sloppy, and unnatural wrestlers on the AEW women's roster, Anna benefits from an attractive look and an endearing personality due to the fact that she clearly tries hard in spite of her shortcomings. She's been assisted in getting over by getting grouped with The Dark Order, making for a really entertaining contrast of her being this conventionally beautiful person alongside a bunch of grimy and goofy wannabe goths. She's also pretty endearing as the tag team partner and friend of Tay Conti, and it was a good idea to pair them up and likewise help Anna win crowds over via Conti's own popularity. I don't foresee Anna becoming any kind of star, but she's decent enough as the out-of-her-depth babyface who will always put up a fight, even if it's a sloppy one. At least she's only 2 years into her career, and ideally with nowhere for her in-ring work to go but up. If she can find a unique style that works for her and generally improve her athleticism then she might be able to become a good worker. Her offence has admittedly been improving the last few months, but it still has a way to go before being decent, and her wrestling fundamentals are still pretty underwhelming. For now, if I'm being a bit generous, she's a just below average."
[7.0] "I agree with many others who have rated Anna. Considering her level of experience, she is a solid wrestler. Even better, Anna is more beautiful than the vast majority of WWE and AEW women wrestlers. Congratulations, Anna, you have a bright career ahead of you."

Momentan gebe ich ihr 6 Punkte, aber wenn sie diese Entwicklung so rasant weitergeht, dann kann sie bereits in 1-2 Jahren eines der Aushängeschilder der AEW Women's Division werden. In irgendeinem Interview hatte sie jemand mit Trish Stratus verglichen. Das ist ein großer Vergleich, aber wer weiß. Sky is the limit."

Despite her lack of experience, she's able to outshine women who have been in the ring for years and hold her own against various styles and types of opponents. The sky is the limit for this young woman and she will eventually be the face of the AEW women's division. For these reasons, I'm giving her a perfect score, as I feel she will only get better and better, which is incredible as she's already so good just one year into her career."

Das Training von Legenden des Businesses bekommt sie nun seit wenigen Monaten. Als nächsten müssen Promos, längere Matches und richtige Fehden her. Von daher kann man leider noch nicht so viel bewerten. Ich gebe erstmal 7 Punkte und bin gespannt, was wir als nächstes von ihr sehen werden. Denke aber, dass ich die Punkte bald erhöhen kann."
